Walked and walked up.to the counter took at least 10 mins to be asked did I need any help with at least 4 workers behind the counter smh but once I did get help he was pretty good as far getting what I needed but made feel as if I was bothering them and there social time

From the onset of my battery issue Mr. Dave has assisted me. He explained things over the phone. He checked the battery and replace it. It was difficult to replace due to heavy corrosion. He did it! He is a true asset to this company. I am forever grateful!

After driving around in circles to find an entrance that was unmarked, I went in looking for wheel seals for a boat trailer. I was told that if I didnt have the make and model of the vehicle that they couldnt help me. I had the seals with the numbers on them with me. I told him that it was a boat trailer and was told that they couldnt help me. Definitely wont bother trying there anymore. Carquest took the number and crossed it to their number and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

This is the third time that I have ordered parts at this particular AutoZone and have been guaranteed that they would be here between 430 and 5 PM the same day because they’re going to call Tampa and get it on the truck and all this neat stuff it never arrives they are liars I could’ve drove to Lakeland and got my part at Pep Boys and I told him I said be honest with me no no we guarantee it’ll be here that’s what I was told they would rather ask for forgiveness and take your money then be honest this store is not an honest store I think corporate or audit these guys because if you can’t be honest with your customers you know they’re not being honest with the corporate warehouse

They tried. Unfortunately I needed a coil pack and they didnt know how to look it up on a workhorse chassis. They can only possibly find you parts if you have the year, make, model, 2wd or 4wd, engine displacement, interior color, mothers maiden name, etc. I wish they would hire people with a mechanical background to help find parts.

When I showed up after my night shift tired & hoping to get in & back out & headed home, thats exactly what happened. No fuss. Thanks to the associates in Lake Wales on HWY 60 I & every customer I seen was in & out quickly.

People are always helpful and generally speaking u have most if what I ever need.

I am a transgender woman who was in this store about three months ago and had an issue where I was miss gendered. I got pretty upset about it and spoke with the manager who handled the situation very well. Since then I have been back in this store and have had the best service and respect. Sometimes people make mistakes, but good management who care about their customers can and did make things right again. I would highly recommend this store to other LGBTQ people who wish to shop at stores that respect them. This place is LGBTQ friendly!

Great place for quick shopping for parts or car cleaning. Especially for air fresheners etc... The staff is very knowledgeable and the store is very very clean! OMG you can practically eat off the floors!Love the parking lot. Plenty of room for working on your car if needed.

This place has high prices and I didnt go in for three items 85.00 too much for me he paid because he had to change his oil

Went in willing to locate wipers and put them on myself. Within a minute I was greeted, asked what I needed, and within 3 more minutes I was checked out and had new windshield wipers installed by one of the workers. Awesome service.

Stood there for 20 mins to pick up plugs and wires for my explorer the man I spoke to said the plugs was 7.99 each but when I called he(same man) told me they was 3.79.I wrote his name down so I know it was him.just because Im a woman he thought he could over charge me. He got the wrong lady for that, I been working on cars since before he was born.

You will NEVER get the right part. Staff is not knowledgeable. Guess 98% of the time.
