I just want to say that I had an amazing experience today at Verizon and believe me I havent been able to say this in years but this Verizon employee was so kind calm courteous and knowledgeable!! He answered every question with kind calm simple answers. He didnt make me feel rushed he didnt cut me off when I was talking. If he went to say something and I did at the same time he would stop and let me finish. He was just amazing and you just dont find this kind of customer service anywhere these days! I would give him 20 Stars if I could thank you!! We seriously need more people in customer service like this!

We have been to this store twice in the last few months, bought a new phone first for my wife, then later for me. Both times we were helped by Eddie who is the poster child for outstanding customer service. This store is great about recognizing folks when they walk in we will be with you in a moment. Eddie is sharp on the technology, friendly, is a step ahead on recommding what we need, and knows the tech inside and out. Great job!

Not sure how to rate this. The staff is great but Verizon customer service is the WORST!!! Not the employees fault 😒

I tried to solve a problem online and via phone, but no success. I decided to go to the store. There, Eddie was quiet but effective, and connected me to an online rep who solved the problem with graciousness, knowledge, and great courtesy. Totally happy, despite previous Verizon issues.

We were greeted immediately. Our rep,Thomas D. Was very knowledgeable. He transferred data from my old. Flip phone to my new smart phone.and even tested some of the contacts to insure proper operation.GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!

Emely was great. She was super helpful, and its always nice to have someone who knows what they are talking about help you out. A lot of times Im more familiar with the products Im interested in than the associate which can get tiresome but this was not the case with her. I would definitely stop here again and even request her help.

Eddie was suuuuper helpful I came in at 5 with my broken iPhone he spent 2 hours trying to fix it because he knew I was on a budget and couldn’t really afford a new phone well worst came to worst and the phone was toast. Eddie helped me out and got me an iPhone 11 with a case out the door for a price I could actually afford which let me tell you wasn’t very much money at all!!!!! Highly recommend this store
