Another dealership that is there to take advantage of you. The websites and advertisements say one thing and their actual prices are another. You list the MSRP, but then you put markups on your vehicles. It would be great if these dealers were actually honest and upfront about their prices on their website and advertisements.
I try to be fair in my reviews. I give three stars in this review based on a 5 star experience in December of 2020 and a 1 star experience in August 2021. In my good experience, I called with a price, the manager agreed he could do it, I drove 45 minutes to get there, we made the transaction happen and it was all great.My more recent experience was the opposite. They contacted me. I made it clear I didnt want to waste their time and wouldnt stand for them to waste my time. I agreed on a price for the car, the salesman got manager approval and I made the 45 minute trek to go buy the car. When I got there, the price came back 10K higher than what we agreed on. Its possible that it was a miscommunication on my part. But, instead of apologizing for wasting my time to drive up there when there was obviously a miscommunication, the salesman tried to take my words and push a deal that was not agreed on. 1 star for lack of communication, lack of courtesy about wasting my time, and for lack of owning his own part of the miscommunication.After my first experience I would have recommended going to this dealer. After my second experience, I would not recommend them.Edit: after having thought about it more and more. It seems less and less likely that it was a miscommunication. I suspect more and more (no concrete evidence mind you) that the salesman did not have a genuine mistake but allowed me to believe he was offering a different price than he intended to. If so, this was a deceptive tactic to get me in the store in hopes to push a sale. I do not know what world the salesman would expect me to be asking for an entry level kia soul (not one frill) for $28K. After this consideration, I have dropped my review to 2 stars.
While traveling north on I75 from Orlando to the panhandle of Florida the Air Conditioning on our 2016 Kia Sorrento stopping working. We had to be at our destination by early the next morning. We called from just south of Gainesville to ask if they could look at the issue and either repair that day or arrange parts to be installed at our destination the next day. Russ Waters took our call, quickly determined they could at the least determine the issue when we arrived in about 40 minutes. They took the car back immediately, we walked down the street to have lunch and in less than two hours we were back on the road with a working AC! Issue was fully addressed when we returned home in Orlando in the following weeks.Thank you Russ and all your staff for an excellent solution to our mid-July Florida road trip discomfort!!
Its sad that a company you have done business with for years CANNOT keep their word about returning your phone calls about service they are doing on your vehicle. Keep calling to be told well call you back they dont. Couldnt even get anyone in service to pick up their phones to answer calls going into service department this morning.

I totaled my vehicle one a Friday found this vehicle on Wednesday and purchased on Saturday. The GM Josh and sales associate Xavier were excellent to work with and very helpful. I am now the proud owner of a 2021 Kia Sorento SX and love it! Would definitely recommend this dealer!
We were here in town on vacation and scheduled an oil change for 1030 in the morning. Oil change wasnt complete until 1245. What is the purpose of making an appointment for an oil change if it is going to take over 2 hours?!! The service was slow and the gentleman at the counter seemed lost. Maybe it was his 2nd day on the job or something. He was very nice but definitely could have used some help. Took another 5 min or longer just to pay and get my keys. I guess complimentary oil changes are only at the kia dealership you buy your vehicle from because this was the most expensive oil change ever at $114.00! If we were able to find the oil filter for a 2021 sorento anywhere, we would have done it ourselves for way cheaper and less than 30 minutes. Very disappointing service today.
This place is a rip off. Sticker price shows 44,240.00 asked them if this was the final price and Jessie said “NO” add 10,000 on to it. I asked for what he said “ MARK UP”. That’s one heck up a mark up. Stay clear of this dealership.
My overall experience with this dealership was top notch. Everyone that I came in contact with that day was super kind and friendly from the finance manager to the front desk receptionist. I purchased my 2019 Kia stinger from this dealership about two weeks ago and had the pleasure of working with Trey. KEEP HIM AROUND! He was awesome. I drove down from Warner Robins ga to come and purchase this car and he was very easy to get in touch with, very personable and accommodating. He did his job while also remaining responsive to my wishes as the buyer. I’d also like to add that my car appointment started at 1:30 and I was out the door at approximately 4:30 including a quick 45min lunch. (So about 2hrs of actual car buying). What more could you ask for? I will be returning for my next car purchase.

We live in N Georgia and broke down in Lake City. I called Kia and they got my car right in. Even suggested a good towing company (Davis Towing). Not only did they rush to fix my car, but they informed me it was all covered! Matt Noonan at the front kept me informed at all times via text on the repairs. I am so happy I had them take my car in. Would definitely recommend if you’re in their area.

I submitted an inquiry on TrueCar.com, not intending to purchase but to get an idea of pricing only for a Kia Rio. For whatever reason, Rountree is the closest partner dealership to me at over 100 miles away. Not only has the dealership continued to call me basically every day, you would think that after days and days on end of hitting reject and sending to voicemail, that Barry would realize that Im not interested in purchasing a car from you, but that im also not traveling 100 miles out of the way to buy one either.

Worst experience at a dealership in my life period. Took my son to purchase his first new car, all of the financial matters were already set up. They kept insisting we can do better, told them multiple times NO, already taken care of, they still ran his credit multiple times. When confronted deer in headlights, and excuse after excuse. I promise I will NEVER step foot in this dealership again. GM is arrogant, rude, ignorant and very condescending towards customers.
This is the worst car dealership ever they lie about the vehicle being a good reliable vehicle and they lie about fixing the vehicle some lies are expected from car dealers but not these type of lies Ive brought the vehicle in three times and now Im bringing it back a fourth time and they are complaining that they fixed it to much when it was never fixed I bought the vehicle in December 2020 and they have had the vehicle more than me and the whole service department was fired for lying about fixing vehicles and the I emailed the owners and they dont return emails and the dealership is trying to get me to trade the vehicle in for another one. For way more valueand they took advantage of people on ssi and on top of all that our 8 year old daughter came down with covid and we let them know that and we got the truck back without it being fixed again now Im getting parking tickets and toll fines for my temp tag that went out in January and I dont even have that car anymore so ot shows that they issued it again and I am having to deal with someone elses mess ups on the temp tag
The worst experience received, I bought a car on Friday and the following Monday I was returning for an AC problem, after 7 hours of waiting they told me that they did not know what exactly was the problem with the car that I would possibly have to return a third time, and in these 7 hours of waiting nobody approached me to ask me anything

I owned a used 2013 Kia Sorento for over two years. I loved that car and the service I received for it. When the mileage reached almost 100K my family thought it was time to trade it in for a newer car. So in September 2019 I traded my Sorento for the 2019 Kia Forte. It was definitely smaller than the Sorento but thats ok. The sales team was great and worked really hard to get everything in order. My problems started when I pumped gas. The first year it was hit and miss. It would overflow about a cup of gas. The pump wouldnt kick off until its too late. When it became more consistent I took it to my local service center. They didnt understand the issue and told me to record it and then bring the car back, which I did. The first time the service department said I had cobwebs in my fuel line. But the overflow happened again. At this point I had resolved to recording the gas pumping in for evidence because they couldnt replicate the issue. The second time I took it in the service tech said there was a mud dobber nest in the line. But it happened again. The third time they kept by car for a month and gave me a rental because they didnt know what was wrong and needed corporate tech to assist. I get my car back and it does it again! Please keep in mind this happened at different gas stations and not just one particular. So I take it back and show the service department manager the video. He says there is nothing wrong with the car and that I am pumping gas incorrectly. I dont know how to do that. He says I am putting the nozzle of the gas pump too far into the fuel line. I dont know how to do that either.I am very upset with this company. I have escalated the issue to corporate office which contacted the service department I took my car to and they advised corporate that the car is working properly. The escalations member would not listen to me and stated if the service tech says its operating properly there is nothing they can do. I no longer want this car or any dealings with Kia as they cannot fix or replace a bad apple. I dont believe all Kias are bad but they way they handled this one has turned me off from their business. As soon as Im able to trade this car in I will be going somewhere else!

I’ve noticed a significant decline concerning questions in the service department, and very expensive maintenance. Seems that some new people may have been hired also who are less friendly in that department.

Drove off in a 2020 Rio wasted 4 days going there to try to get paperwork told them from the door all I had was a trade in to be told trade in plus 800 down on a 132000 mile piece of garbage left with no deal and getting my trade in back. Will never think or waste my time going here again.
This is the best car buying experience I have ever had with any dealership and I have bought a lot of cars in the past. Anton and Tammy really took care of me and contacted me almost daily with updates until my vehicle was delivered to their dealership. The dealership is so customer oriented that my vehicle was driven to me almost an hour away from the dealership, did the paperwork in my dining room table and they drove off with me trade-in. After I received my quote from Anton, I did my due diligence and 11 other dealers in Florida and southern Georgia couldnt even touch the deal Anton put together for me. I walked away knowing I got the best deal and the best customer service at the same time. This experience is definitely how you make a customer for life! I first inquired about test driving a Kia Seltos S Turbo on the website for ROUNTREE MOORE KIA and immediately received an email from Jesse. He was prompt and professional with getting me information on when they were receiving one on the lot. A few weeks later, I was notified as soon as the vehicle was delivered. Went to test drive it on Monday, and came back to purchase on Wednesday. That vehicle in particular had actually been purchased already, but Jesse drove 5 hours to go get the same model and color Seltos S Turbo for me so I would not be delayed in my purchase as promised. I am very appreciative of Jesse being very honest and working with me when I had been indecisive on an agreement for financing. The finance clerk, Mr. Driscoll, was also very friendly and easy to talk to about all the complications of buying a car. Everyone made this simple. Jesse, Mike, and Mr. Driscoll worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. A dealership will always try to push cars out as soon as they get them, which is understandable, but ROUNTREE MOORE KIA really left an impression. I would definitely recommend them. My 2017 Kia Optimas warning dash lights were on (4 lights, I.e AEB, ABS etc) so I brought it to Roundtree Kia for service. Service Advisor C J Jack took the order & provided outstanding service, they even provided a face mask (covid 19) when I stated that I left mine home. Four repairs were needed(2 were recall items) & all completed in under 2 hours. All repairs were covered by warranty & cost me $0 . The waiting area was deep cleaned & spotless, even the coffee area. I had problems back in 2019 but they have a new staff & was told different service techs. Again, great service now. Thank You

I recently purchased a vehicle from Kia. Absolutely worst car buying experience ever. I was promised seat covers as the seats were disgusting and were told they had to be ordered. Fast forward six months and the management team will not return my calls to resolve this situation. I have continuously called and Walt told me He would “talk to the General Manager and return my call.” Guess what STILL no call or seat covers. Why promise an item to sell a car and then not deliver? Absolutely unethical! Not even a couple of months down the line my Battery died and Kia attempted to charge over $200. I took my business down the road and bought a battery at a more affordable cost then the dealership who sold Me the vehicle. I can not believe this experience.
Bought a new 2016 Kia Soul today and love it. Lori Hewitt was our sales person. She was great and worked with us to get the best possible price. They stuck with the price they quoted and did not try to sell us any extras to increase the price. Very honest and friendly. An excellent overall experience!

My husband was very dissatisfied of their service the first truck that they brought out to him the whole undercarriage was covered in rust... my husband said he would never a Kia care.. and all they had was a Sorento all-wheel drive key Kia car. and he told them specifically that he would never go near it and they said thats all they had and he said he didnt want it but they still roll them up when he said he didnt want it.. no I remember when they used to do a 3-day. If you didnt like it you could turn it in especially if you dont drive a boat maybe twice on the way home and on the way there to the dealership..and theyre saying that it never happened well even my mother-in-law said that they used to do a three day. Due to the fact that my father-in-law used to work at a dealership. So it is really really bad on them and Im not happy with the service we did receive yes they tried to help and make amends or when my husband told the guy who was test driving it was in that he really did not like it they still have it to him.
I’ve been here twice trying to buy a car, promise deals before I come in to try and not waste time, the management sucks there not friendly. All and all a big waste of time both times, will never go again. I really hope someone comes along and helps this place out ! Oh and Anton the one they say it’s under new management and is better, I beg to differ, he kept trying to push me into a situation that I repeatedly told him I wasn’t going to do, and basically tried to bully me into it, just like other reviews say, time to get rid of him and bring someone else in that actually cares about there customers and selling cars !!

After browsing at multiple dealerships, I decided to look online at new inventory online. I found 3 cars within my price range with the features I wanted at Rountree Moore Kia. I went to the dealership to test drive the Kia Sorento. Ray Townsend was the most patient salesperson I have ever had the privilege to meet. He answered all my questions and explained all my options thoroughly. The dealership itself was clean and well organized. It was a great experience. They have definitely earned my business! The salesman was really nice! We looked at a used van and upon inspection the headlights didnt even work. Ok no biggie they replaced the bulbs. Then we get to the folding seats in the rear and one side doesnt work because a broken handle. They wouldnt fix it unless I agreed to buy the vehicle. $280 part they said they dont want to spend the money to fix it unless they had a deposit and guarantee. Typical pushy sales tactic. We actually had to get out of Lake City to get away from the monopoly called Morgan Auto Group which own every dealer in this town.
The very worst service department that I have ever seen and apparently we are not the only people to think this. If your going to have your car serviced by the dealer you bought from stay away from here. The sales department was great but to me it is a package deal

My experience this time around was much better. Although dealing with Roundtree Moore over the telephone has not changed it still sucks. Everyone in service and parts and the mechanics are fantastic everyone else Im not sure. Still cant find anyone in sales that seems trustworthy or I still am not sure about management. It seems they just want to deal with people who do not want to question what they say or maybe they really dont get properly motivated.
I bought a 2016 Kia Soul last Thursday from Brad Howell at RountreeMoore Kia. I love my new car. This is my second brand new car in the past two years from this dealership. They have such an amazing team of people to be able to make the buying experience so enjoyable. I had my dog with me that day and that was no problem. She was invited into the dealership. It was a good day. I actually had fun. Mary Rountree always takes pictures of everyone who buys a car there, and they are pictures that I will treasure forever. I had gotten a Kia from a different dealer ship and they said my warranty is still good but yeah I have to pay 4 oil change plus I have to pay for my spark plug change I didnt think that was fair warranty to meet you is paying for everything putting any major problems with car. Who I talk to first time said she would get back with me but she Didnt. I had to call and she told me I would have to pay for oil change and I have to pay for oil change.
I will never buy a car from Kia again. My car has been in the shop multiple times. This last time it was in the shop for 7 days and when I got the car back there were Damages on the passenger door it has scratched and a big dent in it the paint is damaged. When I called cause their supposed to fix it and they tell me they cant talk to me cause the car is in someone else name, but whats funny is they talk to me every time it had to go in the shop but all of a sudden now that there are damages on the car they cant talk to me. Funny isnt! When My Husband & I first bought the car we were told we needed a cosigner. So I made a phone call and had a cosigner. When the cosigner got there I said we only can afford this much money a month and I have this much money down everyone was on the same level at that time. Well next thing we knew the sales man pulled the cosigner in the office talk to him next thing I know they put my car in the cosigner name as the owner and took my money My Husband & I put down. When the car was suppose to go in my name as well. Mind you this was my first time buying a car and they took advantage of that. Now between the car payment and insurance I pay $700 a month witch is BS! So My experience with roundtree more Kia is Horrible and I will Never buy a car from them people again. My Husband & I got railroaded by those people. I have 4 children I cant afford $700 a month on top of our other bills. Nate Andrade really took care of my family! Not only did he work with us and get us a GREAT deal on financing, and the SUV, he helped take care of my little ones while I was looking at cars. He is a great guy and such an asset to KIA. I actually bought a Chevy from him so keep that in mind...he can sell any of the vehicles on any of the Rountree lots.
I wish I could leave zero stars. I dealt with Steve the internet sales manager who was very nice and straight forward. Then came Anton his sales manager who tried to shamefully bully us into a situation we did not want. He came in nice and became very rude and insulting quickly. Do not do business with this guy or dealership!
When I go to Kia Joseph Shoemake does his hardest to make the visit enjoyable.
Lori Hewitt who works in the Kia department has made both car buying experiences some of the best experiences that I have ever had at a car dealership. She totally went above & beyond her job description to help us out & get us into something. She does everything she can to work with you. I and my family will always be returning customers whenever we are in the car buying state of mind. Lori has not only become our main and only car salesperson, but she has also become a lifelong friend. She and the other people there make you feel comfortable and are very nice and attentive. I have had my car in twice. I called in February about a Kia recall. I brought the paperwork in in March while I had my 7,500 mile service, still no parts for the recall. According to the owners manual, the Kia 2017 Sorrento is scheduled every 7,500 miles. The service rep argued with me until I pulled out the manual. He said maintenance still needed to be done every 5,000 miles. Finally had the recall performed this week and a detail. Had to return because armor all was sprayed all over my car. The service rep apologized and said the fan was on while the shine bright for the tires was being sprayed. I did get money off from my next service. I appreciate that, but I am not impressed with the dealership.
Sales office is great so theyd get 5 but the service department did it and Id leave zero if I could.. Took advantage of my 87 year old grandmother on a new car less than 9000 miles, upselling on items she doesnt need outside of her maintenance package to get additional money..Edited - 12/15/18: Since this was posted, Rountree more Kia has responded quickly and went above and beyond to rectify the issue that has occurred. I am impressed with how ptompt the customer service is here and with the general manger Phil going out of his way to reach out. My grandmother feels better about returning for future visits. Thank you.
We cannot say enough good about our sales consultant, Mike Stubblefield. We were there just to claim a prize and had no intention of walking out with a new truck, but he went above and beyond to listen to our needs and found us the perfect one! Awesome guy! Thanks Mike!

I took my car in to be serviced. (I needed an oil change) I got there 15 minutes before my appointment time and my car was taken right away. I was offered a ride home and was told I would be called when my car was ready. When my car was done, the shuttle came to pick me up to get my car. Randy, the service writer was great! I had a question about a problem I was having and he checked it out for me and arranged a new appointment to have this problem checked out. He even had my car detailed. All the people that work at Roundtree Moore Ford & Kia are great, but I believe Randy goes above and beyond. Thanks
I purchased a 2018 kia sportage. Everyone was so friendly and help us out in every way!! The salesperson Mark was awesome! Our finance guy Chris was the best! He was able to get our payment Lower, interest rate lower and got us in and out quickly!! We will definitely be back!
Always take care of my Forte when I bring it in. Quick service times with an appointment, and pretty quick walk in, too. Saturdays are the easiest day to get quick service in the morning.

I was assigned a new service consultant (Denise Joynt) for my appointment on Monday, May 30,2016. I was very pleased. She explained the system of marking items deferred, even though I had not stated the need to defer them. Being a retiree without much income left over for car servicing and repair, she discussed the order that repairs should be done to keep the car in good repair. She was very patient with my questions about the higher cost of parts as compared to those at the local garage.Denise also checked out my email address which was incorrectly listed on my information booklet . I assume that is the reason this is my first review experience.
Disgusted with their lies. Deserving of ZERO stars but cant leave a review without giving them at least one star.Kevin told me the car I wanted and drove 3 hours to purchase had sold and talked me into a more expensive sale just for me to discover the car I really wanted was on another one of their lots. When I discovered this I called Kevin he acted stupid to this discovery.They promised repairing an issue I discovered prior to purchase (a scratch) only to have a second 6 hour round trip for another lie. No repair of the scratch.Was going to purchase two cars but instead will never return and will tell my experience to anyone willing to hear the truth about become a victim to their lies and deceit.Go somewhere else, anywhere is better than Rountree.Worse experience Ive ever had while purchasing a vehicle.Save yourself the stress of the Rountree experience!
Had a very nice waiting area,clean restroom.was greeted very nice and helpful. Service department lance was very courteous,and front desk girl I believe her name was Laura not sure,she had beautiful red hair if that helps.if I need help on my car I would go back there again.

I want to brag about tammy bell!she was absolutely amazing when I got to the dealership she had the vehicle ready I wanted to drive and made everything seem a breeze. I got to the dealer around 6:30 PM and they close at 7:00 and she waited and helped me and did not rush. if you ever need a awesome sales consultant resch out to tammy !
