All employees are knowledgeable about their products. They are friendly and happy to be of service without being overbearing and trying to push sales. I always recommend them to anyone in town looking to buy or pawn items.

They will offer you the lowest amount if you are trying to sell Gold. Some young lady offered me $50 for 2 14 karat gold rings. That was an insult. In the end, I got what I wanted, which was more than double. She was very nice during the whole process. The 5 stars was for her great Customer service and trying to save her boss a buck or two.

I was referred to Jum Pawn It Pawn Shop by another pawn shop in Bullhead City who told me about a brand new shop that was not only a pawn shop but also had a gemologist. So I stopped by and I was totally impressed with how I was welcomed in. Very friendly and he looked over my jewelry and gave me a very nice price. Ive both pawned things here and made purchases. Regardless of which type of transaction Im making these guys have always been fair. Theyve made me some good deals on a few firearms and always offer me a decent amount when I have to pawn an item. This is the only pawn shop Ill frequent in town.

I came in there to bring some jewelry that was left to my family when my mom died and they were warm and caring and friendly and I had a connection right away they were very professional and when I was being helped I cant remember the young ladys name unfortunately but she saw that I got a little sad because it was my moms wedding ring and she helped me and talk to me and she made me okay I would recommend this place to anyone

Although there is one employee who stands out and that is John. He is always so eager to help me find that one thing I didn’t know I needed!
