Usually great but havent had anything in stock for months when it comes to PS anything 🙂

The clerk was very informative concerning my daughters PS2 as well as my son Xbox One definitely was a pleasure and I saved money by going inside of the store thanks again Game Stop.

Feels a little small for a GameStop outside of a mall, but the staff are always friendly and helpful, and they often have games in stock that other stores in the area dont!

Usually love my experience at GameStop! My fiancé & I love going to different stores and seeing what some have and what some don’t have. After a couple of minutes of searching we found what we were looking for. We get to the register and an employee comes in for his shift. We wait at the register as the assistant manager is speaking to the employee about his tardiness. Basically he was trying to explain the situation and kept apologizing to her about being late. Instead of taking this to the back or speaking about it later, she snaps at him saying that next time it’s a no call no show. Now I don’t know the reputation of the employee but I don’t think it’s right that an ASSISTANT MANAGER is speaking to an employee like that in front of customers. THEN she tells him to clock in and help us. Mind you she was there before the employee got there and had us waiting for him to clock in. I don’t think that’s right. Please speak with your team on how to handle the situation better and not do it so publicly.

I’m a dad with no clue on gaming. Walked in the store, the manager immediately greeted me and he did a fantastic job with a “turn-key” system with 5 games for my kids and out the door in 10 min smiling. Excellent job and great customer service. I’ll be back! Thx

Knowledgeable staff is a must and this store provides that for you. They listen to see youre game play and help pick out good game for you. Great staff

I didnt get to go during a busy time or day but the staff was both knowledgeable, friendly, and very willing to go the extra mile to help me find the games I needed. They offered to order the game for me and told me which stores currently had it according to their system. The store was very well organized and I was checked out quickly and thoroughly.

Im always at this gamestop and seen so many employees come and go. These people on the store are so nice and will help you out. Also they will talk and have a conversation from time to time which could last 10 min or so

I collect funko pops and marvel legends, and this is BY FAR the best Gamestop I’ve been into. Not only do they have the best products overall, but their service is fantastic. They know exactly what I’m talking about whenever I ask them if they can find me a product I’m looking for. JP and Brandon go above and beyond, too. Highly recommend giving them the business over every other Gamestop, which is average at BEST!

Me and my son who is 10 years old love going here. They always have the kind of toy figures, plushies, games and more that he is interested in. The workers are extremely nice and They go out of their way to be as helpful as possible! This gamestop is now my sons favorite store to go to to find all the new Five Nights At Freddys, Super Mario, and Minecraft toys among others! I actually bought most of his Christmas gifts from here. We love this store and the employees!

First the lines were to the back of the door as Brandon announced that he was only taking care of the girl he was flirting with for 25 mins straight and only the other cashier was taking customers.Brandon and John being completely uneducated about the games they sell, sold us a game that was for internet only but told us it wasnt.They also sold it NEW with no wrapper but only a piece of tape on it.When we learned it was for internet only..we returned it the next day to Brandon who said he couldnt return it because of no wrapper.lol.then he remembered he taped it and his new argument was the tape was lifted and replaced.he then started taking pictures of the tape.OMG MOST RIDICULOUS EXPERIENCE EVER.Ridiculous experience and would never shop there again!!Complete nonsense.
