I love their selection of bagels. Can be crowded, but the service is fast. I have been going to this particular shop very over 15 years and still enjoy the selection. Good coffee too.

Food: bagels, cant go wrong here. Not sure on authenticity but good enough for my immediate needs. Bagels are good, and had an Italian Chicken sandwich, which was very decent. Pickle and potato salad was included.Service: competent, however a bit fickle. Got my food in good time and am happy.Misc: lots of space for a small group, can done solo as well. Bunch of seats facing the outdoors as well as indoor tables & chairs.

This is a nice place to stop eat a quick breakfast while watching the commuters come and go on the Metra North line. Its always bustling, and they have a drink station at which you can fill/refill your coffee, tea, and soda.

The twin workers deserve a raise!

They used to have unlimited iced coffee. If they ever bring it back, Ill change my review to 5 stars.

Get there early or they run out of bagels, especially on the weekends. Otherwise, good, quality bagels and coffee. Service is sometimes slow (only one person working). I would not visit this location if you are in a hurry.

The food can be incredibly hit or miss but the employees are nice and the building is really cool and historic. Its an easy place to pop in and out of.

The bagels were not cut and there was no cream cheese and one of the orders was missing all of its components. I think other Einstein Bros. are good but this one in Lake Forest employes total morons and cannot be trusted to serve a correct order.

They got my order wrong. I asked for pumpkin bagel with pumpkin smear and a pumpernickel toasted with butter and they gave me 2 pumpkin. Pay attention!
