This Coffee Bean opened up not too long ago, so the facility is still very fresh and clean. When its not busy, the drive thru is an easy going pleasant experience. I have stopped by when the drive thru was around the block, which is a bit unfortunate, going inside at that time was much quicker.The inside is super cute and looks like a cozy place to bring an activity to do while sipping your drink. There is a small patio to the side that overlooks the street. Staff so far has been friendly and nice. They made my drinks fairly timely, though every time I have gone, they look a bit short staffed.

First time, placed my order in the drive through and got my breakfast sandwich and coffee and it was great! The staff is so nice and friendly! Definitely recommend 🤙

If you havent tried coffee being you really should. While their locations are not everywhere Im so happy theres one thats close to me. My event of this location numerous times since they opened and have yet to have a bad experience. The staff as always been courteous and prompt. In the coffee always great. I know its not boutique coffee but for big box coffee this is the place to go.

Really love the coffee and variety of options here, but the customer service could use some help. Went here 15 min early for a fathers day promotion WITH MY DAD that started at 2pm, and was told that they could not offer the deal. By the time we reached the payment window it was 10 min until and still they said they could do nothing. IF YOU HAVE a coupon, be sure to look at the TIME you are able to use it!!

This review is solely on the order ahead method. Placed an order for a Cafe Au Lait and a Lightened Vanilla Latte and the app prompted it would be ready at 4:29 p.m. which was roughly 10 minutes from when we placed the order and worked out perfectly as we were 13 minutes away. We get there and the beverages werent even started. Not ideal when you have an agenda to keep. Please be more aware of your online/app orders coming in. Thank You.

My first time at this location. I dont like the impersonal drive thru. The staff are very friendly and patient. Im very pleased so this is now my preferred location for when I am at the Mission Viejo area. This is a new store and the design and decor are very modern, chic and welcoming. Sadly, theres still no indoor seating. Cant wait for when the lobby is open to sit and enjoy my mocha.

They charge you EXTRA if you order your Tea with NO ICE. Im like why? They said cuz we have to give you more tea. guess prices are for HALF the cup!

Awesome friendly place and its got a drive thru

Sadly disappointed by this locations ability to take care of their customers in order that they arrived. The drive thru line was way to long so when we went inside to order it still took an additional 20 mins to make our 2 drink order... the customers in the drive thru have come and gone and they have started giving drinks to those who ordered after us.

Blended carmel coffee is the best. You get brain freeze but it is worth it

Update (October 2021)Boarderline or maybe full false advertising! They have an offer for $5.00 blended drink, but if you dont know the large drink cost $5.35 you wouldnt know theyre only taking off 35 cents plus tax possibly. Not cool and they need to reword this promotion-- it is misleading.———-I have enjoyed picking up coffee at this location with the drive-thru option. They for the most part have extremely friendly staff, and their coffee/tea is delicious. Today, they got my order wrong and I was able to go back and have it fixed with no issues. They Lemon Tea Latte is a yummy option if you’re looking for a chai tea. Thumbs up!
