I had an oil change performed Saturday but had to come back Monday because my tire settings were not set properly. It was an inconvenience because I live over 30 minutes away. I wish that at least a gas card was offered. However, the Service Rep was able to fix instead of the techUpdate: Bryan (Service Rep) reached out to make sure that I was satisfied with their service. I really appreciate his efforts. Thank you!

Had an appointment at 4p, so I arrived at 3:55p and discovered the service department to have no customers waiting. I observed a service employee sitting on a bench outside texting, so therefore I assumed my oil changed would be done right away. It took 15 mins for someone to move my vehicle out the waiting line, only go park it in a parking space across from a service bay. From the parking space till the time it was service and ready for pickup, it till almost 2 hours. I didn’t leave until just prior to 6p, with no issues report for my vehicle.

We had a great car buying experience here. They were able to work with us and get us the price we needed to be at for our new vehicle. Plus we didnt spend all day Sunday going through the purchasing process, we were out the door within 2 hours!! Thank you Daniel

Was treated like I didnt matter because I was a woman. Sent home with 4 pages of contract. Very unusual. No finance company on our contract. Call and left 7 messages with no call back. Also, the posted price on the sticker of the vehicle is almost 7,000 more than contract. Salesman was Kevin Johnson and person doing finance was Kraig K. Will NEVER do business here again and will not recommend to anyone at all. BOUGHT THE CAR ON July 3, 2021 and to date no information from anyone.

I called the service department to bring my car in to be serviced due to it shutting off. Talked to someone in the service department and she told me that the service manager would have to call me back to schedule an appointment. She took my name and number for them to call me back. That was a little after 10 am and they still have not returned my call at 7 pm. After waiting until almost 5 for a returned call, I called another dealership that scheduled an appointment for me right away.

Everything was perfect with the Sales person. We purchased 3 cars within a few days apart. 2 different sales people. Robert AND Daniel! They both were very good. Both very knowledgeable of everything we needed. Worked with us for all needs. Sales managers and Finance was great indeed. I will give highest of respect for all. To post my comment, I had to give 1 star when I wanted to give them MINUS 3 STARS. My partner was lured by one of the salesmen claiming they had the vehicle he wanted. When he got there they showed him a 4-cylinder pick up truck, which was NEVER on his list. He wanted a 2021 model of the 1500 Chevy Silverado with all the bells and whistles (leather seats, running boards, GPS, etcetera). What a WASTE OF TIME!! I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone, a bunch of switch & bait artists.

3 visits, 4 weeks, and 2k$ later the same check engine light is on. They wont return my calls and dont seem to care that they keep messing up. Would recommend any other shop. Most unprofessional and disappointing dealership experiences. Stay away!

The absolute WORST dealership I’ve ever dealt with. It’s been months since I bought my car and they still haven’t processed the paperwork to get my tag transferred and now the SECOND temp tag they gave me is expired and I have no way of doing anything I need to. They also have NEVER called me back when I call, I have to call multiple times a day to talk to anyone. Completely unprofessional and I will never recommend them to anyone, ever.

Very bad experience! The young lady Amy was very rude to me when I pointed out a mistake she had made. To make a long story short I ended up asking for a Supervisor which was Kevin I explained the situation he gave me another quote on the real problem. Told me he would order the part and give me call to let me know when I could bring my car back in...its going on day two and I have yet to hear from him. I definitely will not be going back. They dont deserve the one star I had to give in order to post.

Called the service department at 7:00 a.m. About getting a on some work done would get a call back at 8:00 a.m. when the technicians showed up did not receive a call called back at 10:30 service manager told me to talk to parts so I could get the price on the parts then nobody would answer the phone in the service department will take truck to different dealership

Very disappointed with Chevrolet and wanted to share my experience. I purchased a 2020 Silverado (55k) In May 2020. At 600 miles it would not start, Took to the Rountree and the computer was rebooted and sent home. 400 miles later failed to start (kept turning over no ignition) took to the shop and it was in the shop 30 + days before it was repaired. At 9k miles did the exact same thing 11/30/20. 3 issues within 10k miles. I asked that Chevy buy it back or give me another truck. Dealership insisted I had to call GM Corporate. I did while at Rountree. GM corporate called today (12-1-20) and said the dealership had to start a technical case for this to happen. Basically I got the run around from both. I would advise anyone to NOT buy a Chevy truck you will get no support when their product is a lemon. They have went the extra mile to avoid this not fix this. Leaves no choice but to hire help I guess. Its clearly a lemon according to Florida law.Be careful buying Chevy thats my adviceupdate Rountree Chevy fixed this problem. I am leaving with new truck thanks Jeff and Kevin.

We were traveling south for vacation and spending the night in Lake City, when we where about 10 miles away with a low tire. I called at 5:15 pm on Friday the 14 of August 2020 spoke with Eddie I believe and said he would wait for us!! They plugged our tire before it went flat and totally saved the day!!! I had a GREAT experience for the first time at Rountree, my service advisor who assisted me was Amy Jaffe and I can say excellent decision bringing her aboard. She is polite, very professional and knows how to communicate with her clients, I used to hate to pick up the phone and call the service dept. It was like a circus trying to contact anyone, yet get a return call even. She communicates by texting me on my cell about anything that has to do with my vehicle unless she has to speak to me personally then she calls me. Amy has gone that extra mile for me and my vehicle, When I purchased my car 5 years ago I swore Id never take my car back to Roundtree for any kind of service nor my family and friends. I would hear the stories of how the community was so disappointed with the sale of the local dealerships and how Roundtree service dept treated there clients and very unhappy on the service as well.Up until recently I swore by taking my car to tire kingdom, but since I had no choice but to take my car back to the dealership for the repairs I needed done this time. I was skeptical, thank God Amy was the advisor who answered my call she is a blessing and Id like to say HATS off to the Owner and his GM very smart move for hiring Amy Jaffe. I will definitely spread the word.

Eddy did an absolute fantastic job. Couldnt have asked for a smoother transition from sales to service. I originally came in because my 2020 LTZ Silverado had a rattle noise while driving down the road, unlike other dealers Rountree Moore cared about this seemingly minute issue and diagnosed the problem rather quickly (Rear passenger headrest) and quickly ordered the replacement parts to make my ride as quite as possible. I will definitely be returning for future service.

I explained our situation to the guy in messenger and was guaranteed that it wasnt an issue. I have the messages to prove it. They dont honor what they claim. There wasnt an offer. When my wife and I walked in, we were looked at like we came from another planet. We told them that we had an appointment and why we were there. The voucher was never mentioned. They sure didnt give us $500 like they claim. The only reason that Im even giving them 1 star is the guy we talked with in person was very kind and did give us some credit advice. Our credit scores are in the high 500s. In these hard economic and emotional turmoil going on you would think you people would be at least somewhat honest but no I guess not.

This was my first time taking my Chevrolet Malibu to Roundtree Moore for service. Excellent! Excellent! There was a misunderstanding with my appointment so I called and spoke to Eddie in the Service Dept. Eddie is absolutely awesome! He apologized and went above an beyond to make it right. Definitely would recommend and I will be taking my Malibu there for service again and again. Thank you Eddie!

I’m different than most people I look at my surroundings, and this place doesn’t care about cleanliness, lobby filthy, trash on the floor, bathroom no toilet paper, or paper towels, floors need more then mopping. I asked for paper towel to dry my hands and the guy looked at me like I was crazy. lobby furniture needs to be replaced. If you’re worried about getting COVID-19 don’t come, it’s a good thing I carry hand sanitizer with me.

Overall good service

I came up all the way from Orlando because I knew I would get the best deal here. When it comes to shopping I can take hours looking at every option available to make sure I get the right deal. Rountree Moore was super patient with me and showed me every vehicle I wanted to see. When it came to talking numbers they found the perfect SUV in my price range.They even went out of their way to find any discount they could. (I got one for working at Disney!) Im super happy with my new Chevy Equinox.

My truck has been in and out there for more than 2 months 4 times for transmission work once for motor rebuild and thats on my 2020 colorado and still not right

My chevy duramax was running bad and limped into the dealership right before they closed. Service writer Johnathan Gaines worked with me and got me in and sent up a ride to a local hotel. They hit my truck fixed the next day and back on the road. Couldnt thank them enough for the excellent and quick service. Would highly recommend them

I bought a colorado that broke down the same week and they will do absolutely nothing to help fix it or replace the truck. Ive always been a Ford F-150 guy. But I found a Chevy 1500 truck on-line that I liked and contacted the dealership. I negotiated via text for the most part due to the amount of phone calls I take at my job. My salesman Justin was honest and did everything he could to help me trade in my Ford and buy my first new truck ever. Thats why I drove four hours from Columbus, Ga to Lake City, Fl. When I got to the dealership they had everything ready and stood by what we negotiated via text. I was and still am very pleased with the whole process. And I absolutely love my truck.

I set up my appointment online told them what I wanted a simple oil change I showed up on time thy got it done and Charles the service rep on Saturday came in and sat with me to go over recommended services for the miles on my car. He was able to explain how the services benefitted my car and what all it involved. He was not pushy and he didnt make it seem like my car was going to fall apart if I didnt have them done. you guys rock although I was kind of disappointed when I asked a sales rep if they had any sparks on the lot and he said he sold the last one the previous day and then blew me off in a rude way.

I went in for their “MSRP buy back event 7/13/19.” I met with a sales rep and one of the managers. I did not buy a car as we could not find the true unicorn of vehicle I wanted. BUT there was no pressure and they gave me several options that were a possibility if I chose sign the papers. They were kind and gave me a truly fair offer on my Mustang. Needless to say I was happy with the hospitality that the two gentlemen provided. If/when I decide to go another route I will contact Rountree Chevrolet. No BS coming from this team.

While driving from Florida to Minnesota check engine light came on and engine was firing on just 7 cylinders. We drove in with no appointment and were able to get immediate service. While we werent thrilled to be delayed 3 1/2 hours on our trip, we were blessed it wasnt longer. Would have given 5 stars, but man...dealer prices are spendy.

Recently bought an HHR from this dealership for a very affordable price, all the way from Tallahassee. I am a college student so my salesperson, Kevin, helped work with me to get me a great car and payments that my budget would allow. He constantly kept me up to date with what was going on with the process which really made it go smoothly. I was even arranged a ride to the dealership. I’d definitely recommend buying from here.

I called to the service area an hour ago and asked about my car and was told I would get a call back, no one ever called. Not to my surprise when I arrive there are 4 service guys having a laughing conversation with a customer in his nice and shiny, just serviced to perfection truck. Now I have stood here for 5 minutes waiting and 2 people looked right at me and never assisted me. Also they have had my car over 3 hours for an oil change. I was just now told it will take an additional 30 minutes before I get my car back. What kind of service is that? I bet I wont even get a damn discount for the inconvenience of my time and the bad service of this place.

Purchased a Used 2008 Lexus LX570 from here. The salesman i dealt with was very courteous. Also dealt with the manager and he was both reasonable and professional. In the end i feel like we got a very good deal (i did my research to to ensure this). The dealership did EVERYTHING they said they would do and more. Most importantly, my wife LOVES her new Lexus which in turn gets me LOTS of mileage.. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Service department: After getting my 22k mile service this morning, covered under warranty, they tried to charge me $110!!When I left the dealership and got to the store, my 2019 Chevrolet was smoking like a freight train.Popped the hood, and they spilled oil all over the engine, it was burning off.Left a wire just dangling after removing it to change the oil filter.Next time I’ll drive my Chevrolet all the way to Jacksonville where I purchased it, for service.

I changed my review and I won’t be going back to this dealer again.Despite getting a good price on my 2500 it was supposed to have leather seats and showed up with cloth.My driver seat was messed up when I took possession and has been for a year and still hasn’t been fixed. The service department is slow to work and respond back to calls.And to top it off I am refinancing my truck and come to find out they put the wrong bank on my title with the state.I’m sorry if anyone went to this dealer because of my previous review but this all seems shady, careless or both.
