This is the most honest and best auto repair shop Ive ever been to. They do very clean work and arent exorbitant about pricing. I always take my car here for any maintenance and repairs. They send out coupons for oil changes as well, which makes it an even better deal

These people actually replaced the engine in my infinity G37 About 2 months ago. No one came close to the price these people charge me for that big job and it was done in pretty quick time. My car is as good as new now. One thing I noticed about people complaining about the price of an oil change. There are 2 coupons, one for regular cars and then another for European cars like BMW Or Mercedes, those cars at other places charge around a $100 plus for oil change and filter. This place charges only $69. Still I saw a customer argue that he wanted the other oil change price for American cars. I just sort of laugh at how sometimes people try to beat the system even though its in clear print. I have been taking my cars here for probably over 7 years. I trust no one else as much as I trust these people.

Worse experience ever!!!This place is always busy and customer service very bad.Also when you took my Car to this shop, it looks like they fix nothing after 1 week my car started having problems again, and the thing is that any time you ask them why?They started blaming me with things likeYour car is to old or you should not buy this kind of cars anymore, so definitely this people took my money and my car still the same.I’m not the only one complaining most of the neighbors know this is and awful place to fix your car I wonder how they still in business...So think about it twice before you get your car to this place.

I went in to get my Jeep checked out because it was making a rattling noice and a previous place told me I would need something (of course I have no idea what he was talking about) that would cost me over four hundred dollars I brought it here and they ended finding out my car was missing screws and it cost me like 20bucks I was so pleased with how attentive they are and nice and helpful I would recommend this place to everyone will bring my car here everytime

If you go to get oil change here they brake other stuff on your car and make you spend a fortune to fix it! Nothing was wrong with my car, now it wont start! Spread the word, bad bad bad bad place.

I met the nicest people at this shopmy friend told me about them and so i went to test them. When i was in a rush they helped me fix my headlight that kept flickering, at first i was afraid of how much it was going to cost, they first looked under the hood and they told me that the wired to the headlight was getting bad contact and it was easy, i asked how much, he said dont worry its easy so i waited 30 minutes and next thing you know it was done. so now its time to pay he said ten bucks it was to easy he didnt want to robbed me for something to easy i was so relieved that they were honest.thanks autocare i will be back..*****

I took my 2006 Hummer H3 in for a diagnosis of a check engine light (P0301 - Misfire on cylinder 1). I dropped the vehicle in on Tuesday morning when the shop opened. Francisco said that he would call me back with the diagnosis. I received a phone call about 2 hours later. Bad news he told me. There is a compression issue with cylinder number 1. I asked him the cost to repair and he quoted $2650.00. I told him that I needed to think about it and that I would come and pick up the vehicle and pay for the diagnostic service fees. He said ok. Five minutes later, Francisco calls me back and tells me that he was looking at the wrong notes and that my vehicle did not have a compression issue. He said that the ignition coil was faulty and that is what was causing the misfires. I authorized the repair verbally over the phone. He said that he would call me back to let me know when the repair was complete. He never did. I called him and he said to come in and pick up the Hummer. I went to the shop and paid the service fees. I went to the car and started it up and the check engine light was still on. I immediately turned the car off and went back into the shop to talk to him about the problem. He asked if he could keep the car until then next day and I approved. He promised to call me in the morning. He did not call me. I called him after 12:00 and he said that they still have not found the problem and that he needed more time. I approved. At 5:00PM, I went to the shop to get the car. He said that his team was still working on it. He said that he needed at least another hour and a half. I approved and left the shop. He said he would call and he never did. I called him at 8:30PM and he said there was a compression issue. Shocker... He said the valves needed to be replaced and that it would cost $2300.00. I told him that I would pick up the car in the morning and did not authorize any more work to be done to the car. When I arrived in the morning, the car was idling in the parking lot, unattended, with the windows down and doors unlocked. I took the key out and locked the car. I went into the shop and spoke with Francisco. I was upset. He gave me a refund on the replacement of the ignition coil. I left the shop and the check engine light started flashing and running worse than when I took it in. I went back to the shop and he wanted to look at it again. At first, I refused, then I authorized it because I wanted the car to be back to at least where it was when I brought it in. They pulled the intake off and checked compression again and confirmed it was low. I noticed that the spark plugs that were taken out during the compression test were not the spark plugs that I recently replaced. I asked and the technician said that they replaced the plugs. I did not authorize this. I asked him to put the previous spark plugs back and he could not because he could not find them. They searched a little longer and found all but one of them. I also had him remove the new ignition coil and reinstall the original. After that, they put the intake back on and the car ran as well as it did when I brought it in to them. This has been my worst experience with a mechanic.
