I wish I could go less than one star. This store would owe me 5 stars. I will never go back to this store. It always takes a few hours or eight to talk to an associate. I think the 4 or 5 employees all share the same over worked brain cell and bong. None of them acknowledge you even exist when you enter the store. They skip customers because keeping track of those things are way above their pay grade. This really can’t be a real T-Mobile store. Nobody at this store is qualified to work for corporate.

If being extremely unmotivated, unprofessional and apathetic were the goals of the employee when I visited the store, he would deserve 5 stars. Like the most recent review stated, I wish I had the option of zero or fewer

I couldnt be happier with the service that was provided for me at this store! The Store Manager, Jamey Williams, made everything super convenient. Get this... Due to work, I couldnt stay for the syncing of my old phones data on to my new one, so Jamey took it upon himself to let me leave. Dreading I would be without my phone for the day, I went to work. A short time later, I was pleasantly surprised with my BRAND NEW phone personally delivered to me AT WORK by Jamey. He took time out of his day to make me a VERY HAPPY customer! and its that type of leadership and effort that makes a business thrive. I want to give a BIG thank you to Jamey and the rest of the LHC Sprint crew! I will definitely refer my friends and family.

Friendly, professional sevice with great products and plans. Keep in mind, however, that this is a 3rd party store and not a corporate one. As such, there are a few small things that they cant do for you in store.

Its a Sprint store give it a rest why do you need to write it if you have a Sprint phone you go here. Get a grip

Great customer service at the local store! Always able to answer any question I have and fix any issues with my phone.

Sprint in lake havasu is selling a service they cannot provide and they are full of excuses. They advertise LTE but your lucky to get two bars, usually i get 3g or below and calls and data are constantly dropped. You would probably be better off using a string and two paper cups. Dont waste your money with this company they need to be bought out.

Had a problem getting my new Nexus 6P recognized on the Sprint network and they worked with me to help get it figured out. Very helpful and attentive whenever I have an issue

Worst company I ever had the bad luck to get hooked up with. Got some family members on too. They are furious with Sprint service. So am I. I have had the worst reception with Sprint, everywhere I have been; from Idaho to Arizona and California too. Horrible horrible since I first got on them. Cant wait to get my bill paid to Sprint for service that I dont get.

Unfortunately every time I go to this store I am disappointed with the service level that I receive. In most cases I receive inaccurate information on how the plans work (i.e Framily Plan), or features about a phone (Wi-Fi calling). In other cases they have seemed relatively unconcerned with the time that their patrons are having to spend in the store (1+ hours) to just have them look at my phone.I would rather drive to Vegas and have more knowledgeable representatives from the Corporate stores handle my account.

Horrible staff! They lie about everything. Customer care is trash youll get a rep on the phone and 90% of the time they hangup on you.
