Today I was headed to my dentist across the street so I just wanted something simple. I opted for the medicine ball but to my dismay, they were out of lemonade. I thought for a second and consulted with the barrista about substituting one of the refreshers. I chose the mango dragonfruit.WOW!! It worked out perfectly!Thanks barrista girl.

I go here almost every morning, I know its an addiction... mind your business 😅🤣 Anyways, I really enjoy this location. The service is always friendly and this is the ONLY location I have found (as I said, I frequent the bucks) that makes the caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino correctly!!! Theres supposed to be whipped cream at the bottom of the cup. Every time I order something here it comes out right and looks like the picture on the menu, even the new shaken espressos!

Asked for a dark roast coffee, and was advised they stop doing this at 11 am. Then asked for a regular coffee. At the drive through window i recieved a double cupped coffee. I left the parking lot and as soon as i drove off and hit a stop light, i tried the coffee and it was stone cold. Seriously who does this to their customers?Reflecting on what happened, the girl at the window seemed mad for some reason. I know for sure I was polite. Not sure what her issue was. Either way, this tainted my experience.

This is a convenient stop in my way to and from church. The drive thru is often packed so I walk in. Its a bit disturbing/inconvenient that one of their doors is locked during business hours.The staff is super friendly and get my order mostly right. My coffee or tea is always perfect. However, they insist on heating my bakery items even though I request them unheated. I dont eat them until later in the afternoon so heating them makes them dry and stale.

The person who was incarge at the drive through. Was new right?? We kept on repeating the order. She gets it right. By repeating it to us. Then it was hot not ice. Longtime ordering. Then waiting at the window.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks to pick up my morning usual. Some of the staff remembers me and makes a point to say hey or compliment my outfit. The girls are amazing the boys and very nice as well. No problem here

I love Starbucks, and most of the time my experience is stellar! But, this location I have to say their drive through employees need more training on providing the Starbucks experience. Most of the time I drive through theres a young girl giving some type of attitude over the intercom. I know they’re young and just have a little growing up to to, but come on!

To start, my concerns (too many to post here so I will summarize) were shared with the store, their managers, and their corporate office. I can understand the long, drive thru car lines at the Lake Forest and Dimension Starbucks location. Given the current COVID circumstances, I do not mind waiting patiently for my order. I cant understand it when errors are made and the employees do not apologize for the mistake but makes you, the customer, feel ashamed for bringing up the mistake. When I checked, I am the customer paying for a product and service. Lets be realistic, I highly doubt my review will put a dent in Starbucks business. My hope is that the Starbucks corporate leaders read this and address a serious concern of employees reflecting a lack of care or concern for customers. I also hope that customers spend their money at businesses who care and understand the real meaning of serving customers.

One of my favorite SB locations!! Used to stop here all the time when I lived in the area, now I swing by on my way to work (also in the area.) The batistas are super sweet and I love it when they do cute things with their cups and food bags!

Love this Starbucks, but only Monday-Friday. During the weekdays, the line inside and drive thru are much quicker than the staff on the weekend shifts. Drinks are always tasty tho 🙂

Gwen provided me with excellent customer service. She greeted me with a warm “hello” as I walked in and she knew what I needed before I event asked! She gave the type of high quality service that keeps me coming back to Starbucks! A consistency I can always rely on. Give this woman a promotion!

Its a Starbucks with a drive through. The drinks are fine. The drive through is pretty quick. I fine it can be kind of slow when you order inside. It feels like they prioritize the drive through line. The staff is fine, but not especially friendly like some Starbucks.

Bummer day at Starbucks. Nobody in the cafe. Im the only car in drive through. This should be quick. I order, pull up to window and see my shots pulling. Nobody at window and nobody at the bar. No milk steaming. Partner comes and takes another order at the window. Then walks away. Still no one at the bar. My quad shots sits there for at least two minutes and still no milk being steamed. Finally a partner shows up to start steaming milk. By this time my shots are expired and I decide to drive off. I waited for 3 to 5 minutes. No one took my payment or even bothered to even acknowledge I was even at the window. Im not paying 7.00 for expired shots and since I had to be at work couldnt wait for them to remake it. Bad experience.

Always a pleasant experience at this Starbucks location. The employees seem to make it a goal to interact on a more personal level here. Remembering names and tidbits of information.

I usually come here when I need a coffee break at work. I love how they will have my drink done real quick. They also offer the option of a drive thru if you are not in the mood of walking out of your car. Super convenient!

Almond milk latte was not good the almond milk they used was not creamy and the kind Barista I forget his name made my day though. Because he agreed with me and he offered to remake my almond milk latte triple shot espresso with soy milk which was much better but Im not a big Starbucks in anymore due to my new favorite place :-) however the customer service was nice the speed was efficient even though it was a busy morning

Ordered on line for pick up about 10 min before I got there. When I arrived it was not ready. After another 10 min I got my drink & 1 of the breakfast sandwiches I ordered. Never got my other one. Had to leaveordered. I waited for another 5 min & still nothing

Use to be my go to with a staff that was always up and energetic in the morning. 5:30 AM. Now the staff that is there acts like you are inconveniencing them. whether it is order in person or mobile, there is always something missing and then takes another 10 mins to correct. I will now go out of my way to not go to this location in the AM. Not all staff changes are good ones.

Unfortunately when I went there it was dirty. The bathrooms and tables. Now maybe I got it on a busy morning. The staff were nice but I will not return due to the hygiene issues.

The coffee and food are made well but nothing special. However many of the baristas mix up orders and are sometimes unapologetic when the mistake is pointed out. There is some comfortable seating but it is mostly full.

The service is always exceptional and the pastries are spot on. If you are a regular they usually have your drink ready for you and the drinks are great with a braekfast.

I used to go to this SB for 5 years and had a great experience always. Then they hired a new manager who is just awful. Her customer service and how she talks to customers is terrible. The drink I ordered, she wanted to charge me extra because I always put the shots that come with the latte on the side. She said that I can’t have the espresso separated from my drink anymore!! Apparently SB isn’t allowing customers to customize their drinks now!! For over $5, if I want to drink my latte, I have to drink it as it comes. She said that since they sell espresso shots on the menu, then I can’t have my espresso from my latte (which comes with 3 shots) on the side?? It doesn’t make any logical sense! Then she said that they have to use an extra cup and I told her they give free water in those cups with ice so what’s the difference!! Anyways, she and the new girl working there were so rude that I would never go there again and neither will the rest of my family that have been daily customers there. Too bad. Who wants a hassle to get an over priced cup of coffee!! Any restaurant allows customers to put menu items on the side anywhere else. Used to be my favorite place to go, but I will go down the street now where they have no issue making my drink with the shots on the side.

Very clean and VERY friendly dude at the register (he gets five stars) but the barista could use some training. I ordered three medium (grande) lattes and got literally around 4oz of liquid milk (collectively) - the rest was foam. Latte ≠ cappuccino.

I was sent on a mission for green tea, but they were all out. Amazingly enough they pulled tea off the shelf and brewed a fresh cup for my wife, who had been feeling ill, and really enjoyed her tea.

Drive Through line makes it difficult to navigate through the shopping center since its CRAZY long in the mornings mainly. But they are always awesome and even though the line is long its not that long of a wait.

I woke up early this morning than usual and called this place at exactly 4:44 am and ordered a box traveler. I spoke with a girl name Cat. She said the box will be ready in 15 minutes. I went to pick it up at 5:05, 20 minutes after. There were four staffs, no one inside the store or the drive thru area; I was the only customer there. To my dismay, one of the staff I asked doesnt know about my order. So she asked around. This one girl came out and said she was very sorry that she forgot. Her name is Cat. Then came another bombshell about 7 minutes later. They dont have a lid for the box and she asked me if she can give it to me on 12 individual cups. Really? I said no because I have to walk from the parking lot to the fifth floor at my work. She offered me a refund. I told her to call the other Starbucks by the 5 freeway (Rockfield and Lake Forest) instead so I can just pick it up there. She left and a few minutes later she came out with the lid. It looks like a lid from another container. She said she called the Starbucks in Rockfield and it was their suggestion to use this lid. I am not sure where she got it from but I can only hope it was clean and not from any bathroom chemicals. She then offered me the refund again in which I accepted. The least she can do since I am already 30 minutes late from my plan to be at work earlier than normal.I stopped going to this place a year ago because of bad staffs. Im guessing there is a leadership problem here since its been over a year, with new staffs, their customer service remains less than acceptable.

I was here today at 6:50 am when they only have three customers inside and 5 cars outside with 6 employees, I was told my traveler will take 20 min, after 15 min I overheard one them asking someone else to make it because he didnt like to make them. I was so mad that I wanted to tell them I will make it myself. This store needs an evaluation.
