I have been having my cars taken care of by Ali for almost 2 years. I can not praise him, his work quality, and honesty enough. I have full trust in his amazing knowledge as a master mechanic and his ability to make any impossible task, possible!! I had really negative experiences in the past with a variety of mechanic shops and dealers, in particular for my relative high end/ luxury cars, but since having found Ali, I feel myself and my cars being now really in a safe and trustworthy hand. Thumbs up to him !

Over the past six months, not only I have relied on Benz N Beyond, Pristine Plumbing has been sending our fleet for minor to major repairs. They earned our business after I took my Mercedes in for a smog check. Then, my daughter had her SUV BMW check from front to back. Ive done several jobs here in the past two years with Ali on three of my vehicles: Mercedes, Porsche, and Bentley. They are close-by so I continued to bring my business to them and I also tipped on occasion for their service.I called this week to schedule a brake job on my Bentley (rotors I had in hand) to change out the rotors and asked about the time. To my surprise he said a person that drives a Bentley and Mercedes should not be asking. Ive gone to him in the past, and Ive never haggled anyone for a better price etc. Its not how I do things.Anyhow, I guess he was bothered by that and said he wouldnt do the job.He continued saying things like he never makes any money off any of my past jobs and that I should take my service to Bentley if I have my own parts. Thatt not fair to say because the only one time, I brought my own parts was an oil change on the Bentley because I dont want aftermarket filters in my car. Every other establishment Ive been to in the past are totally cool with me bringing my own filters, I dont care if they charge me for an aftermarket filter as long as they dont use it.Im disappointed in Alis lack of professionalism in this case as we had a relationship. All Im asking for is a courteous level of communication. If he just said very plainly that they dont do jobs unless they order parts, I would respect that moving forward. Ill take my business elsewhere

This is the first time I used this shop in lake Forest! Both Ali and Sasoon were wonderful! They went that extra yard to make sure everything was perfect. I had it diagnosed somewhere had them order the part which was a gamble! They made sure everything was done on a old 2003 Mercedes that now runs like a new car incredible! I highly recommend them!

These guys are highly professional. Price was very reasonable. Tech was very nice and fast. We needed a smog certificate for an out of state car, and we came to the right place. 100% legit and highly recommended.

I’m very thankful to Ali at Benz N Beyond for replacing my master cylinder (and more) on my Ford Edge. It was done quicker than the dealership time would have been and was A THIRD of the price. He literally went above & beyond—replacing filters that the dealership had never changed in 8 years!!! He even cleaned off my battery.There’s a personal touch here when you bring in your car. They’re fast, friendly & reasonably priced. I’ll no longer have my car serviced at the Ford dealership. They really do work in cars beyond Mercedes Benz.Thank you Ali and Benz N Beyond!

Called ahead, told him what service I wanted. We both agreed at 3pm. Got there a few minutes early. Went for a drain and fill service on my transmission. While I was already there told him If he can also change the engine oil. I was literally out at 4pm. Fast and awesome service. Great pricing. Ask for Ali. I highly recommend this place.

Ali & Sassan are simply wonderful. A couple of years ago, I was tired of the constant upsell at the dealership and since they are close to work, I decided to give them a try. They are extremely knowledgeable and fair priced. I have been back several times for various issues and they always make themselves available and talk me off the ledge for what I perceive could be serious repairs. They work on all makes and models and have helped us out with my husband and my sons Fords. Most recently (last evening) I had an issue at 5:00 pm and Ali talked me through what the issue could be and I got my car to them before closing. I had it back this afternoon. It needed a part that is on a world wide shortage and they managed to get it for me so as to not cause me any more inconvenience. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

This place was amazing! Ali was like a Saint that was meant to help me in a tough time. I live in San Diego and my car stalled out near his shop. I had it towed there and he was so patient with me while we figured out what my car really needed. I ended up needing a new engine, and as unfortunate as that is, I wouldnt have wanted anyone else to work on my car! I cant thank this man enough!

I have been having problems with mechanics in the area until I found this shop! I have tried 4 other places before and had a really bad experience in terms of service quality, honesty, and cost. Then I was lucky to find this place! Ali and his team always ensure to have customer satisfaction! I always receive a great service from this place! Once, my breaking light stopped working, I shopped around and was told from different places it will cost $600 to replace the whole thing, yet, I called Ali and told him the situation, and he searched for good and cheap parts and I ended up paying $300 only! I really trust this place and recommend it! You will not regret it!

Benz N Beyond was by far the greatest experience I’ve had with any automotive repair shop. The mechanics are truly honest, professional and caring. The workshop was extremely clean and their equipment is state of the art.I definitely would recommend Benz N Beyond to anyone I know. If you don’t live particularly close to this shop I would encourage you to still bring your car in because the service you will receive here is definitely worth the drive!

If you are looking for a place that has all the ideal qualities in an auto repair & maintenance shop --- look no further. Ive had the similar experience of looking around the OC area since Ive moved back from the NE. Unfortunately, I spent good money in what I thought would be great repairs/maintenance, only to have continual issues.It was not until I brought my car to Benz N Beyond that I had the true insight into the source/root cause of my car problems. Thanks to guidance of Benz N Beyond, I was able to have those prior mechanics fix what they shouldve done in the first place. I will NEVER return to those prior mechanics and will only entrust my car to Benz N Beyond.Bottom Line: auto repair/maintenance can be costly. But because we need transportation in car-centric CA, you need to have someone that will take care of your car AND truly treat you as if you were a family member --- not just a paying customer. PLEASE bring your car here (they service other cars besides Mercedes, thus the Beyond) . If you want quality service, stellar mechanic experience, automotive diagnostic expertise and amazing customer service --- Benz N Beyond should be your one and only repair/maintenance option!

I brought my Toyota in to Benz N Beyond for a regular service. One of the owners, Sassan, was very kind and assisted me. He even brought me a cup of coffee which was very nice. I usually take my car to the Toyota dealership but was tired of the long wait times. I’m very happy with my choice because it was a personalized experience and the mechanics seem more precise than at the dealership. I got a three filter exchange, oil change, and they fixed my tire pressure free of charge. They even did a thorough inspection of the entire vehicle. Everyone at the shop really went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. Of course, the coffee was the cherry on top.

Sassan was honest with me telling me when I called, that it could be a battery problem and could solve its my issues before coming in and saving heaps of money and time. Had starter issue and gave me a good price including 20 percent off ! Car works great and job was quickly done. His partner Ali also gave my wife a ride home which he also went out of this way to do. I found this Fabulous Car Repair Service (called Benz N Beyond) while commuting to my new Job. Even though I drive a BMW, I gave them a call and they were able to make an appointment for me the very same day. They even drove me back to my Office then picked me up when my Car was ready. Their skills are not only impressive (my Car has never run better) but, they added extra nuances I never wouldve thought to ask for AT NO CHARGE. The Owner comes from a long History of Mercedes Benz experience and his Partner/Mechanic is a veritable GENIUS (Ali can fix almost any kind of Vehicle, not just High End Makes and Models). It was so refreshing to find an honorable Repair Shop and such friendly/caring Gentlemen. I cannot elaborate enough on how impressed and grateful I am for their fine Service, Kind Hearts and Professionalism.

I took both of my mother in-laws cars to them. My mother in-law and I both were very happy with the service, but even more impressed with the owners. Both gentlemen were very nice and caring people. We had a great experience and i will start taking all of our cars there.

I was visiting california during Christmas break and Vegas was our next destination. Our car broke down just the day before Christmas. I called them and explained my desperate situation. They took me in right away and worked on my car till afternoon and put me back on the road on Christmas eve. I’m very grateful for their help. Their expertise and honesty is an asset for people who live in Orange county and need auto care.

Needed an oil change on my 09 GL450. Called Ali and he was absolutely a pleasure to speak with. He was honest and not pushy at all. They delivered my car on time and with no issues. He even performed an inspection and simply explained what needs to be done without forcing me to commit to any additional repairs. i would highly recommend Ali and Sassan as they are like their work, truly fantastic.

Sassan Ettekal and associates are thorough, trustworthy, professional and thoughtful. I had a Mercedes Warranty, all of which were covered by their service, in addition to items that were not included that they covered as part of their repair. They were even able to replace the trunk lock that hadn’t worked for months; the dealer had never even checked if it was covered by the warranty contract.I recommend Benz N Beyond to anyone. They were able to complete the repair in a timely manner even on the July 4th week.
