I just bought a new car today and it was a great experience. The management was very helpful and knowledgeable plus the customer service was top notch. But the real star of the show was Curtis Moore. Our sales person Curtis has been great. If you are going to buy a car here you should definitely talk to him.However there have been some unexpected issues with the cars. I picked up two cars at the same time. Both cars despite the fact that they were detail had a horrible smoke smell in them. My wife’s car, which was the second of the two cars, has had a radio problem since the beginning, and we are in conversation with the dealership to get it fixed. The complication is that of course they do not have a technician on the weekends, which means that we have to try to schedule it during the work week.Also at the time of sale they had our trade-ins reversed, that is her trade-in went to my car and my car to her car, eventually the process seemed like it was going to be too long to fix, so we just went with it since both cars were registered under my name.Lastly during the registration process they reversed are license plates, which means that we had to switch plates in her license plate had to be attached to my car and my car to Hers. Sounds simple off except for the fact that only a few days and the only the car her license plate holder broke so we had to go to the dealership so they could MacGyver it to make it work

I bought a used Jeep about a month ago. Unbeknownst to myself or the dealer, once I got the Jeep home, which was two hours away, the check engine light came on. I called the dealership and the person I was working with answered my phone call on his day off. He told me to bring the jeep back and they would fix it. It was very inconvenient for me to make the two hour drive back to the dealership and take the time off work. So I took it to a mechanic in Tallahassee who diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate to have it fixed. I called the dealership back and asked them if they would be willing to reimburse me for a portion of the amount so I wouldn’t have to drive back. The dealership offered to reimburse me 100% of the amount! Once I had the Jeep fixed, I sent them a copy of the invoice and a week later I received the reimbursement in the mail. I cannot speak highly enough about their level of customer service. It didn’t stop once I drove the vehicle off the lot. They continued to work with me and ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely use this dealership again in the future and recommend them to my friends!

My wife and I bought a brand new 2020 Nissan Altima from them, first asked the sales guy to run our credit at capital one cuz we have already been working with them on buying a car had the pre approval from them, they came back and said we was denied from them look up our credit report was never ran though capital one only the banks they wanted to use, second apple car play stopped working in the car took it to them to get serviced and get it back to have this done on the dash, very shady people would not recommend doing business with them.

I went in with a tight budget and a 2015 rogue for trade and cash difference and I did not expect to be able to get what I wanted for what I had to spend. Our sales woman Sabrina and the manager were able to get the deal done and I drove a new frontier home that night with a deposit and came back the next day to finish paperwork and bring the remaining balance.I worked 13 years at DeLand Ford and I am a Ford master technician, college degree, I know about what they had to work with and I was amazed at how they made it work. I am disabled now and I appreciate the help more than they will ever know.I spent a lot less time on paperwork than I was used to by half and it was very easy and layed back experience.This is the 2nd vehicle weve bought here and I like the service dept, its smaller than what I was used to but theyve always done excellent work with no problems after.BTW I checked on a Toyota Tacoma same options and they beat the price by almost 10,000$ .This is the 6th nissan I have owned in my life and weve never had any problems with any of them at all. Theyve all been maintained by me until the last few years though. If you keep all the fluids changed regularly and use good stuff or factory you will get a lot of miles with just basic maintenance.You cant go wrong with nissan.I traded because I didnt fit the rogue well, Im 61 230 lbs with severe juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and needed more room.

While my car was being serviced, Tori came out to tell me my battery terminals needed cleaning. So, I said, Yes, go ahead and do those. I assumed they were done with my oil/filter change, tire rotation. She said it would be just a few minutes more. An hour later my car was finally ready. I didnt look at my car closely because they had all the plastic wrap on the seats and steering wheel. When I got home, which is about a 45 minute drive, I noticed two grease shoe prints on my mats and grease on the plastic panel that runs the length of the door where it says Murano there. I wasnt going to turn around and go all the way back. Thank goodness I was able to remove it with some household cleaners and a little scrubbing...🤨🤔

The dealership was very courteous and though I gave my contact information to their website, I did not feel pressured by their sales representative to take any action when I was contacted. I was treated very nicely and everyone was adhering to CDC recommendations to the best of their ability. I took the time to read my contracts and was not once pressured to to just sign anything. Any questions I had were received well and answered in full. The staff were willing to work with me through any problems I had and offered sound advice without any reservations. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Rountree Moore Nissan to buyers wanting a pleasant buying experience.

Never had a man raise his voice to me so the entire showroom floor full of people could watch him disrespect me and my family as my Daughter sat next to me, simply because I asked more for our trade. Just don’t make “cents” to deal with him or LC Nissan dealer. Sad to hear I couldn’t buy again from my hometown dealer. $1500 difference and he let us walk over that. Bought from Jax.

What began as a pleasant car buying experience ended on a very unpleasant note. Even though when we walked in we were not there to purchase a vehicle, we were just having ours serviced. However the salesman approached us and well sold us. Which is absolutely fine, our salesman Marguiss was great. He was a excellent salesman. Did his job professionally and without being pushy. First car he showed was a perfect fit for us and we fell in love with it. He was very accommodating during the timely process. Even our experience with the sales manager. Demetrius I believe was his name, was just fine. We negotiated a price I felt at the time was fair and worked with us with our concerns. However, when we stepped into the financial managers office. I believe this guys name was Larry. He ruined that entire ordeal with his attitude. At first he seemed pleasant, but when my wife and I were discussing the gap insurance and extended warranty options he interrupted our conversation and looked at me and said “Mr.Duren, I can have her step out so we can continue.” I honestly should of walked out right then and there. I kind of regret not doing so. Though I asked my wife if she really wanted this car and she said yes..so we continued. Continuing on my wife asked a series of questions and each one he did not even look at her, he directed every single answer towards me. My wife frustrated stepped out to compose herself and came back in and asked why he would treat her like that. Stating that we are married. He said “I’m not going to assume you are married.” However we are both wearing wedding bands and are in together buying the car. It’s ok to assume every now and again. Though I did not believe his lame excuse. So in short thanks to Larry, no matter how good of service I receive from a Rountree Moore dealership. I will never again use them nor recommend them to anyone.

Service advisor, Erica Fuller, was very rude and did not seem to care or want to give accurate details about the services my vehicle needed. She got angry at me for not paying the mechanic when she told me she would make sure that no one would touch the vehicle so that I wouldn’t be charged for anything just yet until my decision was made. She told me I agreed to pay when I did not agree to anything then got annoyed when I said I was going to Tire Kingdom. I was very disappointed and would not recommend ever coming here.

Good luck getting them to honor the warranty. The trailer plug wiring is bad and the backup camera went out. They wont repair it because they say a different Nissan dealership (in Orlando) did the original work improperly, so they arent responsible for it. That dealership doesnt feel responsible for the work either, apparently.Also my truck makes a horrible chemical smell out of the exhaust, which also leaks into the cab of the truck. They have refused to fix this because they said its normal. I have given up fighting this one, and just accepted the fact that one day Ill pass out from the fumes while going down the road and end up in a tree.Update 8/5 (I originally took the truck to have the wiring fixed on 6/25/2020) - Nissan scheduled a specialist to look at the truck last week, but they cancelled this last minute. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, but they just called to cancel this one last minute. We are in over a month now, with dozens of calls and literally hours wasted on my part, and all Nissan has done to honor their warranty was cancel two appointments on me due to personal reasons. I still have no backup camera or trailer wiring. ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND FIX YOUR AWFUL TRUCK!!Update 8/10 - It looks like the dealership has a new customer relations person, and she has reached out about the issue. She gathered info and explained some of the processes to me, and will hopefully be working on having some progress made.Update 8/26 - Hopefully the final update! I was able to meet with the specialist, who diagnosed the issue with the backup camera and made the repairs on it. They couldnt find anything else wrong with the wiring, however after fixing the backup camera it seems that the issue with trailer lights and brakes appears to be fixed as well. Seems we have a happy ending, sooner or later.I have updated my review to 3 stars. All of the people I have dealt with in my visits at this dealership have been nice (and its been many people Ive dealt with), and most of all 5 stars to Jennifer who really worked hard to get this matter resolved. She really ran circles around Nissans arbitration dept, and Nissan itself will always be a 1 star in my book. Ive had so many issues with this truck that Nissan has had to repair due to the warranty that they probably hate this truck almost as much as I do. At least its working again (except the exhaust smell, but thats here to stay).

Andrew has perfect customer service skills. We came to turn our lease car in with no intention of getting another car. We were out the door and he mentioned that they would basically pay the mileage overage fee, if we purchased another vehicle. We thought about it and decided to purchase rather than leasing. So that was going well until we signed all the paperwork. Amber said that they would cut a check for us so we can pay Nissan the mile overage. She was supposed to send a check. We called and she mentioned that they don’t do it that way and they would be paying the overage. My husband wanted an email stating that, she was to send that email that same day. As of this date, he has not received the email. If we don’t receive the email, we won’t hesitate to return the car. You guys made the deal with us but haven’t delivered. Shame on you.Update: changing my review. Gave you more stars for the prompt acknowledgement. It shouldnt take a bad review for us to get proper service.

We was in route to Destin Florida from Ocala Florida for a 5 Day get away when our 2018 Pathfinder started running ruff and the check engine light came on. This was our nearest Dealer to get the car checked out. We phoned first to let them know we were coming. Upon arrival Erica Fuller greeted us and said she would have things check out ASAP. We went a short distance to have lunch and when we returned the car was in the shop being diagnosed. Erica informed us that it was not going to be a quick fix but not to worry that she would give us a loaner and we could continue our trip as planned. Pick it up on the way back to Ocala. What a great loaner car we received. A new Altima with only 1800 miles on it. During our time in Destin Erica kept in touch with me letting me know what was happening with our car. She even took care of a recall that was needed. We are so appreciative of the service and professionalism that Erica and Rountree-Moore provided. Thank you again.

The service department was a big help with our car it was sales that did us wrong. They not only sell you a car but a bag full of lies. The car had some things wrong and the salesman told us he would have it fixed. Guess what he could care less if the car ever got fixed he made a sale and that’s all he cares about. The said thing is they can go home and sleep like a baby and the customers have to figure out what to do about the car they just got. Our vehicle has been in the shop there since just before Christmas and updates from the service department have been minimal at best. Very hard to get someone on the phone when you call. Granted the vehicle was purchased somewhere else and warranty repairs are through a third party and must be approved first but overall Im sadly disappointed with our experience. To end on a positive note however, they have provided us a loaner vehicle to use which we are very thankful for.

I was extremely pleased with their service department. Shellie took the time to explain everything and was thorough in her work. The parts department was just as great, positively identifying the correct part and how quickly they could get it. When it was time for the repair, the mechanic, wish I had gotten his name, not only fixed the original problem but fixed everything else to be sure I was all set. We will be returning EVERYTIME, for basic maintenance as well. Never left a service experience on my vehicle with a smile on my face until today.

I am giving this dealership a single star because it is not possible to give them no stars. My parents who are both in their seventies bought a brand new Rogue a few months back while my Father was going through Cancer Treatments in Lake City. The day they brought it home from the Dealership it has a low tire light on. Because my father was not feeling well he drove it for a week just airing the tire up himself until the next time he was back in Lake City. When he visited the dealership he was told that there was a nail in the sidewall of the tire and because it had been a week it could not have happened before or during the purchase. My father ended up having to go buy a new tire for a vehicle that had less than 100 miles on it. Is it possible that the nail happened after he left the dealership? Yes, but considering that my parents on a fixed income had just spent North of $30k with these people I think they could have, and should have bought a tire. Now they have an entire Family and any friends that we can influence that will never do business with them. Very poor management and very poor customer service.

There is a super nice lady working the line for the service area named Shellie who is great to work with. She was very nice and helpful and made the trip to the car lot a good one. Ive had a great experience at Roundtree Moore Nissan. Ive leased a Maxima SL from them after failing to reach a deal with Gainesville Nissan. I can say that the people at Rountree were very welcoming, professional and most importantly fairly honest, highly contrasting my experience in Gainesville.Mike Keagan the sale manager was very helpful and worked to get me a good deal, Scotty the sale agent was very knowledgeable and Hanah was a great host.All in all, I am very happy with my experience here and I highly recommend you give them a chance even if you are not a Lake City local.Ohh, it is worth mentioning that for the same car, I pay $100 less a month than what Ive been offered by Gainesville Nissan.

I took my Murano in for maintenance, upon arriving I was promptly greeted with a smile and informed of the wait as they were extremely busy that day. The young lady, unable to recall her name, took my keys from me and guided me to the waiting area. Once my car was done she came in and explained everything that was done to me.This is why I will only go to the dealership to have any services done on my vehicle. They are an awesome group.

If you have bad credit, do NOT work with this establishment. Despite their advertisements of working with bad credit. .. .They will make promises and lie to get you complete an application. My credit report was ran NINE times over the course of 2 days and when challenged on their practices, you will get no answer. Andrew Manalis would not be someone I would recommend anyone to do business with. The poster child for car salesman. The finance manager is no better.

Took my vehicle to get a recall repaired. Waited all day (about 7hrs) to receive a call back. Once I was called back I was made aware that my car had actually been done for HOURS but no one ever called untiled 5:45. I was without my car all day which I anticipated being without till around lunch time not 6 o’clock. I feel this was highly unprofessional and a complete disregard of my time. I am highly upset of the service I received at this location.

Will not honor warranty without a hassle. Finds any excuse to do no warranty work. I called Nissan and the guy on phone recommended me to deal with another dealer. It’s sounds to me they have a lot of complaints and they don’t have to warranty work because they are independent owned . Rountree Moor will never get my business and I do work for many different people around surrounding counties and my goal is to make it known. Buy here at your own risk but take my advice and find another place to do business
