I found out about Master Automotive online when I was looking for help removing some rusted bolts off my car. I do all of my work myself because I usually do not trust mechanics, but after talking to the owner for a few minutes, I could tell he was just as passionate about cars as I am, which reassured me. Their equipment is top of the line, and I will actually be taking my car there for bigger jobs from now on.The owner would not let me pay a dime, even after spending a good half an hour helping me out. It goes to show the type of people they are, and how they treat their clients. They are here to help, not take your money.

Dan is the best! He really helped me out in a pickle when it came to me being in a car accident. Very reliable, great communication. Id come to him before any other mechanic in the area. 100% recommend this shop.

Early Monday morning, August 23, 2012, I was on my way home from WPB International Airport when I lost power in my car on I-95. I pulled into a convenience store on PGA Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens and my car was towed to Master Automotive Center Inc. and I got a room at a hotel. The diagnosis was overheating due to a hose coming loose. My radiator was ruined. This business went above the call of duty working to get a radiator to the shop and then picked me up at the hotel which was 4.5 miles away. Their analysis of what caused the problem allowed me to get a full refund from the shop that I use in Fort Pierce because the issue was due to a hose not being clamped down properly when I had routine cooling system maintenance done just days before. I just cannot say enough good things about this business!

We were referred over to this shop after having a truck brake down about 30 minutes away leaking oil everywhere. They were able to fit us in and get to us right away! We have an entire fleet that sometimes breaks down all over the country and this is the fastest and best service we have received. I wish they were everywhere. Awesome diesel mechanic. The owner drove himself to go get the replacement part from international we needed and was able to turn our truck back out of the shop in under 2 hours with new part installed. Absolutely blown away. THANK YOU!!

We were on our way out of town and had a misfire. We called and they took us in right away last min. They were extremely friendly, and professional. The were the best price we found after calling several places. They were done faster then the quote they gave!! Will definitely use them when in that area again!! I absolutely recommend them!!

Dan did a very good job of taking care of my truck. He was able to fit me in the same day I called ( that’s not very common in this business ) and get me out the same day as well. He balanced my 33” tires like no other shop around here could. He’s very honest, and very fair on pricing too. I wish I would have found this shop a long time ago. He also has a good waiting room if you do not have a ride. I had no problem spending most of the day there. Dan also gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied with the job. I Would 10/10 recommend this shop.

Ive used Dan for many years to work on a variety of vehicles--theres nobody else I would recommend! He really stands out from other mechanics for his ability to diagnose the problem, not just guess and try swapping parts. He has the top-of-the-line tools and the expertise and experience to literally work on anything from an old clunker to a new high-end sports car. Hes 100% honest and dependable, and his prices are reasonable and fair. Hes an all-around good guy, and Ill never use anybody else as long as I live in this area!

Mr. Dan is so polite and helpful. His work is excellent and accurate. He explains the problem with the vehicle and how he needs to fix it along with the price. My truck stopped on me a Sams club and I needed a tow. I called Mr. Dan for the tow company he used so the truck could go straight to his shop. And what to my wondering eyes would appear, Mr. Dan! He came all the way from his shop and started my truck and i followed him back to the shop. Now thats customer service. I appreciated that so much. Not too mention truck was repaired with in 24hours. Great Great Great service. Exceptional work, time frame and prices. Thank you so much Mr. Dan.

10/10 stars for this shop. My truck was in need of help from suspension work, upper control arm replaced, brake line fix, and alignment. This shop managed to get my truck back together and in oem specs in a day turn around. This shop is the real deal and highly recommend them to anyone!

In South Florida, its very hard to find any business, let alone a mechanic, that is honest, professional, and knows their stuff. Dan certainly is all of the above. Took my aging S550 to him and he was able to diagnose all the problems I had with it, as well as service it. Rather than simply replace every part he could (like most mechanics would do), Dan replaced only what was needed and had me back on the road. Fantastic service, glad I found this place, I will be taking all my cars there from now on.

Amazing honest and competent! After taking our Dodge Ram to the dealer and another mechanic ....Dan the owner found the problem and fixed it and the best part is it was 4500 instead of 6700! He was extremely nice and talked with me about my problem over the phone for about 20 minutes and he didnt even know if he would get my business as I was involved in an insurance claim! I ended up using him and I couldnt be happier....I would definitely recommend him if you need anything mechanically done to your car! Thank you Dan ...you have renewed my faith ... !!!

What a great find! If you are looking for an honest mechanic that is knowledgeable, Dan at Master Automotive Center is the mechanic for you. My Husband went to him sure that he needed new heads in his truck. Dan found that they were fine but recommend other things that needed to be replaced. My Husband was so thankful. We feel blessed to have found Dan.

The owner Dan knows the meaning of customer service. My corvette needed four new tires and a wheel alignment. The equipment used is state of the art and the wheels were balanced to perfection. To prove this Dan showed me the difference just by removing the valve cap! I was really blown away when I received a call when I got home asking me how the car handled on the 45 minute drive home. My response was it felt like a race car. Who follows up like that? I’ll be back.

Dan, the owner, is great. He helped me out after one of the usual chain mechanics ripped me off using my lack of knowledge. He keeps his prices affordable, refuses to do guesswork that costs you extra money, and is always friendly and welcoming. He checked my boyfriends car a while back, diagnosed the problem and let him know that it was not an important problem that would affect him driving and recommended not doing it, since the repair would cost more than the car is worth at this point. Didnt try to convince him to do it or tack on any other services. He even chose not to charge in that instance. While you wait, you can sit inside in the A.C. on a comfortable couch, watch TV, and pet his small friendly dog. Definitely the most comfortable I have ever been while getting my car serviced.

Great place to go to. I called the place earlier today because my car overheated. He had me bring it right in. When I walked in I was greeted by Dan. Who looked me right in the eyes and shook my hand. He was not on extremely professional, but friendly as well. The part I needed was a factory item only, and Infiniti wasnt delivering anymore today. So he drove himself there to get the part, just so my car could be done today. When I came to pick up my car (only a few hours later) he was extremely thorough in explaining everything that they did. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the level of service he provides. He has my business and anyone I knows business from this point on.

My office has been utilizing master automotive for several years now. Dan, the owner does much of the work himself and it is obvious he takes great pride in his work, his employees, his business and his reputation. Originally, my office was using jiffy lube or other chain- shops for about 15 fleet vehicles for oil changes, tire rotations etc. and we discovered Master Auto when we were trying to find a master mechanic who could sort out severe electrical issues with one of our cars that other shops couldn’t fix. Within the last year though, the shop we were using for oil changes, left the crush washer off of an oil drain plug, didn’t bolt up a brake caliper properly and it came apart on the road and was using non-spec oil on a late model car.. There were other issues as well and we realized that the only place we get first rate service from someone who cares is at Master Auto. When we have had a problem with the vehicle and no one else can fix it, Dan makes it a special project and knocks it out. .. Guess where I take my family’s vehicles? I know I’m rambling, but I can’t say enough about Dan’s business, attention to detail and personalized service. Try Master Auto yourself and I know you won’t take your car anywhere else afterwards..
