Never have the correct parts in inventory. Extremely poor customer service. Manager rather talk about vacation on the phone than help customers at the counter.

I drove 30 miles one way to return a defective part they sold me. They close at 5:30 not 6::00 like it says. I guess it is going to cost me 120 miles.

My Chevy Tracker is in the dealer having its rear axle repaired I could not find seals anywhere five different major auto parts stores even the internet Napa had them the Chevy dealer told me theyre discontinued I told Chevy they can find them at Napa
