I drive by two other coffee places to get to The Human Bean and I am never disappointed. The coffee is delicious and the espresso bean always makes me smile. Above all, though, the people who work here bring me back. They are kind, efficient and make great suggestions. Even when the line is long, they remain calm and my order is always correct. Plus, my son loves the donut holes and kid smoothies!

Happened upon this place serendipitously one day after getting lost in my new neighborhood. A decade in Seattle has given me quite the love of coffee huts, so I was excited to find one so close to home. I come every week with my corgi, Arlo, for a pup cup, bagel and an Irish Creme Breve.The staff is super friendly and sweet every time weve been there, and we genuinely enjoy going even when theres a little bit of a wait. The chocolate covered coffee bean you get with your drink is a fun surprise every time, and Ive even purchased a whole bag of them to have at home.They have so many different beverage options, theres something for everyone. Highly recommend this to my fellow coffee lovers.

LOVE THIS PLACE I am here every day.. literally. I had the Human Bean in Colorado and the Spanish rose is the best. I asked them to make it here and they did it!! totally recommended this place.

Can I just say that I appreciate the smiling faces and genuine attitudes of the Human Bean staff. I love supporting small business and this coffee is delicious.

Maybe this was just a one-time fluke but I ordered the snowy mocha and it literally tastes like plain milk 🤔 and blueberry bagel was really hard, definitely not fresh. Giving 3 stars because the employees were nice.

Friendly people and they always get my order right and quickly. The coffee is much better than Starbucks

Heard this place was bomb so came to check it out... was fine. Not a big fan of super sweet coffee drinks. Had the mexi mocha and the Irish creme both super sweet and milky and not much coffee. People were nice and friendly though.

Nice street side local community atmosphere out of the traffic. But food not impressive. Just another Cracker Barrel. We were told the crab eggs Benedict would be good but did not think so. Much better breakfast at Hueys on the river.

This is my favorite place to get coffee! Theyre always quick and efficient. The drinks are so good. You get a yummy treat with every beverage. They do fun new menu items each month. The staff is so awesome and friendly! AND my dog loves the Human Bean! She knows as soon as we pull up that the staff is going to give her a cookie! Last time they even gave her a little cup of whipped cream :)

During Covid once a week my Husband and I try and go for a long ride, see some different scenery, spend time talking. Never getting off but we will stop to get some coffee some where. This was a pleasant surprise. Friendly, kind young Adults working there. Coffee and bagels for the ride back home was great. The Human Bean in Lake Forest made our outing a little nicer.

This is a hidden gem with delicious coffee, tea, & smoothies. They are affordable and is better than both Peet’s & Starbucks. My new favorite place to go and it’s just around the corner. 🥳

Wow! Found this place in Vegas and Bullhead. Happy to see one here in SoCal. Ordered meximoca darn it it tasted good. Highly recommend. Cool easy going staff person and bloody awesome drink!

Great serviceDrive thru super quick

Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday and it was quite busy, but we did not have to wait any time at all to be seated. The service was very quick. I was a little weary about the cleanliness though- the floor was really dirty, and I saw the cooks standing around outside smoking and hanging out. The food was just okay- not that great.

Took forever and a day, they had no idea what they were doing, and the coffee was super weak sauce. Wouldnt go back.

Horrible experience here. Will never come here again.... I was waiting in line for 30min and hadn’t place order yet, meanwhile a woman walks up... paces for a minute in front of the window, the barista comes out and takes her order and she’s has her drink within 2 mins! Meanwhile me and the car in front of me have been patiently waiting for 30 mins just to have our order taken. All the shift mgr said was sorry while trying to make up excuses.

What a convenient little place! Husband ordered the breve cafe mocha and loved it! Hes super picky about his coffee so hes happy to have found a yummy coffee place. Plus we love supporting small businesses. They give you a few little chocolate covered espresso beans to top your coffee beans :) The young ladies were quite pleasant. We will be back!

I will repeat this is the best coffee, but the only complaint i have is the price. 2 weeks ago i paid $4 .75 for a meduim snowflake. On Sunday it went up to $5.00, today it went up to $5.10. I ask why there was such an increased and was informed that this was the regular price. So i guess no more Human Bean for me😢

Dont go here, they dont have a contact-less payment option. I cant stress enough how important it is for everyone to have a contact-less payment option during this time. I was driving by and I got deceived by a big advertisement on their window saying, Contact-less Payment accepted thru the app. And yes, you download the app you can pay with a barcode, which is contactless, so I thought it was perfect. I would just scan the barcode, so I told the lady that while I setup the app, could she make my coffee for me, and she did but after receiving my coffee when I showed the barcode to her, she wanted to take my phone in her hands into the store and scan it somewhere inside. If the cashier has to touch my phone, that is not contact less payment. They have to move their barcode scanner right to the drive thru window so it can be scanned by the drivers directly without the cashier having to touch the phone.

This place is awesome! Such great drinks and the employees are always so cheerful. Great customer service. They add little coffee bean candies to the top of the drink that are FANTASTIC. Keep up the great work, Human Bean!

I was glad to see that a new business had moved into this little spot. Hopefully people driving down El Toro Blvd. will find it convenient (as its a drive-thru). Service there was friendly and efficient. I had a Cafe Mocha, which was fine. (They even included a chocolate-covered coffee bean on the lid - a pleasant surprise.) Ill have to go back and try some different items from their menu. I wish them luck and success.

Chloe was a sweet, helpful and friendly barista! This is the best coffee in town! And the Coffee Bean that they put with each cup of coffee is just the Touch of Love On Top!

They have thr best granita, coffee flavor on point with not too sweet add-ins. Mocha and the specialty peppermint candy for the holidays are my recommendations.

Ive loved Human Bean for years and when I saw it pop up here I was excited. Great drinks and super friendly staff. Rewards program through app which have me a free order once (I was completely blindsided).

They have tasty coffee. They are new in town but they are doing great job. I love the coffee & cream espresso bean they give with the drink.

Aside from having a little difficulty finding it due to Google maps (dont turn on Northcrest), I love this place. Its a little shack putting out some delicious drinks. Real fruit smoothie was good and not too sweet, granita was good too and the woman who helped us was very gracious. I would most certainly come back. Its really more of a drive up than a drive thru and I didnt see any seating area so I think its just a take out type of place.

All the hot and cold coffee items are delicious! Irish Creme Breve is yummm! Tried the smoothies and snack items and they were super hit with not just me but with my kids too! My daughter’s fav is the Java chip which is any choc lovers dream!!
