Well I had an issue with my website so I was directed to go into Staples. The gentlemen in their does technical support but not what I needed so he recommended me to another gentleman. That gentleman and recommended me to another young lady who is an amazing individual shes taking over the website the marketing and created something that is amazing. My brand she has done more in two days than Ive seen most do in 2 weeks. So for that reason alone I recommend Staples cuz if they cant get the job done the direct you to someone who came. Face it promotions approved

Office supplies, and more. Staff helpful and friendly. Self service machines are cheap and high quality. Print from email, make copies, print from thumb drive or save to thumb drive. Scanning too.Did I mention office supplies too.Jay, in the service area... fantastic, will find a solution for you. Good folks.

Went there looking for Command Hooks/Sticks and Omar approached us and asked if we needed any help. He was spot on with what he was suppose to do via Corporate Training. When we got what we needed he was the one that was our Cashier and was friendly and speedy with the check out. You can tell this man is a thinker and not a mindless slave like you encounter a lot at retail stores.If Staples Corporate Heads read this, Id highly recommend you guys invest more into Omar. Without Great Service like Omar displayed, I worry about the future of many retail stores like this one, But I will continue to shop here for Office needs in a way to counter the Monopolies like Amazon.

Daniel in the tech department went above and beyond to get our new system set up and restored much needed files from our old computer. Great job.

First worker did not want to help me and sent me to the wrong place. After trekking to the front and back again I was able to find a wonderful worker who took me to the products, showed me a variety, then brought me to a computer to see if we could special order what I wanted. Overall I left happy.

New in town and left my HP Printer behind. Wow, Danielle at the print shop today showed so much personal engagement, in helping a senior printing out return labels from a phone. Had exciting documents sent as PDF so I knew I wanted them printed and set up professionally. Todd was patient, helpful and tried to fill my print requests even though I didnt know the correct terms to use in my questions. We set my documents so my 71 year old eyes could easily read and yet have room to make notes in the margins. Great customer service, Todd!

Just picked up a few office supplies. Great place to make copies. Helpful staff. Got a good deal on HP computer also got a great deal on a HP Printer.

I went for file folder hangers and of course I was lost. Went up and down every isle. It was obvious I was looking for something and I didnt see any employees to ask for directions. It was a ghost town. But I loved the selection they have of everything and the store was clean.

Not very customer friendly. Seemed disinterested and lazy. Pushed because thats me and finally got them to demonstrate printer. I bought it and am sure itll work great.

Found 2 different office desk chairs at great prices. All the staff were eager to assist and very helpful.

This is the 2nd time I visited this location....I was hoping it would be more organized and expedient but from the time I ordered to receiving my order a good 20 min passed. I was wondering why the barista, was pulled off her job, doing microwave food, ice, etc. When I got my egg bites they were thrown into one cup cake like cup instead of 2 separate ones. Poor presentation and prep, and service. Im sorry but this is what I found today going into the store...nothing against the place, but 1st and 2nd impressions could of been better...what if I was the secret shopper!!! I love a sbucks but seriously we can do better.

Helpful sales rep with computer purchase

Tried to order a lap top on the phone that was sale, (not in stock) the store would not take a credit order for $347. after 20 min. I went on line and got the same unit at the same price and free shipping will have it in two days
