Very good service by Eric R, he helped me find everything that I needed, saving me extra time I would of taken trying to find my groceries. Also the cashier was very kind I forgot her name but overall very good customer service by the store.

Clean and well organized store, friendly cashiers. They remodeled a while back and its quite nice and modern now. The deli counter and especially the butcher counter have some top notch picks, check them out for sure.

Good place and all but I bought the almond milk whipped cream in a can and it stopped working the next few days but felt very full. I came back but didnt have my receipt (wasnt expecting to return whipped cream) and the anime looking chick wouldnt exchange it. So I bought a regular whipped cream and it did the same thing. Just threw both of them out theyre useless. Ill just go to costco from now on at least I can return and exchange there. What poor customer service...

Our first time there... The store & staff were great. Although, the prices are a little steep. We bought Bliss coffee creamer last week @ Walmart for $2.49. Today, the same product was $5.99 at Stater Brother. Its too bad, we really like the store & atmosphere more than Walmart, but our wallet sure doesnt . 😕

They just remodeled and looked so cleaner and roomy. All employees are friendly and nice. I didn’t know they started Sushi recently! Looks good and fresh. The prices are under $10. Try it!

Staff was really friendly, helpful, and I found way more than I usually do at Ralphs.

The cashier made fun of my wife for buying chicken nuggets for herself because he thought it was weird that an adult would eat chicken nuggets. So now we no longer shop here.

Really like this store for coffee and meats. The meat section is better than anywhere unless you want to go high-end organic with Whole Foods or Gelsons. The staff at the butchers are always friendly and helpful when customizing your ready to cook steaks. We tend to get top sirloin at $3.99/lb (almost alwats on sale at this price).. occasionally a fatty piece but usually really tender and delicious. Please ‘like’ my review if you think this has been helpful.

Joy A in the deli department is THE WORST. Ive never dealt with worse customer service in my life and what made it worse is that the old hag is arguing with me but barely even speaks english so I dont even know what shes saying. If Stater Bros has and value for customer service they would get rid of her in an instant. All I was trying to do was get fried chicken and Joy was arguing with me for no reason and I dont even know what about.

I tend to go to Ralphs because its closer, BUT Stater is cleaner, better organized, has products I cant get at Ralphs, and has a superior meat selection. I need to come here more often!

My favorite Stater Bros in South OC. Pretty large store, great people, always clean, great selections and great prices. El Toro and Trabuco, great location.

Stater Bros. prices are comparable to Ralph’s. To get a good deal you have to buy a certain quantity. I buy for one, so I do not need to buy in bulk to save $$$. I find better prices at Walmart, or go to Ralph’s (less crowded).

Over the years of shopping at multiple grocery stores I have noticed Stater Brothers has consistently been rarely out of products compared to other grocery stores. And their meat department has been top notch. Its rare to see a grocery store with such a high-end meat department. would say their strongest qualities are reliability of products, quality in produce, and excellent meat department.

Best grocery store in the area

Theres a reason people love them! I can get a real Porterhouse steak cut to the thickness we like....1 1/2 and grilled mid rare. The seasonings that are available made a good steak a great steak! And the price is easy on the wallet! Thanks Staters for your delicious steaks and your consistency of quality!If you like meat, this is where you need to shop....they know what theyre doing!

We went to shop at 7 am today the line was short maybe 12 people all spaces 6 feet. Store was cleanShelves were mostly full. Jason the manager is the best . Love the assistance and quick speed on the counter help for food and bakery. I was in and out within 20 min for all the 14 items I went in for. Great selection on brands. Great experience!!!

Never had an issue here, good prices and good quality food, veggies, fruits.

As with every other store in the area, supplies were low. However, they have such a hard working group of employees and they were working very hard to restock. No unpleasantries among the employees or the customers. My #1store!!!

This is my local Stater Brothers Market. They consistently have good deals and I love their double ad Wednesdays. They have a good Pharmacy and Gary and Sheila will take care of you. They regularly have good deals on meat and steaks and the quality is decent. They have both the Bakery and Deli area here. I recently discovered their Fried Chicken and its a good deal and its pretty good tasting make sure you get the really short Latina girl to serve you she does the best service from the deli counter. There is always good deals on 2 liter drinks here and they have good Checkers in front. This is the best overall grocery store in the area for most of my shopping needs.

The best thing is,not only the staff,but they always see to have cashiers and registers ready to go.

Im giving five stars because my overall experience with stater brothers has been good. I live very close to the store and shop here often as it is convenient for me.However after today I will not be visiting this stater brothers location anymore. Today when I went to stater brothers there was two men trying to sell memberships for LA fitness. I told them at first I was not interested in what they have to offer. But the man did not stop; I was laughed at and I walked away. I went inside to ask the manager if this is something that is usually allowed. He said that as long as they were standing a long enough distance from the store, and they were not bothering customers it was okay.I didnt tell the manager I felt uncomfortable with these people here because at that point I had already decided thats enough for me. It wouldnt make a difference now because Im not coming back.

Deviled eggs arrived completely smashed returned items to store an immediately offered replacement. In addition. Im able to do my banking with an inhouse Wells Fargo. Saves time and travel .

They always do a great job here. The butchers are very helpful on any special cuts needed. The produce girl went out of her way to find items I needed out of the back. Great place.

This Stater Bros. has a great meat counter and a much bigger Latin foods aisle than the nearby Ralphs stores. The store was remodeled relatively recently, and is still clean and more upscale looking than it was just a few years ago.

Just moved by this Stater Bros market. Its close, they always have what I need and am able to get in & out quickly.

I’m amazed by the workers here at this store, literally thank you to Kyle who helped me and the sweet lady and courtesy clerk who let me run in to make a purchase of formula right as they closed when I had an emergency. These people are the real MVPs especially during this pandemic, thank you for working, I am FOREVER grateful for you guys and making my shopping experience the best !!

Associates are friendly and extremely helpful even when dealing with rude customers. The store is always clean and the shelves are stocked...well, as stocked as they can be during a pandemic.

A younger manager by the name of Luis is verbally abusive to the store bros members with disabilities. And to the vendors that’s bring in majority of the items I purchased for my family are also verbally abused. I stood by the seafood department listening to Luis use unprofessional vocabulary. I asked Luis why he was conducting awful vocabulary, and Luis amazingly was speechless. Then I witnessed Luis on a personal call while trying to fill a wine cooler. The front of the store store was extremely busy and Manager Luis didn’t not help. I stood in line for 15-20mins. But Luis is to young to know that he should have been helping/managing the employees to get the customers checkout. So sad the service is so poor. It’s sad when you shopped at a store for 20+years and the service is running away. Stater bros please train your people.

Great store, lots of good stuff for sure. Got dinner, breakfast & desert. Only complaint was it was very crowded, too close to Xmas I guess. Only store I know that carries Lindys Hot Sauce. This is where we shop when we visit Mission Viejo/Lake Forest cause they have everything.

Staters is one of the only stores that locally stay consistent on prices and deals are actually deals and not facades! They have hands down the best Meat Department with varieties as well as choice cuts! Produce is way over priced however If recommend Sprouts for that!!

Decent store friendly staff

I prefer Stater Brothers because they strike a good balance between selection and prices. For example, Ralphs may have a slightly wider selection, but their prices on almost everything is higher.Also, Staters does not play games like requiring you to carry a membership card to get a better price. They also have real butchers on duty at the meat counter to help with any custom requests like thin cut steaks. Or answers any questions about which cut of meat is better for a particular dish.For these reasons, I shop here at least twice a week.

Alex Mazariegos in the meat department is so nice and helpful, anytime I need help selecting the best meat for any dish Im going to make he always has the best recommendation. Hes honestly the reason I keep shopping here.
