Went in on Monday morning and was greeted right away and Tyler was available to help me with a new phone purchase along with a few accessories. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want or need and was I very pleased with the whole experience. It did start to get busy in the store as I was finishing up, but the other employees were handling it pretty well.

Extremely slow service... not sure if theyre short staffed but noone was greeted or spoken to, our waits were all about 1.5-2.5hrs just to be greater and seated /: wish I could have made an apt to ensure I was seen on time...I checked as to not waste my time and over the phone I was told they had S21s available but when I came in they had none in stock..Just seems a bit unorganized and in need of extra hands...

Not bad! it was a very pleasant experience! I actually ran into a gentleman who told me to go on twitch and watch Sinful_Tickle. So I did. He did a Vlog for this location where he came in with a camera undercover of course. From the content and footage i saw, this place is def a banger! handsome men. handsome products. I now have a new tablet for my only fans business and a new samsung galaxy S to keep tabs on Bitcoin. After my I close my shorts im gonna buy the boys what they deserve some good old fashioned otter boxes. with a brand new screen protector and insurance for the flex.

Jordan and Cesar are amazing! They have helped me multiple times over the years and today was no exception! Jonathon was awesome as well and was knowledgeable about the products I was looking at; while getting a new phone for my daughter and a new screen protector and case for my son. Then when I came back to have the protector installed, Jordan did an excellent job and checked my account just to make sure everything was at the best deal it could be! I went to my local AT&T store for an iPhone upgrade today. Although we are in the middle of the Covid-19 scare, the crew were very professional, and extremely helpful. Samantha & the store manager were terrific in explaining the differences between the phone models, storage, accessories, price. etc.Keep up the good work!

I dont normally post bad reviews but I was livid walking out of this AT&T store. Michael did everything in his power not to help us. Stating that he was not going to stay open just to help us when the posted hours stated they would be open until 6pm and we walked in at 4:45pm. But he said he was closing at 5pm. We went to another at&t and they had us out the door with a new phone, new line and accessories in under 15min.

Saturday morning 9:20am and the store is closed!!!

Jordan, the Store Manager waited on us as soon as we walked in the door. He set our mind at ease from the start. He got us all setup with what we needed and was so awesome! I would recommend Jordan and the Lake Havasu store very highly!

Robert was extremely helpful and fast! I was in and out in less than an hour setting up a new phone plan. His coworker Cesar was also very helpful. 100% recommend!

This past Sun. went to ATT store. The sales rep, Michael, was alone & a family of 5, 1 couple & me were waiting. Another scheduled rep would have helped him greatly. More customers continued to arrive as we waited. Michael handled it but then there was no inventory in stock! It seemed we had to choose what was available not necessarily our first choice. Most of us were there for upgrades, so having to check for stock on the 1st, 2nd, sometimes 3rd choice lengthened the process considerably. The total in store time for me was over an hour and I have 2 wait 4 my phone to come 2 my house. And its not even my 1st choice! ATT you gotta do better

Jordan gave me the best experience ever in a phone store. He was knowledgeable and patient with a older person. He answered all my questions more then once. Bless his heart. If there was 10 stars he got it. Give this guy a raise he is a keeper. I will tell friends and family.

Visited this store three times for help on new phones from ATT. Jordan helped initially and was great Second and third visit we were helped by Samatha. She is EXCELLENT, both for her knowledge and customer service skills. We are finally updated and everything works as it did in our old phones. Samantha is quick to fix the problem, and patient in explaining. As a retired Customer Contact Supervisor for GTE and Verizon for 21 years, I have evaluated many representatives, and I would say Samantha is a 10!

Recently I had my phone stolen and my son in law sent me a new one overnight but I had to get a new SIM card at the at&t store in lake Havasu. Jordon Clemens was more helpful than I could ever have expected. My drivers license was also stolen so we had to do some extra things so we could get into the account. He was very helpful at getting this all done and helping me get the phone set up with security (finger print) etc..I will be doing all my business there!!!

They need to learn how to work. We have to pay $765 for a phone that I dont even have anymore, I returned it in less then 14 days. It was a new girl that helped me, assisted by a worker that knew everything. They said I was going to get $34 back since I payed with cash, but that never came. My bill of 2 lines is now $1,230. They making me pay for a phone that I returned on time. So stupid. Now thats called work gone wrong. Learn how to do stuff

So i went into at&t to buy a new phone. I bought a flagship phone that i wasnt happy with so i went in to return it. Jordan Clemens was extremely helpfull and had more patience and hospitality than i could have ever asked for. I commend him for being so kind and having the utmost respect for customers. If your looking for a good phone buying experience i would extremely recommend this store, any questions you have they will take thier time and go through them with the most patience and respect of any customer service experience I have had.

My wife just walked in to ask about the deals and the short haired greeter treated her with little respect. Told her she doesnt know the deals and will have to make an appointment. My wife continued to ask if there were any specials she could tell her about and the greeter continued to push for the appointment. Finally she told my wife about a BoGo deal. She came off as really rude and kind of Be eye tea sea hy. Just lost yourself a sale AT&T we will stay with your neighbor, Verizon.

Michael and Jordan saved my day!!! My screen went out but I knew that the phone had not shut off yet. I was under the gun on a timeline and I had about 5% of battery left on my phone and I had received two phone calls. Everything happens at once! I made it down to my local AT&T store and they were able to solve the problem with in 5 minutes! This is why we changed to AT&T and this is why we will stay with AT&T. So I walk in at like 1 pm, and it looks SLOW. There are like 4 people in there so Im feeling good. However, I notice that the customer service guy just seems swamped and overwhelmed. And then I start to overhear the conversations about how “my internet wont work” and “my phone wont connect to my wifi at home” and realize the average customer age coming in here has to be like 60. My god... I interjected a quick “hey can you accept equipment reterns?” No? Ok thanks. Wow, I feel for you Att guys who have to work here. Is this a location you have to agree to work at for a year to get a job at ATT, like hazing, or because no one with seniority would do it? Anyway the guys in there must have the patience of saints because in the 5 minutes I was there at least one very old crabby dude basically rage-quit because he just couldnt even with his technology right now. You know he just had his frickin wifi turned off or needed to turn his phone off and on or something too.

The young kid didnt listen to what I was saying. Then got attitude with me. Really unhappy with AT&T right now.

She spend most of the time looking for internet availability, but I told her that it wasnt available, then she wanted my phone, social, check my credit, all I wanted was the price. Modern day customer service wastes your time, get you angry and then they ask, Is there anything else I can do you for you today?Yes, you can do what I ask in a timely manner and not waste my time.
