We have purchased 3 Ford raptors in less than a year from JR at Weikert Ford. Their service is unmatched to any other Ford dealership. We live in Miami but would rather make the trip to Lake Wales any day before getting our vehicles serviced at any another Ford dealership. I rarely enjoy buying a car as I don’t like haggling but my salesperson Jaycee and Weikert Ford made it an awesome experience. The owner Mr. Weikert (yes the owner) was willing to negotiate the price. Finance was quick and professional. There was a technology issue but they quickly created a work around. The work around was our saleswoman Jaycee drove to our home (2 plus hours away) to get my husband’s signatures. Most dealerships would have had us come back the next day. So overall I would recommend Jaycee and Weikert for your vehicle needs.

Great team at Weikert.My truck is 2010 F150 supercrew 4 x 4. I followed up with issues regarding the 4 wheel drive. Joe and his team at Weikert were true to the task and fixed the vehicle on time. I drive from Winter Garden to Lake Wales to have my truck worked on just for that reason. It is worth the drive to know that I will be taken care of.

My 2021 Ford Bronco is my 4th vehicle purchase from Weikert Ford. I ordered this truck last summer on the Ford website and I could have chosen any dealer to deliver this truck. I chose Weikert Ford, a 1.5 hour drive from my location. Why did I do this? Because of my previous experience with Weikert, it was an easy decision to choose them to deliver my Bronco. I should add that my business has purchased several fleet vehicles both new and used, and there is no other sales and service experience than Weikert. The Tech Trey was excellent! He worked fast and clean. Everyone in the Service department is always very helpful and I love the Home service option! On a side note, as I was leaving my home after the service, I saw the Ford Service truck on the side of the road. I stopped to see if Trey needed help. Came in 8/3/21 for a headliner replacement and a clutch pedal lubrication, was expecting it to take the full day maybe even two. I expressed to the service department that I needed the vehicle back ASAP for an upcoming trip and they exceeded my expectations, got the car back not even 4 hours later, was in at 7:50 and got it back around 11, Rob and Stephen did a great job communication wise and delivering above and beyond. The detailer/shuttle driver also did a great job by taking me back home 15 miles away in Davenport and picking me up as soon as it was done. I’ve heard that they are understaffed in the service department but they did an amazing and quick repair to my Mustang. Props to the service technician Tyler for a job well done and in a record time. We called to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The scheduler convinced us to utilize their new moblie service. We live in a retirement and this service would be great for our resident. When the mechanic arrived, he indicated we needed new tires on the back and indicated that if would not be worth doing it since they would be rotated when purchased. However, he said the $64.15 charge could not be adjusted to reflect just an oil change as it was a flat rate. This should be told up front! That is ridiculous money for a simple oil change!! Although many neighbors were thinking of utilizing this service. They will think twice about it now. I was told a manager would get in touch with us, but that didnt happen. Shame on you Weikert..............

I had an amazing experience in Weikert Ford because of my Sales Rep Jaycee Rodriguez. She went above and beyond helping my husband and I with the vehicle we chose. From the moment we called inquiring about the vehicle, Jaycee was amazing, she answered every question we had and looked for options to help us.

Any dealership can sell you a vehicle… that’s the easy part. It’s the customer service after the sale that defines a dealership IMO. After purchasing a vehicle from Weikert, we found that there were two warranty issues that needed to be addressed with the vehicle. Living 2.5 hours from Weikert Ford, we attempted to have our local Ford dealership make the repairs however, after excuses and incompetence on so many levels, I called Jaycee (our salesperson at Weikert) and explained our issues. In short order, she had a driver drive 2.5 hours to pickup the vehicle from our home, leave a loaner vehicle (which meant a lot for our family) and within about a week, had the repairs made (even coordinating a back ordered part to be brought in from another dealership). For our next vehicle, I will be checking Weikert’s inventory because they are worth the drive! Thank you Jaycee, Rob (Service Manager) and all involved with our smooth purchase and resolving our issues after the sale.

A one star is more than generous. I wish there was an option for zero stars. I went to Weikert Ford yesterday to see a truck. Upon arriving to the car lot, there was no one outside. I walked all over the car lot and no one came to even say hello. After walking around for a little while I went on the inside. I walked passed several employees. No one stopped to ask me if I needed help. I saw three employees standing in a little hallway. None of them said anything to me. I finally asked, Is there anyone working the lot today or have they gone home? One of the gentleman hesitantly asked if he could help me. I told him the truck I wanted to see. I explained to him that it was the very truck I wanted. He informed me that this truck was already sold. He asked if there was anything else that I saw. I informed him that I didnt like the blue truck that was on the lot. He didnt see if he could order another truck or anything. He really acted as if he didnt want to help me at all. Little did he know, I had the money to purchase the truck right then. I dont know, maybe they didnt want to help a African American guy wearing workout clothes. Maybe he thought I didnt have any money. Sucks for him because Im headed to Bartow Ford to buy the exact truck. Had their customer service been better, they would have had a sale! Weikert Ford you need to train your people on customer service.

This is the second time I have taken my car to Weikert Ford to get serviced, and I enjoyed their service just as much this time as I did the first. They are very helpful, very prompt (a part had to be ordered for my car and they got it there and installed by the next morning), and very personable while remaining professional. Up to this point I had been very pleased with Weikert Ford.Went to the service center for violent, side-to-side oscillation in the front end, also referred to as the death wobble. If you do not know what that is, YouTube it. When I explained the problem, the service manager said it is usually caused by the steering stabilizer and low tire pressure to which I disagreed. I asked for a thorough inspection of all front-end steering and suspension components for play/slop and documentation of each item individually. I also asked for an alignment and a copy of the report.When I picked up my vehicle, my work order had the wrong description of the problem and they replaced a steering damper. There was no indication any other parts were inspected. My vehicle is still under the 36,000-mile bumper to bumper warranty and I am going to have to fight them to get a well-known issue fixed. Am I required to go out on a public highway to try to reproduce the death wobble to prove to them my vehicle is still not fixed?

I brought my 07 Expedition in due to a vibration in the front end once I reached about 40 MPH. I also requested the tires be rotated, a bad tire inflation sensor replaced and asked them to do give me an estimate on other issues which they may find during their inspection. They ended up diagnosing some wiring issues and several other things which needed attention. All were repaired within four days (wait time for some of the parts) and the truck runs great.Thanks to the whole crew at Weikert, from the service techs to the folks in the office for taking good care of my vehicle and providing excellent customer service.

I was going through the struggles of purchasing a new vehicle and had been to several different Ford dealerships, not many places had much to work with inventory due to the market. I contacted my long lost cousin Ginny Castle aka Chicken on Facebook and she got me started on a truck that I was interested in, now mind you not I’m at work busy as can be and Ginny was able to help me just like I was standing infront of her, she had me send everything she needed to purchase a vehicle and everything else was taken care of from there, she was on top of everything single thing they needed and was actually willing to work with me, that same day I went and test drove the truck but due to getting off so late I had to wait until the next day to finish paperwork. Ginny had an emergency and wasn’t able to be there the following day so she got me hooked up with a girl named Jaycee. We got started on the paper work and went over the truck again, Jaycee was great just as well as Ginny, she had everything ready to go, the truck was in detail before I even arrived. She had everything filled out and ready to go all I had to do was sign here and sign there. Both of them made everything so easy being very responsive and explanatory on what was going on through the whole deal! I recommend either one of these two, Ginny or Jaycee 10/10, they will make it extremely easy for you to make a huge purchase. Everyone knows that buying a vehicle always comes with the high pressure salesman, low ball trade offers, and tons of dealer hidden fees that you never hear about until you are sitting at the finance table. Dealing with Weikert Ford is nothing like that. They are a smaller dealership with customer service as their main focus. Justin Land who was my salesman for both purchases has earned my business for life with his above and beyond focus on customer satisfaction. To sum it up he isnt the pushy car salesman, he is more than fair when it comes to trade valuation without having to go back and forth like other dealers, and he takes the time to ensure you are completely satisfied with your decision. My last transaction was my most amazing one as he gave me a great trade value on a specialty vehicle. Since Weikert Ford is about 1 1/2 hrs from where I live, I got in my truck and started to drive to the dealership. By the time I got there my new vehicle was already detailed, fueled up and ready to go. I may have been there a total of 20 minutes before I was driving home in my new Expedition. Justin made this such an easy purchase and I didnt have to waste and entire day to buy a vehicle. I said it before and I will say it again, Weikert Ford has a customer for life regardless of where I may live. Found a F150 that I was interested in and contacted them through an email. Received a voicemail from Cristina to learn more about the truck and to come for a test drive. I was unable to return her call due to work, but my wife did. They set up a meeting and a test drive for 5:30 PM. We drove 2 hours from Cape Coral and were introduced to a friendly and courteous Cristina who set us up with salesman Matthew Hosack. Matthew was very friendly and took us out to see the truck. He pulled it out and went over the details of the functions as well as the history. We took it for a test drive and it was even better than we thought. We arrived back and Matthew asked how we liked it and if we had any questions. We proceeded to his office where we negotiated a lower price. I had my own pre qualified financing and thought I had the best deal. Matthew asked if they could search for a better rate and we agreed. Turns out they were successful in getting us an unbelievable rate. The paper work was started and we were told that their finance people had left, but Steven (the owner) was handling things. They apologized numerous times for the slowness, but said they wanted everything to be correct. When it came time to sign, Steven was very thorough and explained in great detail the paper work and the extended warranty options available. We completed the paper work and received the key, a hat, a full tank of gas, and one free oil change. We were there after closing time and yet they were the ones apologizing for the time it was taking. It only had one key, but they are mailing me a spare and said I could take it to a dealer closer to me and they will pay to have it programmed. Nothing but a very positive experience and we will be returning customers. They also recommended the restaurant across the street ( Sizzling Grill) and they were spot on. The other sales people were kind and friendly as well.

My salesman Matthew was fantastic. He allowed me to text him and tell him exactly what I needed and made me feel like I was valued. He held the vehicle for me with no deposit and only on good faith. Him and his crew kept the location open for me as I was driving close to 2 hours to pick up the vehicle after I got out of work. All of the co workers in the dealership were fantastic. They Congratulated me and my family on our very first brand new Truck purchase. The entire experience was fantastic until I was inside the finance room and declined the extended warranty. Excellent experience buying my used car from this dealership. Justin Land, sales manager and Julian Torres, salesperson were terrific in working out the deal online. Also Michael in finance was ready for me and sent me all the paperwork in advance to confirm the deal.
