After starting my afternoon at the Winter Haven Tire Kingdom for an appointment scheduled through Tire Kingdoms corporate website for a 4 tire installation for tires that had to be ordered for another day, I stopped by the Lake Wales shop to order my preferred tires for installation at their shop. Service manager discussed my tire choice with me and suggested/recommended an alternate set of Michelin tires for my car at a great price, which were installed several hours later, just before closing. Very happy with my new tires after several days! Thank you!!

My oldest son told me to go to Tire Kingdom and I got great service and my tires were aligned and I purchased their extended warranty. The employees there were very professional and I felt very comfortable and safe in their waiting area.

Highly frustrated and if I can give 0 stars I would. I arrived 30 mins early for my oil change appointment and still had to wait 2 hours to have my car serviced. They didnt change my filter which SHOULD be included in a oil change. A few days later Ive noticed a oil leak in my car. In one weeks time I was down to only 1 quart of oil in my car. I also asked the guy to check the brake system which is included in the multi inspection they claim they do. I didnt receive a free rotation and the guy told me my brakes were good even though the dashboard clearly displayed check brake system indicating a problem. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I was happy with the service for the most part...they performed services as advertised but they must be shorthanded or overbooked because it took an hour and a half just to pull my vehicle in for an oil change even though I made an appointment and arrived early. They performed the inspection that came with the oil change and made a bunch of unnecessary repair recommendations to the tune of close to $2000! Talk about sticker shock!

Walked in at 11. Was told hour and a half wait. So I decided to make an appointment for 1:30. Was here at 1:20. I am still sitting here at 3:15 and car hasnt even moved. Appointments are a complete waste of time. Will never be back

We had a real tire emergency. It was somewhat close to closing time. The guys in the shop agreed to stay and change it for us. They did a great job. I thank them so much.

Had to give at least one star. Waited over an hour for my appointment (yes I scheduled an appointment) to have my oil changed. They had another truck on the loft before mine to also change the oil. Asked what was taking so long and was told they were just waiting for the oil because they ran out. The oil they stated they were waiting on was the wrong oil. They would have put the wrong oil in the truck ahead of mine along with mine which used the same oil. The guys running this shop are extremely inexperienced. Needless to say after and hour of waiting I asked for my keys back. I do need my warranty voided over their stupidity.

Scam scam scam. No other way to describe this place. Replacing parts on my girlfriend car parts that are in good shape and creating a ticket $ wow you should be more worry about your customer then your tickets $ guys. Very unhappy with my latest visit to this location. The wife had a plug put in her driver side steer tire a while back at this location. Today the tire is down 22 psi. I aired it up to 36 psi and found that the plug was leaking down to about 22 psi and then sealing up and holding. I air the tire back up to 36 psi and followed my wife up the this location about 17 miles. Tire was down to 28 psi when she parked at the Tire Kingdom in Lake Wales, FL. The wife checked in with a newer employee. The new guy stated that it would cost $110 for repair her tire. Not replace. Repair. She got mad and raised her voice. At which time Easton the manager asked her to step outside. After the wife claimed down Easton came outside to speak with her and find out what happened. The wife explain the situation. In Easton clarified that the tire would need to be replaced and that they were going to prorate the cost of the tire. Why I am upset about this situation is the tire shouldnt have been plugged to begin with due to the fact the original puncture was within half of an inch of the sidewall. And if youre going to plug a tire that close to the sidewall at a minimum it should have been rotated to the rear. So after everything was explained she accepted and paid the $110 new tire. I am done dealing with this company.

I would never go here again, I was lied to multiple times, they broke a part of my car and left me with no car for 5 days. Would not suggest this place to anyone unless you plan on paying for stuff you dont need or things that they brake.....

I needed a tire unexpectedly, like yesterday. I didnt have to wait long and I got my tire. The staff was kind, there was no pressure to buy this and that. they did tell me that I would eventually need a tie rod end. I was thankful because I didnt even know it was going bad. John and Jason were so helpful. answered my questions. the prices were very good. fit into my budget. you ever need any work done go to this tire kingdom. you will get the best service, kind and friendly staff and they will take good care of your vehicle.

We were In the middle of a very hectic move and we had to pull our pontoon boat 3 hours north when one of the trailer tires started to come loose. I did an alignment and ever since i took to them I’ve been hearing a clunk noise on the front and took it back and they left a loose nut for tie rod and they said it was some metal rubbing and took it to tire plus and the problem went away only took them 10 min to fix

Back in November of 2019, I had my brakes replaced, both front and back at the Lake Wales location on my Nissan Quest. Lifetime guarantee according to my receipt. Fast forward to December of this year, I hear squealing and squeaking coming from the passenger rear. I had my wife take it in to them on Dec 20, 2020. She arrived at 10am, right at opening. It wasnt until 11:30am that they took the car back. They check and say that the brakes are totally shot on that wheel and that it would need replacing. How in the heck can brakes go bad in one year? And only on one wheel? The rest were perfect. That tells me the job wasnt done right the first time. So, what do they do? They only charge for labor. $150 in labor charges. My issue, why charge my wife anything due to the job not being done correctly in the first place?I ended up calling the 800 customer service number and spoke with Lillia at ext 11823. Very sympathetic. After telling my story, she says she will research and get back to me. The next day, I call to inquire as to what the status is. I was told by another customer service rep that she is working on my case and would call me back in 5 minutes. 2 hours later, still no call. I call back, told again she is on the other line and would get back to me. About 5 minutes later, she calls me back.She spoke with someone at the store and she proceeds to tells me that they, meaning the local store, wants to fix my issue. The issue was resolved when they changed the brakes properly this time. My problem is having to pay for the same job a year later (labor charge). Lillia proceeds to tell me, after I asked if there would be a full or even a partial refund, that no refund would be given.This set me off. I had some not so nice things to say and promptly ended the call. They wasted my time.Ive had great experiences previously with Tire Kingdom. However, after this, they wont be getting my business. I will proudly tell anyone that will listen to not go here.I feel ripped off.If you have visited this location previously and had brake work done, Id get it checked. They put me and my family in danger due to their negligence and sloppy work.

I have been a long time customer who has brought several family and friends vehicles to their shop for different service. Yet, until last week when i made the mistake of letting them work on my brand new tundra for a small leveling kit.Not only was the whole ordeal confusing, but it was done wrong and their was some minor damage.I asked to gave the manager call me...yet i have not. Maybe i am just not that important.Or better yet..this is just how they conduct bussiness. Overall... Go somewhere else for your service needs. Stay away at all cost!

Made an online appointment for 10:30am on a Sunday. Arrived, checked in and told them I would be waiting. At 11:15 my car had not moved from where I parked it. Asked the service manager how much longer he thought it would be and was told he would get me in as fast as he can but there was two more in front of me. I asked what is the point of making appointments and he literally turned and walked away. Never again will I put myself though this with these people. If appointments don’t take priority, why make appointments? If you overbook that many appointments, just stop. I can get better service at Walmart and I hate them!

All I can say is it was quick

I went online and purchased 4 new tires and made the appointment for 11:30. I show up at 11:30 and get checked in, sign the papers which had a different price than what it showed on the website, but they adjusted the price to what the website said. They said they would get right to it, so I sat down to wait. After 45 minutes went by I look outside and see my truck is still in the same spot. I waited another 15 minutes, so 1 hour after my appointment my truck wasnt even pulled into the shop yet so I went up and told them to forget the whole thing, got my keys and walked out. I took the time to select tires, commit to the purchase and make an appointment with you and that meant absolutely nothing to you.

I will never go back to this place again! Made an appointment at 10:00am and it took them until 4:00 pm to finish putting two tires on my car. First I call to get a price for two tires and after getting a price and setting up an appointment I send my wife to drop the car off and they give her a price that is was almost 50 dollars higher. They corrected that issue and after about two hours they call me that my car was finished to be picked up, I arrive and notice that they have put the most worn out tire back on the car (the reason for getting new tires) after I advised them to put two new tires and select the best out of the four old tires and place them in the rear of the car with the brand new ones in the front. So now I have to wait again for them to find my old tires and replace the worn out one with one of the better ones that was on the car. They never call me back that the car was finished so I just go pick the car up. I go to pay the man and he starts making JOKES about the price be $1,000 dollars and that we were giving him a hard time today so he would give me a hard time. NOT FUNNY AT THIS TIME. So when I finally get home that evening I was looking over the car again and notice a few things. One the tire they have placed on the car was the wrong size. The tires were 40 series tires they put a 45 series. Two of the center caps are missing from my rims. Last they have done at least three tire alignments on this car and they just advised me that it needs another one, never in my life have I ever had to do so many alignments on a vehicle. Management needs to tighten up here, this is uncalled for. I do not recommend this place for anyone!

A couple weeks ago my daughter and her friend were driving home from college for the last couple of weeks of summer, when my daughters tire blew out. They were the closet tire place to their location. My husband and I both contacted the store as it was 5 pm on a Friday worried since they would be closing soon and the girls were waiting for AAA. Robert was just great. He told us not to worry, he would wait till they got there no matter what time it was and make sure they got taken care of. He did just that! They got there close to 7 pm. Robert called us and let us know she really all of them replaced. Robert and his team stayed and replaced all 4 tires for her and allowed us to pay over the phone. He made sure the girls got safely back on the road. We are very grateful for what he did. I would recommend his shop to anyone. Thanks again Robert!!!

Dont bother with making appointments, they cant keep them. Be sure to inspect any work that you have done. Several of the mechanic will do subpar work and leave you with improperly installed parts causing premature failure.On another occasion, I had an alignment done to only be given back my vehicle with an incomplete alignment. They couldnt figure out how to tighten the linkage to the gearbox, leaving me to tighten it in the parking lot myself.

Waited 10mins after a guy who ask how can i help you then he went off to talk to co workers abt gloves and made 3 phone call all the meanwhile i was standing there to get 1 tire then when i came back an jour an half afrer my appt to pick up my car with a 1 tire change waited 35mins to pay cause he wanted carry on covo with cuatomers if ur that busy u need more ppl to take orders and payments then i paid and he walks away to go back to talk to same customers again and 3 mins later i inttrupted them just to get my receipt cause apperentally paying is not important

We are from out of town and had an issue with the tire pressure sensor. They could have saw we werent local and said we needed new tires. They checked everything out and said it all was fine and did not charge us . We are very appreciative!

I came in for and oil change and a tire rotation. I asked the employee at the counter how long would it take...I assumed about an hour or two, he says to me Ill have you out of here in an hour. I said that sounds great. Been here and hour and the car has not moved from the spot that I parked it. Not even as much as an update on the status of my car. Definitely will not be back here.

I always use their service on all our cars, somehow there was a miscommunication, and I got the wrong oil and my check engine light came on. Went back tnere and they checked it out for me. There was no problem. And no blame was laid on anyone, and they happily fixed my car,plus threw in an extra service at no charge! Great people,and good service. Will continue to go there, and will continue to send my friends too.

Robert is a very pleasant person and the work on my car was done quickly and professionally. They took the time to explain all the options for my cars service which I always appreciate.

Everything about the actual oil change I got was great, the sales rep was nice, offered explanations for everything, and it didn’t take too long. However, ten minutes after pulling away from the store I got a Facebook friend request from a mechanic who worked there. I remember seeing him briefly but I never spoke to him, and he was not in the room when I gave the rep my information (last name, phone number, address) aloud. Meaning he had to have looked it up. I feel this was totally unprofessional and a tad creepy.

I had work performed on my vehicle here for non a/c tune up. When I arrived at the shop had my air off due to the weather.. When I returned to my vehicle I found my air on full which I found weird and turned it off. The next day I noticed my air would not get cool at all. Before arriving at shop my air would freeze passengers out. On top of finding out the shop charged several hundred dollars more than the average for the work performed.

For a franchise car shop, its pretty good. Definitely the best around. Prices for labor is a bit on the steep side ($120/hr as of this post), but the quality is really good. I take my Mazda there and they always have the maintenance done right the first time. Theres probably a local mechanic that would do it for 1/4 of the price, but I like the professionalism here. No pushy sales tactics and they dont recommend things that arent needed either.If you are looking for a good tire/maintenance shop in Lake Wales, give these guys a shot.

Customer service here is top notch. Easton was excellent with helping buy a set of new tires for my truck. I had him shopping for me for a month before I made a choice and he obliged my every demand. Went as far as taking pictures to send to when when my order arrive at the store!!! Price was amazing as well for 35in M/T

They were very pleasant to deal with and didnt treat me like I was a dumb woman. They treated me with respect. That is of the utmost importance to me. The entire place was neat and clean inside and out. I felt safe and secure both in the store and in the parking lot. I will go back in the future and do recommend them.

Called Friday to schedule an appointment for Saturday morning. Show up Saturday to discover no appointment had been made. I was never asked what type of oil change I wanted. The additional services included with the oil change as advertised on their site, such as tire rotation, brake check, etc. were not done. As I left, a warning light came on to service 4x4 so I returned to tire kingdom only to be argued with regarding their responsibility. Avoid this place unless you want to pay dealership prices for disappointing work.

I called to see if I could have my tires rotated .They asked me if I wanted to make an appointment .I said yes, for 11:30. I arrived at 11:00 thinking I might be able to get in early . After waiting for over an hour, they hadnt moved my car from where I parked it!I decided not to wait any longer. Although they said your car is next. Keep in mind, I had an APPOINTMENT .Not sure I will make any more appointments at this location .

Came in for a simple tire patch which should have taken no more than 20 minutes since they werent too busy and I ended up waiting 2 hrs and 30 minutes.

Would give 1 star, but Robert White is usually great except this time. I went for my usual oil change and was told I’d get a call to pick it up. Calls me when it’s ready and says it’s too late for me to pick it up that I would have to come in the morning. Every other time I’ve received my car around that same time. If he knew I couldn’t get my car a warning would’ve been sufficient and I would have came another time instead of dropping it off. I’m disappointed that the quality of service can’t just stay consistent.

I made an appointment to get my oil changed at 5:30 on Monday evening. We got to your store around 515 and when we checked in with the gentleman he told us it would be about an hour probably less which to me was a little long for an oil change but that was OK I had somewhere to be at 6:45 so as long as I was out by 630 that was fine. My car was not taken back for an oil change until 635 and I did not get out of your store until after 7 o’clock. It is utterly ridiculous that I made an appointment for 530 and it took an hour and a half to get my oil changed with an appointment. And to be honest with you I believe our car was only taken back when it was because we asked why our car hadn’t been taken back when we had an appt an hour ago!

I usually dont take the time to post reviews but my experience at the Lake Wales Tire Kingdom deserves a few minutes to describe the outstanding service we received. I have bought many tires in my lifetime and I started off by calling Lee first thing on a Saturday morning to see what kind of deals they had, we were looking to replace tires on our Mercedes E350. I knew from the first minutes of my conversation I liked the guy, not a pushy person and throughout the process you could tell Lee enjoyed his job and was very professional. I have always bought from mom and pop places but we felt so welcomed when we entered the store and Lee and Vince really are genuine people that I have no doubt we will be returning to have other services done. Got a great deal and couldnt be happier with the tire Lee helped pick out based on our budget.

As I was driving down Hey 27 I noticed my tire pressure sensor showed 18 psi in left rear tire. See Tire Kingdom, pulled in advised the service tech I had an issue. One of the best places that do great work. Buy the 5 year alignment program. You can go when ever you want for free! And they offer pretty much anything else you think of for your car as in small work. If youre trying to get work done go someone else. They will kill you cause of their labor.

I just left with an absolute amazing experience!!! Kristen was helping me understand what the lights on my dash meant and what they would do to fix it. I also got new tires and she made it a breeze. Customer service rep rude... was selective on which customer to be nice to! Rep was told to check only the tires due to me having another appointment. Customer service rep took upon himself to do more than ask, then customer service rep had a bad attitude when ask what was the delay....tires were under pressure......we had to put more air in my tires after the service....all around poor service day Lakewales store.....they gave me a 8.00 discount, which was a insult due to the fact I had rather just had great service instead

Just moved to Florida with my wife 3 1/2 months ago. Use to get my tires before at discount tire but always passing tire kingdom to go to home depo. Today I noticed I needed brake pads, so I called last minute to see how much the price was, Kristen was so nice over the phone and said to stop by so someone can look at it. They were closing in one hour and they took me in. She was super professional and very knowledgeable about everything I needed done. I have never ever experienced amazing customer service like this. While I was waiting a woman was getting her car worked on and she even offered to give the client a ride after work if the person need it. That’s going above and beyond. Kristen is the best I have ever experienced.

I went to Tire Kingdom this past Sunday and Easton and his team were absolutely awesome. The service was great, I changed all for of my tires and the pricing was great. They even upgraded me to the next tire up since they did not have the 50k miles to 65k miles. Now that is excellent service. Mr. Easton and his staff are all very helpful, friendly, and down to earth. The service there is great. You can tell my the employee morale. My kids and I were on our way to SeaWorld my daughter got a flat tire ...we made the mistake of going to Walmart they sold me a tire but couldnt put it on because the spare we put on was the wrong one for the Kia soul so we were stuck there because the car wouldnt be able to drive home the way it was....Walmart didnt care. I called Tire Kingdom and they were immediately sympathetic and helpful just on the phone which made me feel comfortable...as soon as we got there the guys were extremely helpful they got everything done in minutes and we were on our way.
