My mother financed a car through them and honestly the car was really nice and clean but literally after 33 days the car transmission went bad. Turns out the dealership didnt inspect the transmission fluid and it have been leaking. Clearly their job and when we went to solve it all they could do is give us the run around instead of trying to work with her. I wouldnt recommend !

Im only giving a one star because thats the lowest I can give. As far as selling you a vehicle they are (Johnny on the spot)but than again, who cant sell a vehicle. The problem lies with making things Wright when something goes wrong with the vehicle. I bought this vehicle on the 18th of October, on the 20th it would not start. This vehicle has left me stranded 3 times in the 16 days I have had it. I have got to drive it 2 of those 16 days. They have done nothing but lie and give me the run around. Lesson learned..I would not purchase a vehicle from them or any of there other dealer ships in lake city.

I will try to make this quick but I am very displeased with I 75 auto. The people here are extremely under educated and very rude. They need someone to oversee them because the only few that are polite are Marlin and the guy that helped us the very first day Donnie or something similar, and the lady I spoke to on the phone but never saw in person. But again under educated, the finance manager is very rude. All the general managers that we spoke to at the front Desk are very rude. I am happy with my car purchase but they can’t give you any answers on anything you ask about. When I say I’m happy with my car purchase I needed a bigger car because I needed more room and I like the car that I got at seems to be in good condition but as far as the people that work there I would not recommend they definitely need someone to oversee them and they all need to take a class on how to talk to the public. The finance manager is a NOT a people person. I guarantee you if the owner posed as a potential person trying to buy a car and had to deal with these people only one or two of them would still have a job. When you come back over two weeks after you buy your car because you have an appointment and you ask about something that was promised to you two weeks prior and you can hear them cussing and saying your name in the same sentence and mumbling under their breath it is not a welcoming feeling. I do not feel welcome here! Even though they may be able to save you some money I would 10/10 recommend going somewhere else that values your time and money. The people here act like they HATE their job!

What a sham..Traveled 4 hours to purchase a vehicle from these guys and I should have known better. The minute I left the parking lot things started going wrong with the car. Tried to text, call and email both my sales rep and the manager and NO RESPONSE. My local dealer is fixing the 2k worth of repairs and now I will go above the managers head and my attorney will handle. These guys are the WORST.

I am an educated car buyer and researched and purchased a vehicle for my wifes birthday. On delivery had an issue with its lights and the dealer rapidly fixed. The next day indicator lights came on and the dealership let us know that a bearing was going bad and replaced it at no cost! After driving it for 2 hours on a long weekend we noticed fluid under the car and found out the oil cooler needed replacing. The dealer was not responsible to repair this but did and at NO COST. This is a very reputable dealer and I am going to buy my cars from them in the future. Ask for Fernando in sales for a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this dealership for good prices, transparency and professionalism.

Before I brought my car they was post touch up the driver door and the two passenger side rims. It’s even wrote up in my paperwork for them to fix. All they done was give me the run around. I went an spoke with the manager and he told me a lie straight to my face. Not once have they tried to contact me about the situation.

My experience with these guys was everything it could be in purchasing my first vehicle from a dealer. My sales person Manzanare I believe was his last name was only there for two weeks and did an amazing job picking out a perfect car I could be approved for. I am so happy with my purchase. He also did an amazing job following up with me and providing me with information on insurance as well as making sure everything was complete for the finality of the sale. I am extremely happy that the unprofessionalism of Matts Auto in live oak failed to follow through with anything after agreeing on a sale with me. Fully prepared to hand my money over to them for a car at least ten years older and over 100,000 more miles on it than the one I got from I-75, as well as costing more, they never called me back to pick the car up or explain to me what the problem was if they had one. Added on thousands of extra dollars at the end of the sale. Showed me what I thought was the final numbers for the car, which I agreed upon. Ended up being about $3000 more than what I was aware of. Do not let them handle your financing for you! They will add thousands of dollars on without your consent.

Got a 2015 Chevy cruze, it broke down 3 days later the coil pack went out, they sent a tow truck out to pick it up and fixed it. Has been running like new since. I went up there with no credit, a 2001 buick century as a trade in and 1000 down and walked out with a newer car. I did have a cosigner that had a credit of 520 but have known people that didnt and still walked out with a car. My car payments are only 286 a month...

Definitely 5 star service. Yesterday I went and looked at a Ford Fusion and fell in love. I only walked in to ask the price and ended up buying my dream car in less than an hour. Great experience! We were able to look at their full selection online, so we had an idea of what we wanted before we even went in. When we got there we were promptly greeted by Colton, and he asked if we knew what we wanted. We did, and he happily showed us all the options, and let us test drive ones we were interested in. We found our car in less than half an hour, and got started with the buying process. They worked with my credit union, so it made financing easier than normal, so we were very happy about that. When we went to financing, the gentleman actually found us a better rate from another credit union, so we ended up saving even more money than we thought. They added thousands in after premium extra’s to my contract without my consent or knowledge.I did not checked the paper work when I got home I would have been out of luck. They have some elaborate electronic contract signing method at the finalizing of the sale in the finance stage so you can’t really see what their doing ....if your financing a car make them print out the contract before you sign it and make sure you go over each line especially the bottom line. I recently discovered that one of my neighbors had same issue but did not realize it at the time because his sale was complicated with the trade in being worth less than the Auto’s value and by the time they realized it was to late.It’s clear this is a routine thing they do so don’t be aware if your gonna buy a car here. I know I never would do or recommend any business that operates in this dishonest way.

They taken advantage of us and overcharged us and not refund all our money back also still havent mailed use or sent the information to the DMV to mail use the title to the car we paid cash for and put on are credit like we are finacing the car just to gain credit and hurt ours just to try and keep all they overcharged use and not get use the title and other charges even gave new tag instead of using the one we had and wanted to use.

Couple of weeks ago, I pulled into I-75 hot, hungry and cranky. Got out of my car and asked the first two gentlemen I saw standing there Who wants to sell me a car today? And thats when I first met Brian Stalvey. Brian let me take more test drives than I can count. He was patient. He was attentive. He bought me a coke when I couldnt find change. He was my right hand that day. And just when I got too tired to drive any more and wanted to come back later, suddenly, an F150 appeared out of nowhere.It was perfect. So we thought. But, there turned out to be one little (not so little) hiccup. After I left, I realized the truck was not ready to tow! My #1 requirement! I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for a while. I found the one I wanted on I-75’s website. I contacted them on their website and received a call from their staff. I then received a text from the GM Rick. I was able to do everything over the internet, text, and email. We were able to show up, test drive, and sign papers on the Jeep I wanted. Had an excellent experience today at I-75 Autos! My situation was a difficult one to work through, but Luis and the rest of the staff pulled through and were able to get me into a beautiful new car that fit everything I was looking for. Highly recommend!

I need to share my experience so other people are aware. We worked with a salesman on a $25,000 advertised car to get a price we were comfortable with after we were shown pictures of the vehicle and spoke on the phone because we lived 4 hours away. We asked about what we thought was damage seen in the pictures and were told the car was not damaged in writing. We were told the car was worth the upper end of the KBB good or better condition indicating it was in better condition than most similarly offered cars.. After putting a deposit on the car to come and pick it up we arrived to find a totally different condition. The car had two obvious dents, one in the hood (that we asked about in writing and were told was rain drops and one in the tailgate. Both dents had cracked paint and rust and there were numerous other paint chips throughout the vehicle. It was missing some plastic trim that we did know about. The running boards were falling off the car and the camera systems did not work. The backup camera was not working but could be fixed for $200. After explaining that these issues were not safety related and they didnt need to fix them they asked us to come up with a workable price for the blemishes. We left very disappointed in the character of this used car lot. With the deception already experienced we were scared other mechanical issues were undisclosed from us that would be expensive but not safety related and you should be too if you are buying a car from this company.

False advertising they said that they can approve anyone and that didnt happen

I was interested in a pre-owned car at I-75 Autos and dealt with Thomas (the GM) and Elian. Both were a pleasure to deal, upfront and transparent. Thomas was very responsive to my email questions, even after hours and over the weekend, and Elian provided pictures and videos of the car by text and email. Its my opinion that I-75 Autos is top notch and worthy of a 5-star review!

**Update stay away from this dealership!! We are paying for a car. That we cant drive because. They havent filed for our license plate! We have been given the run around. Have been told several lies about where the tag is at! TOM the finance manager even emailed my 20 year old daughter. A fake tag number stating it was processed and in the mail. He even instructed her to drive the car. And she wouldnt be ticketed for having. An expired paper tag. Upon my finding out he ill advised my daughter. I called to speak with him. And explain the fact that. She couldnt legally move the car. And that Id spoken with a deputy. And was told by the sheriff office. That without a valid plate or paper tag. She cant drive the car. He got angry and told me. Yes he told her that. And would tell her again! He also stated he was done talking. She could drive the car with the email he sent. Or it could sit and he hung up the phone. I will be seeing them in court! And we wont make anymore payments on it. Not even mentioning the car has been in the shop several times already! They are very shady and unprofessional!
