My first week living in the Winter Haven-Dundee area and my car needed service for a check engine light and stalling condition. Patton got my car into the shop and even while fully busy made the extra effort and diagnosed and repaired my car in one business day. My new hometown/local tire service. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and accommodating for both my tractor tires and full replacement of my mother in laws car tires. Patton Tire went above and beyond my expectations this morning. I went in for an oil change and asked if they would take a peek at one of my tires, I feared I may have picked up a nail or screw. The front desk lady, Jenny was so respectful and kind, she had no problem at all adding the check tire to my account. When my car went into the garage, I watched the tech who serviced my car. The gentleman’s name is Greg and he did an amazing and thorough job. It was clear to me that he takes pride in the quality of work that he does. That is a quality in itself that should be praised. Great place job will be done right. For the few that are complaining seems like common issues any automotive mechanic would have. The waiting area has a huge window facing the mechanics that hand start the lug nuts if youre going to complain about a stripped lug being replaced for 2$ instead of the mechanic noticing and hammering it back down youd be better off at a jiffy lube

Took my vehicle in for a tire balance and alignment. They told me my adapters were bad but thats not the case. They were brand new! The tech that worked on my passenger side cross threaded 2 of my lug nuts and started them with an impact. Making 2 of my studs stripped! Next rotation was a pain and had to replace everything they messed up. Wont be going back or recommending them to anyone.

Patton is the only place Id refer anyone to in lake wales and surrounding towns. They do great work have great prices and they are a friendly, family owned and operated small business! You will not be let down by them. Josh is an amazing tire guy and mechanic he can do whatever needs to be done and get it done fast and right!

Im so glad I found Patton Tire in Lake Wales. I have a 24 RV with tire issues. Patton Tire was able to put valve extenders in all of the tires which makes it so much easier to check the tire pressure. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and have reasonable prices. Theyll be my tire company from now on!

My first time here I can honestly say started with much disappointment. I realize that a scheduled appointment does not mean actually on time, but I got there a bit early n was told were running ALITTLE behind thats fine i understand but when there running 1 hour n 15 minutes behind then thats not so fine.Thats what I dealt with n was not to happy. Like there time was more important than mine.👎But the bright spot here was Jared, The mechanic who worked on my truck, it was his knowledge n the fact that he took the time to explain everything to me bout what is going on with my truck that will keep me going back to Patton.But next time Ill pack a lunch lol.Scheduling needs help but ill give Jared a 5.

I had to buy tires during a trip out of state. I bought Michelin tires. One of those tires had an issue and would not balance. I called several Michelin dealers closer to me and got the brush off. I called Pattons and was told they could deal with the warrantee on Michelin tires. Took the truck in to start warrentee process. At that time they realized the tire too out of round. They are ordering me a replacement tire. Patton Tire stepped up when others didnt want to bother. They have earned my business for my future needs.

I got 2 new tires from this place once. I called around and made sure that I got the cheapest price cuz I am on a low budget. The waiting area was very pleasant and my 3yr old liked the vending machine and toys. I went straight to the car wash after that (about 3 or 4 miles) and my tire went flat. I called them and told them what happened and they sent a employee out to help me! I was so thankful and shocked they were willing to do that. By the time the man arrived, I found a broken razor blade knife in the tire. He aired it up enough for me to make it back to the tire shop and they surprised me again cuz when I went to pay for the other tire they didnt charge me! It wasnt their fault I ran over a blade but they took care of it anyway. I will always admire the Patten tire family for their generosity.

They advertise We are known for our honesty and integrity - We will never sell you something that you dont need. Years ago I had a minor accident. I took my car to Patton to check the front end. After checking it they told me my alignment was fine and sent me on my way without a charge.Earlier this week (May 2018) I was told by another service center in Lake Wales I needed brakes on my vehicle. I took my car into Patton and was told my brakes were still good and did not need replaced.They may not be the lowest price in town, but I value their honesty and integrity more than price. For me Patton Tire lives by their motto and I know where I am taking my vehicles from now on.

We had a truck down on Hwy 60 and within an hour or so they had a technician at the truck, the tire issue handled and did so at a reasonable price. Great Service! Great People! I highly recommend this company!
