I changed from Sprint to Verizon a week ago. My granddaughter sent me a new Sony cell phone. No one could program it, not even 611 as I guess no one has ever had a Sony phone before!!!! I took it into the Verizon store in the Bashas shopping center. I was lucky to get Christina who is the manager there. I was all set to buy a new phone but Christina took my Sony and set it all up even though she had never programmed a Sony before. She saved me a lot of money. This girl is a miracle worker. GO IN AND SEE HER AS SHE IS THE BEST!!! THANK YOU CHRISTINA FOR ALL THAT YOU DID FOR ME THAT NO ONE ELSE COULD DO!!

Sami was the BEST representative at a Verizon store that I have Ever dealt with. She was diligent patient persistent and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect that I needed to deal with. I cant thank her enough!! She deserves generous compensation and recognition.

I brought my iphone into the Maricopa Verizon Go Wireless store here in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. The customer service representatives that helped me were Sami and the store manager, Christiana. These two very special ladies provided me with the kind of service that has become a loss art in todays world. Not only did they attempt to help me to resolve the issues I was facing with my phone, but after turning me over to technical support, loaned me their own cell-phone so I could talk with the support Tech so, he could guide me through the continued process of completing the fix. This kind of service goes beyond exceptional. Five stars doesnt come close to recognizing their outstanding performance. The only thing that would come close to the recognition they truly deserve, would be a big fat raise from their employer. I implore the owner to recognize them financially. Thank you, as I will never shop anywhere else for my iphone needs and I have already begun sharing my story with friends and family.

Everytime I go into this store theres a problem. Plus the phones are priced way higher than online. Will never deal with the store here again. The service is way better to just call in or order online. Can get a problem fixed over the phone in an hour that they couldnt do in a week.
