Just bought a used 2019 Ford Fiesta from Rountree Moore today. The sticker price was unbeatable, and the service from start to finish was excellent. I was kind of a demanding customer, especially when it came to discussing their extra fees and add-ons, but Cierra helped me through the entire process and did a great job advocating for some discounts on the price for me. She was honest and upfront about the full cost of the car before I went to the dealership, and she got me the best deal available after all of my griping. They also helped with financing without jacking up the APR. In the span of a single day, I was able to close a deal on a relatively new car with a $0 down loan at an APR that makes sense for my credit. I would recommend Rountree-Moore Ford to anyone in the market for a car, and I would highly recommend Cierra as a salesperson.

We recently found the passenger van we had been searching for at Rountree-Moore Ford. Drove from Crystal River to Lake City, FL to take a look. Within a couple days that Ford Transit Connect XLT was ours!! They did a terrific job from when I first contacted them on the internet to when we drove our new van out of the dealership. The detailing crew did an amazing job making our car look like brand new. All employees friendly and accommodating. Hats off to Cierra and Julian in Sales and the Finance Manager, Sam Ryan. Total rip off!!!! Don’t go here!!! I have been a loyal Ford owner for 20 years. This service department has ripped me off several times. But the latest is the worst one, I took it in for my normal service oil change- tire rotation-asked them to check the brakes, they told me they were fine. They didn’t feel fine, but I trusted them. Today three months later I took it to a local tire and brake place, and not only was I metal on metal, which they showed me. It had destroyed the cables as well. So everything had to be replaced. $1588.00 And the shocks were completely shot and again something I had asked Ford about. So basically they made it unsafe for me to drive my truck, which I pull horses with frequently. And they were waiting until my bill was going to be astronomical before they told me to change out my brakes. Do not go here I repeat!

Dropped car off. Was told that it was going to be three weeks. Took four months. Poor management, no call backs, rep quits while handling things and then the next guy drops the ball.Finally pick car up. 20miles later same issue as before. Called, no call back, week and a half I call. Car gets towed back more to fix cause they didnt fix to begin with.This company was the best. Now the worst. I wouldnt send send anyone to this crapshoot to buy anything or have anything worked on. Non professional, no customer service. Techs need more training.Even the GM was rude and self fulfilling. No satisfaction to be found.I would recommend going to another city to buy a car cause everything is Roundtree Moore and therefore no good.

Mrs. Danielle Lee does an outstanding job working at the customer service desk and am grateful to be her client. Every time I go to the Ford dealership Im always looking for her because she has an excellent personality with awesome work ethics. I would love to rate her as one of the best Ive ever experienced but I would say she supercedes that since I see her as the top employee. Great selection of vehicles, vehicle was delivered to my house. That part was great. I have yet to hear from the dealer and after 10 days I have not received any paperwork other then a registration. A employee had to come back to the house to sign a missed form. The keyless entry had a improper code, the employee provided a video, and advised the glove box and part of the lower dash needs to be removed to locate the code. Sorry Im not taking interior parts off a truck I paid over $50k for. I think thats what I paid,I have no paperwork, unknown who its financed with?? What did I pay for a warranty, I was told around $2300.00 at the time of the sale.Absolutely no follow up after the sale, except for the missed signatures,.Started as a good car buying experience, ended with lousy customer service after the sale.Great selection of vehicles, however my business for service will be with a different dealership.

Excellent customer skills by Service Mgr. Mark. He addressed my needs and also ordered me a second key since I only received one at time of purchase. This Mustang is very powerful and full of energy. Great ride, and a Blessing from God. I call it my Silver Chariot. Service was great and Mark was very professional. 0-60 in 3.8 sec. I had work done under hood and exterior.

I had “services” on my Lincoln MKS they repaired my A/C and replaced 2 tires. They ordered 3 full size tires because I wanted the spare, a donut, tire replaced but they charged me for a full size tire. Also while my vehicle was in their Care Custody and Control the driver side front speaker miraculously blew all by itself, or so they say. I called the manager of the service department and was told he was in a meeting and that the receptionist would leave a message for him as well as our a sticky note in his computer and he would call me no later than the next day. Two weeks passed and I never heard from him. I went there today and they told me my speaker was blown and that it wasn’t unusual with a black on black car. They told me that since the donut tire would cost less that the speaker would practically be paid for. I told them since the manager never returned my call and because they won’t take responsibility for messing up my speaker that I just wanted a refund and I’ll go someplace else. The service manager told the guy helping to refund me the extra tire price. The guy helping was trying to do it only to find out he couldn’t that it could only be completed on the manager’s computer so another waste of time. I would only recommend this dealership for repairs to my enemies.

I paid 131.00 for an oil change on my 2021 F250 Diesel . As soon as I left I drove across the street less that 2 miles. I went to check the oil and the hood had greasy hand prints on it. The oil was completely black like it was not changed and the DEF fluid was not refilled. Mind you this truck only has 2k miles on it and I only went to have it changed because of time not mileage. So the engine is brand new and there is no reason the oil would be black! So when the tech supposedly changed my oil he drove it back to the front with his greasy hands on the steering wheel. I paid 90K for this truck and now when I got home I had to wash it and clean the interior.

Bought a used F150, pretty good service overall. I live out of state and it seems like a really slow and daunting task to get my license plate. Its been 35 days and Im on my second dealer tag. I hope I dont hit 60 days before getting my tags. Not sure why I wouldnt be able to just get my own tags.The staff has been very helpful, but I feel like there has been issues with paperwork which is causing the delay in tags.

Vehicle price was great for my used 2020 F-150 Lariat, but they tacked on hidden fees and didnt really explain what they were for in detail. Plus, they automatically add on the Rountree Moore Advantage for almost $900 which you cannot refuse to pay for; extra stuff you probably wont utilize 80% of. Their customer service is not the greatest either with almost no follow-up at all with any issues related to the vehicle even when theyve agreed to make repairs after the sale has been completed. Im not sure if this is normal for all dealerships but it was definitely a disappointing experience. But all-in-all I love my truck!

If you read my review about our experience with the Live Oak Ford dealership - thats where our story begins. We called from their location to Rountree Moore Ford dealership to see if THEY could get us in for a front end alignment since there was nobody at the other dealer who could do it. Sure sure. So we make the drive to Lake City after the hour we spent already driving to Live Oak. We explain why we are there and the clerk at the counter begins to put our info into the system. He goes out to our truck to check the VIN info - and comes back in to tell us that their lift isnt long enough for our truck - which IS a truck they SELL there - but since their dealership was built yada yada years ago and blah blah blah. I dont care about anything except why they didnt ask what we were driving when we asked if they could do an alignment IF there were some vehicle types they might not be able to service. Why are we as the consumers supposed to do half of their job and be sure they are considering that our truck (a Super Duty Ford F350 dually) may be beyond their capabilities? Im looking for some customer service FORD - and found two dealerships to be sorely lacking. The people at the counter were polite and all - but who is going to take responsibility for not doing the job to assess whether they could indeed provide the service we requested before driving out there - even after we explained the run around we got at the previous Ford dealership? Sad. Could not recommend either of these dealerships - and am starting to wonder about Ford as a whole.

Outstanding service as usual. I delivered my truck for service without an appointment, thinking I might have to wait. No problem. The service crew took my truck right in and offered to drive me to a local restaurant while I was waiting. I believe all the car companies should follow Rountree Moore Ford example. The great service was made even better when I found out that the oil change and a tire rotation didnt cost me a penny. Apparently the service came with my purchase of the vehicle. They could have easily have charged me and I wouldnt have known the difference. What a winning combination. Great service and honesty. Thanks Rountree Moore Service department. I would NEVER use this dealership for ANY repair in their so called collision center. They are liars and try to push through additional repairs to the insurance companies to get more money. They scheduled a repair on my vehicle in APRIL 2021 for an appt the end of June (29). NOTHING has been done to my car as of 2 days ago. The estimator/cashier/manager cannot tell me when my car will be done nor will they put my car back together (bumper) for me to just come get it. They keep pushing it off as they are overbooked. They is somehow my fault? I make an appointment 2 months in advance and was told 7-10 days if the right parts have come in.

I hate car dealerships with every molecule in my body...been asked to leave two of them. But this team, WOW!I actually had a great experience and decided to buy from them. Nathan was my salesman. I felt he was honest and was certainly friendly with no pressure or tricky tactics. I worked this deal for about 4 days and Nathan never got impatient or snarky with all of my pedantic requests. I know he works for the dealership but he made me feel like he was working for me. Bravo, Nathan, you rock!Then I met Sam, the Finance Manager. This is usually where I am asked to leave the dealership because I can be a nightmare client. Sam was incredibly friendly, took the time to know me more and BS for a while before jumping right into business. I wasn’t going to buy a warranty but honestly, he was so friendly, I felt comfortable buying one and got a little discount. Sam, either you’re really cool or one hell of an actor! Kudos, hope to see you around.I would absolutely recommend you shop around for the best price, but give these folks a shot to match the price. I’ll be back!

If you want a great purchasing experience, then this is a good place. Sam Ryan is the only reason Im not giving zero stars.But if you care anything about how they treat you afterwards, in the Service Department, then keep driving!When I took my 2020 suv back 3 days later, explaining my concerns on how it drives (I bought it brand new with 6 miles on it), at this point it only had 124 miles on it; they looked at me like I was crazy and couldnt get it to do what I was explaining. Then after a test drive with the manager, oh its a intuitive engine, its learning how you drive. Give it another couple 1000 miles and bring it back if its still doing it.Months went by, still experiencing same issues. So at a little over 7000 miles I went back, on a Saturday, cause I happen to be in Lake City- I live 30 miles away. Oh well youll have to leave it ok I need a loner, I live alone and this is my only transportation. Oh we can only give loners if its a warranty issue and with my Managers approval, hes not here today. Its 4 months old with less than 8000 miles on it - ITS A WARRANTY ISSUE SIR! So in a nice nasty way I was told to bring it back when Im able to drop it off and have my own ride.I havent been back, that was a year ago - still having random weird issues with this svu, but I found a different Ford dealership that cares about customer service and helps me everytime I call.

I was 100% DISSATISFIED with the so-called service from start to finish! The courtesy driver was rude, the service department did not have our requested repairs in the computer, we were told we had to leave the vehicle overnight. We did and the next morning, still no action on the repairs. Failed to return my calls regarding the status of our repairs. We finally decided to just pick the vehicle up because it is our only means of transportation. We had been told that the problem with the turn signal had been resolved but they could not find the main problem that needed repair. If the Ford service cannot find the problem with a Ford, who can? NOTHING had been done to the vehicle after keeping it for more than 24 hours. No offer of alternative transportation, which I know is provided for other, more preferred types of customers. They then suggested that we bring it back and leave it for 2 or 3 more days. How can anyone do without their vehicle for 2 or 3 more days? I pray that we will NEVER have to go there again. I think they only want one kind of customer. Personnel in service need training!!! I would give zero stars if possible!!!

Would not recommend for service. Took about 23 hours from time of drop off to time of call to pick up on an oil change and a tire rotation. About 3 weeks later I Ended up have to get a tire plug from a separate business. Thankfully the gentleman who did my tire patch, informed me that the tire he did the patch on that the lug nuts where really loose in fact a few where just hand tight. Long story short, all 4 tires had at least 2 or 3 hand tightened lug nuts. Please everyone check your lug nuts if you have been to Rountree Moore Ford service department lately.

I was on the road heading back to Michigan. I walked into the service department and explained the noise coming from my van. While talking with service person the service manager came out and was very curt with her while she was ordering a part. I set up my appointment and dropped my vehicle off. The service person called me that morning and asked me to explain the noise - I told her it was coming from the front of the vehicle - possibly rt side. I got my vehicle back and was still was experiencing the same noise. The service manager was notified - he was angry, but took a test ride with me. He wouldnt listen to me and blamed the noise on the road and then on the tires. The tires had 7000 miles on them. He rotated the tires. I left frustrated - whatever he is angry about is clouding his ability to listen. I finally gave up and took my chances to drive back to MI hoping I did not break down on the way.I didnt ask for special treatment. I just wanted to be treated fairly and get the necessary repairs.Whatever that service managers problems are, they are affecting his ability to do his job.

My wife bought a used Dodge Caravan from this dealership. It turns out that the sub frame was welded. I believe the dealership knew this when they sold us the vehicle. The car subframe broke on the interstate nearly killing us both. The mechanic who replaced the broken subframe section said it was clearly welded using T11.

On 3/22/21 traveling near Lake City, Fla i had a check engine light come on in my class c E 450 motorhome. Called this dealership and made an appointment for 3/23/21 10am to have it checked. When I got to the dealer the service lady told me they were too busy to do anything until late that day or tomorrow. Im traveling with my family and 2 dogs, and since I had an appointment was astonished that they were not willing to even read the code to let me know if could continue on my way. I left in disgust.I stopped at a nearby auto zone and not only got the code info, but they hooked me up with a mechanic who replaced a faulty coil pack and had me back on the road in 2 hours at a very reasonable price.Ill forget this dealership but Ill never forget that auto zone guy and the super mechanic who saved our day.Rountree Moore, shame on you!

Ive been in and out of this dealership for the past couple of days trying to find me the right truck to buy and the salesman I had was Jaycob and he did an excellent job in showing me many options of trucks they had in stock not just at their main lot, but the other lots around the area. I can be a very difficult customer to deal with because I knew what I wanted and did a ton of research before going in and knew what to look for as far as my interior design went. But overall he did a good job in continuing to show patience with me and getting the deal done. After Jaycob did his part it was off to finance to Sam, great guy to work with and helped me out a lot and got everything done painlessly! Would recommend anyone to go back their for their next vehicle purchase!

I was met at the door by my sales rep Gary Davis. We got ah chatting outside for a few to get to know each other. As we sat at Garys desk we talked about the vehicles I was interested in. We went out on a road test on 2 cars to see how I liked them. When we got back we started to crunch numbers. I leaned on Gary for as much as I could get. Gary bended some but didnt break. We came up with a price, interest percentage and a down payment. Im roughly paying 60 bucks more a month but I got a brand new Escape and a extended warranty that covers the car completely if anything should happen to it. Interior and exterior covered. Rip the seats, replaced, no charge. Get a ding in the car panels, repaired, no charge. Free oil changes for the car. In other words, Roundtree-Moore has taken all my worries away from me if ANYTHING should happen to the car. I hear a lot of people bad mouth them, but I was taken care of very well and really appreciated the way they handled my sales. Thank you Gary and Kim for taken good care of this old man.

Service department mistreated my 70 year old mother during the pandemic and offered No apology. Lied to her and have yet to follow through on their promise. It’s been over a month and nothing has been done. We have called with no response. Robert at the service department is a problem, his word means nothing and he is unkind. Messages left with the manager have not been returned. Zero professionalism to customers who have bought several cars from them. Think twice before ever consider taking anything to them. All of this for a safety recall that Robert said “isn’t important”.

Roundtree Moore Ford Lake City service department is amazing. Never a bad experience. They greet you as soon as you pull into the service lanes. Recently I brought my Ford Edge to RTMF for a serious problem. Turned out to be a coolant leak down in cylinder one. Basically what this means.... new engine. Ordinarily this would be an unimaginable level of stress. However, when Kendell Fairchild greeted me and I explained to her what was happening with my car, I knew everything was going to be ok. I gave her my extended warranty card and she took it from there. She is amazing. Dealt with them on settling necessary repairs, arranged for a rental (through my extended warranty company), and kept me informed every step of the way. Kendell is an amazing asset to RTMF. Thank you so much Kendell for making what could have been stressful disaster, a pleasant experience.My apologies for the long review, I just cant say enough about my experience. Great service for my old truck I brought in. Yes they are more expensive than your local wrench turners but they are fast and do a darn good job. Mark kept me in the loop the hole time. Fixed the AC, replaced a window motor, and replaced the ball joints in my truck. All done in 3-4 days in the shop. If you want it done quick and you want it done right, these guys know their stuff.

Sturgis bound. Rountree-Moore Ford Lake City provided service beyond expectation. We had a blown turbo hose and pulled into the dealership at 5:45 and they were closing at 6. Jason service manager came out to diagnose and immediately got Ben and another technician to knock the job out in no time and we were back on the road. Thousand dollars they wanted to charge to clean my intake and change my plugs. After their incorrect diagnosis I got a new PCM fixed everything. The part cost me 400 dollars online. I will never again take an out of warranty vehicle to them again.

The salesperson was not very educated on the car. He’s fairly new so I understand, but he knew we were coming so he should have familiarized himself with the vehicle. We forgot to ask for a second key, so now we have to pay for one. We do a lot of repeat buying, probably won’t go back to this dealer.

My wife and I went into the dealership to look at a car within our budget. The salesperson knew what we were looking for and brought a vehicle way over our budget. My wife fell in love with the car, but the salesperson didn’t even attempt to save us any money. We both explained that we were looking for something under $200 monthly. I could see the salesperson did not have our best interest in mind, only to sell the car. I declined the offer, but my wife as gullible as she is, went ahead and agreed to purchase the car without me co-signing. From that point on, the sales person did not care what I had to say, only to make a sale. We picked the car up on Saturday and was told to return on Monday to have the car serviced and detailed. We picked the car up and it had not been detailed. One of the key fobs doesn’t work, so I guess I will have to pay to have it repaired, as there was no mention of warranty. My wife walked away with over $325 monthly payments after she put $4000. For a down payment. As far as I am concerned Roundtree Moore Ford doesn’t care for there customers only to make money. I for one would not recommend or purchase a vehicle from them ever again.
