Simply put these guys are EXCELLENT. They treated me with respect and were very pleasant to work with..straight forward with no pressure to buy now like so many other places. Because of their welcoming attitude I decided to purchase from them. I had 2 other dealers with similar vehicles in stock but after stopping here first I didnt need to travel any further. They made it happen and I took delivery a couple of hours later. They even detailed the car nicely and to my surprise offered my first TWO service visits (Oil Change/Tire Rotations) for free.... Other dealers generally give you ONE..... This gesture makes me feel appreciated and welcomed. No surprises .... Once you find the vehicle that you like they put everything in writing. Including all fees (yes, they do charge a Dealer Fee but their prices are lower so it is essentially about the same or a better price than the competition).I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you check them out for your next vehicle purchase

Painless process in buying my truck at Dyer. The service you get here is dying out at other dealerships. I had a fantastic salesman, Luke, that met every need with the whole process and checked how things were after the sale the next day. The whole process, including test drive was about an hour. Financing was was breeze. I dont plan on going to another dealership for my next vehicle, and hopefully the salesman will still be there that sold me the truck. Thanks!

Lack of communication, photos are of a test drive” test drive more like beating my car” for an A/C issue. The GM called once and has yet to call back about how my car was driven. Had to take it to another dealership to get it checked out. Never taking my car back their. That is my pride and joy and I worked hard to get my car and trusted it would be in good hands to find out someone beat on it. No need to go to a mall or a gas station for an A/C issue.

Worst experience at a dealership. The service department definitely needs a course on customer service. Was completely embarrassed on my first trip of the week to the point I walked out thanks to their technician. The lady at the front explained she would reschedule everything for my fiancé to come on Saturday and there would be no more issues after expressing my frustrations to her. Only to find out what I was supposed to be having done isn’t possible on a Saturday and she didn’t even put it in the system to be completed. I’ve tried calling management several times and no answer. I can’t wait until I no longer have to deal with dyer Chevy in lake wales. I’ll happily take my business else where. Would NOT recommend!!!

There is no inventory for vehicles, and the service department takes to long. I had a 10:30 appointment, showed up a 15 mins early, and still didn’t get out of there to almost 1:00pm…That was a simply oil change, and wash…The last times I’ve been there for service, my wait times, have gotten longer and longer

The worst experience I have ever had with a dealership! From the sales to the finance to the service department! Let’s start with the sales Renzo my sales associate at first was very nice and his sales went on in the discussion of the sale progress he became very rude, aggressive to the point that he bowed up and threw his arms out trying to intimidate. Mike the sales manager got involved he was very rude very dismissive. Got to the point where it was blaming me for the issues going on with the sale. Mind you I am a GM corporate friends and family. Mike came at me questioning me if I was truly a GM corporate friends and family. This was due to them attempting to put the wrong birthdate in and the discount not going through. Moving on to finance Edwin upon going through the finance and getting that set up snuck in hundred thousand mile extended warranty even though I had told him that I did not want it. Now we are working to get a canceled. For service they had to order a second key fob. A key fob came in service called me made arrangements to drive an hour and a half back to Lake Wales to have the key fob programmed and the key cut. We were at the service department for over three hours Waiting. After multiple attempts to find out what was going on the service manager came out and said they were having issues with the computer that program the key fob and cut the key. They were able to program the key fob but was not able to cut the key. Bobby the Service manager promised that he would make everything right. When I left the dealership I only had the key fob and not the key. Bobby promised that the key would be cut properly and mailed to me. Waiting on the The key to be mailed to me. During this time at the dealership I had to go back in to speak to the sales due to the fact after the sale of my vehicle and upon leaving they did not give me the owners manual or the floor mats. Again when I talk to Mike on the second trip again he was very dismissive and Un- interested in helping me. He did get a sales associate to help me. The sales associate Jory was very helpful as he called Renzo to find out where the items were. Upon speaking to Renzo via phone through Jory he was very dismissive and said he would take care of it on Tuesday when he returned from his vacation. Jory explain to him that they were there nowAnd they drove over an hour and a half to come and pick up these items. Jory did his best and got the floor mats and the owners manual for me.

Sales team was great. service needs attention drawn to it. my new vehicle after two weeks had an issue. spent the next 3+ weeks replacing parts. a chevy advisor had to step it and diagnose the issue. they replaced the recommended part and it seemed to work. Before I left the lot I mentioned that I see excess brake fluid. the service advisor and I chalked it up to being leftover residue. This is not the case. The part they just replaced is now leaking brake fluid. wonderful. now I have to take it in for another service and hope it gets done right.

Then they said they would sort it and call me. Well that was a week ago. I will never use them in the future. I will never recommend them. There are other choices.

Needed a new battery. Local auto parts store could not handle the job.Their Die Hard battery was $220 /3 yr. warranty. Your AC Delco was $190 with coupon and 4yr warranty and a car wash. Although I did have to pay $30 for the installation. So it was an even amount, though a better battery, car wash and professionalism.I always take my 2016 Malibu to your dealership for the oil change since its a good price, rotate tires and car wash. Great waiting room & immensities..

Left my Chevy Volt for service (needed power window service) and was assured it would be looked at 1st thing in the AM if I dropped it off the night before. This was important as I only had the one day for service. After leaving 2 messages they finally called back after 1pm to say they hadnt even looked at it yet, and it certainly wouldntt be fixed that day. I told them not to bother even looking at it and would pick up the keys later. When I picked up the car I expressed my complaint to someone who claimed to be a manager he said he would make sure someone from the service dept. would call the next morning to try to make thing right. Needless to say a call never came.Apparently I cant respond to the owners response so all I can do is edit the original post. The manager did reach out (left a voicemail) that was no help at all. Basically he said to bring the car back and they could try again, sorry they had their chance and blew it. Had they said something like they would give me a loaner if it wasnt done in a timely fashion I may have gone back. That would have at least shown that they were trying to make things right. But basically their only response was bring the car back and we will try again

I always work out my deals through email before I show up at the dealership. I reached a deal with my salesman Robert, on a specific truck. He took video of it, the stock numbers matched, there was no doubt which truck the deal was based on. Long story short, soon as I got there they were up to their typical tricks. They said the numbers were provided on a different truck that was sold. I know dealers have their games and I’m fine with that but that’s why I structure the deals the way I do. Robert stood there the whole time with a blank look on his face as these guys sat there and lied to me about a “mixup” knowing we had a deal. I drove an hour and half down to this dealership and wasted half my day. This was a desperate move by Robert and finance, shows their lack of character. Btw, they emailed me later and said they would do the deal.Update: I appreciate your response but I have not received any phone calls, texts or emails from the manager or anyone else for that matter. I only received the one email as I was driving home from the dealership.

We had a recall on our Malibu. We were told that it would take about an hour or so, so. We we waited. We were treated with respect by everyone that we came in contact with and all wore masks. They asked if we would like to have the car washed and we of course said yes. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. We have had nothing but kind words to say about Dyer Chevrolet. Dyer stands by their word and even sets their own standard simply by progressive action to resolve any issues. Great business! My wifes GMC Terrain had a manufacturer defect leading to rapid oil consumption. Randy in the service department went above and even more so beyond expectations to meet our needs, which ultimately got down to the roote with a solution. Great proactive approaches and a clear improvisational mindset was recognized and appreciated greatly. Robert in new car sales listened to my needs and found what i was looking for without pressuring me into what i couldn’t afford and also with options i would not be using just so they could make a more lucrative sale.Tom was also great during the process. He worked extremely hard to help me get approved for a 2019 Silverado 1500 and got me approved even know i had no co signer and was 8k+ in negative equity on my trade.
