I came in the Lake Park location just shopping around and I was immediately greeted by Lourdedianie Edmond . She was so sweet and well informative. She was patient with me and explored literally all the phones. I was eager to purchase. She really gave me a bang for my buck. I am bringing my whole family back to purchase from her! The Assistant Store Manager( Manuelita Edmond)was very professional and very hands on and extremely fast at handling my needs for my services. She knew things that I didnt know and answers that I was already thinking to ask about the new phone. Like I told her then, shes a star in the making. When I say great service. These men and ladies have FREAKING GREAT SRRVICE!!!! Im here with my Queen and our son that needs a phone, all while adding another line. Dayard, Micheal, and 2 beautiful Black Queens assisted us. Fast, very friendly, knowledgeable, helped get me some great discounts, and this is my 2nd time here. Ill be back soon and I know you guys should hurry to visit this location!!!

The only store actually open till closing, all the rest in this area close up one hour earlier. And they where happy to help us when we came in at 30 minutes to close time. Great staff, friendly and willing to work and make sure the customer is happy. This will be for now on the only store in town we will go to. Stores on Northlake either never open or not very friendly or have good customer service skills.

Great guys that work in the store they get you in and out as soon as possible getting a new phone is a little bit of a process locals always coming in saying hi Eric was great with me helping me get a new iPhone everyone was pleasant to be around and he helped me with financing options and did everything for me to have a great experience buying today. I forgot something and they called me to let me know it was great most of Lake Park is highly recommend! ❤️

First of all Karen Deserves a 10 stars, I walked to the store to buy my brother a phone cuz he just came to the states, He’s Girlfriend was there, I only have money for one phone but I needed 2 phones one for each one, Karen help me to find a best deal each one end up with one phone, She was so nice very friendly. After several years, we left them. Metro hires the most incompetent and foul mouth people! Uneducated in the products and defensive. I have never experienced this when I was in the service industry. It would be unacceptable and hired! Their loss and xfinity mobile gain!! Never again will I do business with them.Eric, I apologize you are correct this didnt happen in your store. I am updating the location of the terrible experience (I dont know how you were attached to this). It happened at the Prosperity Farms Rd & PGA Blvd location (Gardens Plaza, I believe) next to Dunkin Donuts, across from Chase Bank and, in the same plaza as Traders Joe.

This place used to be great to go to for phone troubles. Now they dont seem like they want to help anyone anymore. Last five or six phone purchases they havent had the phone I wanted in stock. Im guessing thats the reason why they dont want to help me anymore, but I did give them first shot.Ive been a customer of his since 2008 but I get the message they dont want my business anymore.I feel like Im talking at them and not to them. Its not a good feeling.

New people are awful!!!! As customers send money to personal cashapp! Lies to customers calls police and lies about weapons put a replacement order in knowing my phone was cracked and then switched up when the phone came in. Video tapes minors after being asked not to video tape the minor. Flat out ignored me asking him about my phone 3 or 4 times untill he saw i did something with my phone.. They should not be able to treat people like that..Old owner....They are the best in town!!! They are not just a metro store the are part of the community! Eric, Rico,Tyler have all learned some Creole Spanish and more so they can talk to all the different clientele that comes in. And they have an excellent screen repair guy names Justin!! His prices are literally the best in town!! I strongly suggest this be your new Metro PCS store no matter where your located its worth the drive!!

I called customer service last week because my phone stopped charging no matter what kind of charger I used and was told that I would have to purchase a new phone even though I had insurance and a warranty on my phone, I informed the guy that this didnt make sense and was told by him that he was making thirty dollars a week in Mexico and would he have an opportunity to work here in the states. After he told me this we were cut off so I had to call back. I was transferred to several people several times, cut off several times, and finally talked to some one in the Phillipines who also informed me he was making very little money for this job. I was then transferred to someone in California who told me to call the local stores and they would replace my phone right there. The first store here in Delray Beach told me I didnt have problems compared to her because her husband was just diagnosed with terminal cancer, the second store has a full mail box and tells you this before it hangs up on you. By this time anyone would think you people were running a circus, I then go to the store with the full mail box and am told to go to Lakeworth which is an hour away and they will help me. The store manager tells me to hold the charger with my thumb and fore finger and it will charge. I asked if he suggested I do this near the wall for several hours and he said if thats the only way it will charge, then yes. This is without a doubt the most useless and ridiculous excuse for customer service I have ever seen. I am in a domestic violence shelter and cant believe this treatment Ive received. I guess this is Metro PCS standards for customer service and am contacting the BBB.

Stopped at two different metro stores after buying a new phone and they didnt help at all so I read the reviews for these guys and gave it a shot. Everyone is professional and they didnt charge me a dime for their service I actually felt bad after leaving that I didnt pay. Will definitely come back again. Thank you guys.

When I tell you that Ive not regretted the switch over to metro its that serious! The service is second to none literally. After going back and fourth with the idea of using metro service I was definitely skeptical at first but decided to try anyway... what did I have to loose especially paying 4xs the amount with my previous carrier. The young man that worked there along with his partner were friendly and knowlegable about what they have to offer no matter what questions I asked; in which, they gave straight forward and truthful answers to verses what Ive dealt with before with my previous carrier. In addition, I foolishly dropped my iPhone face down which I though the glass was broken on a phone literally not even a month old... and due to the type of glass shield on the phone it saved me any repairs. So worth it thank you guys very much!!!!?
