This place is way overpriced, the staff isnt too friendly either. They charged me for two hours of labor for something that took one hour and when I asked about this, he told me that they have tools that get the job done faster. To which I replied, then why still charge for the two hours? He responded with, well we need to pay for the tools to make the job faster.This sounds like they can charge you for how ever many hours of labor they see fit, even if the job does not take as long.Im giving 2 stars because they got me in short notice and did the job quick, 1 hour. But I was still charged for 2 hours of labor. Oh, and the labor is $90/hr by the way.If it wasnt such short notice I would have gone anywhere else.

I did my oil change last month on the F250 these guy installed wrong filter cap after maket make my engine seal leaking also the oil pressure switch leaking who ever have a Diesel truck dont take it to them they cant work on Diesel.

So many good things to say about it this place. Ravi is the best!! He is so efficient and honest. They also have really good prices. I highly recommend this place!!!

Brought my car in because the AC was going in and out. Over $600 to fix. 2 weeks later it started doing it again. Brought it back and they fixed it. 4 months later It did it again. Brought it back and they fixed it. Now 1 month later it’s doing it again. I just paid FORD, the dealership! almost the same price to fix it! And just by looking at the wiring under the dash I can tell they did a more professional job. I will say they where nice, but I feel like I paid the same price for poorer quality work and service!

I’ve taken my car there for the past couple years and any issue I’ve had has been resolved. They make sure your vehicle gets the repairs and maintenance it needs without charging you an extensive amount. They’ve done all jobs from a small oil change to an entire engine replacement. Definitely recommend!

We have been taking our cars to Brent and Ravi at Rapid Auto for about 9 years now. They are honest, reliable and really really nice people. Was visiting our cousins in West Palm Beach and ran into some car issues. We were stuck because we were set to head back to Virginia in the morning and needed it taken care of. A neighbor at my cousins recommended this shop and we were so happy with everything. Being out of town its hard to trust that you are going to the right shop but we felt really comfortable and enjoyed our time speaking with the owner. Needed to have my brakes done and called the shop and the owner was really nice and got the car in the next morning. I waited for the car in their waiting area which was comfortable with a TV and offered snacks. It was a pleasant waiting time. The car was ready quickly and the service was awesome. Will definitely be bringing my car back to these guys and my moms car too!

My wife needed a tire replaced in a pinch when she was picking up our son from soccer. She called and this place not only took her car right away but had her rolling down the street within the hour and she wasnt even late to get our son. Amazing service. Hard to find decent car repair these days but this place is definitely on their A game.

First time i met the owner Brent at his other location i was desperate on a Saturday with my Range Rover the transmission fluid leaking and nobody could help me. I pulled up he said of course he could help put it up on the rack told me what was wrong filled it with some fluid, told me what needed to be fixed. I then asked him how much for the work he said 12 bucks for the fluid i was ready to replace the transmission or some major serious work that needed to be done. At this moment i realized i had found an honest person and i told him i will be bringing all my cars to him for repair in the future This was about 8 years ago and we have been taking all our cars to Brent and Ravi at Rapid Auto ever since.

Very reasonable oil change cost and I didn’t feel pressured to do unnecessary things to my car. I also appreciate being able to see my car from the waiting room!

I have an older VW beetle, and like any older car it’s had it’s fair share of issues. One day I was driving on the 95 to school and it starting doing really weird stuff, like shaking and smelling weird. I called Brent and Ravi right away and they told me to come in as soon as I could. They checked it out as soon as I got there to make sure I got to school on time. They’ve always made sure there is no wait and taken care of whatever I needed right away. They really made sure I was taken care of right away and gave me a fair price with that. I’ve been going to them for 8 years now with two different cars of mine and I will never switch mechanics.
