Ms.Rosa was the employee who attended us and she did a phenomenal job. Shes very professional and attentive. She answered every single one of our questions (Believe me there was a ton). She took her time to find us the best deal for a family of 4 and my god did she surpass our expectations. I looked at every carrier and cricket provided the best coverage, affordability, and deals that were amazing. I highly recommend this location especially because of the highly knowledgable Ms. Rosa. The staff here is very smart, organized, and efficient. Definitely tell your friends to come here, cricket is the best.

I would have actually signed up at this store but the internet was down for days so I had to go to a different store because my phone service was ending. Thais was actually the one who talked us into the phones in the first place.
