I would have a plethora of decent things to say about the service of this place were it not for the way my experience with them ended.Unwilling to source a part for me from a supplier other than the one they are familiar with, they offered no support nor sympathy to help fix my car. When pressed to go the extra mile to get things done, they decided they didnt want my business anymore.Im thankful - because of their unwillingness to make things happen, I was able to find another shop who would. They got things done right away. If you would like mediocre service without any expectation for completion of work, stop by!

Had an appointment at this auto body shopp waiter 1 week . Then they told me my car would sit most of the day because they have other cars to work on. I have a spoiler all painted just needed installed Honda Civic. Customer service is bad, he said is that a problem if so basically go somewhere else . Just from that comment I would never recommend this mom and pops shop . They won’t last long with that attitude.

I dont recommend to anyone except you want to destroy your car, in the pics my 2017 Camry, needed a quarter panel replaced, they decided from their own its better to repair it, see pics I dont want to talk the pictures talk!They called me to come and take the car, I brought the insurance to make re-inspection and they confirmed the bad job, now they want to change it finally, they refused to pay for car rental since it is their fault, will have my lawyer continue with them .I am here later to add this, despite the bad management, I have to say the work after the business owner engaged was really perfect, I would like to thank her for that and I will change my review to give them more two stars, just make sure to not deal with her kids, go to the owner directly

This family owned and operated business has been my one and only automotive servicing and repair shop for real.The thing is I have been making the commute to the original golden touch which has been around I think from before I was born.Now that they have opened a second state of the art facility literally 2 miles away from my home. I’ll never have a reason to go anywhere else even if it’s for the tiniest of issues I may need help with.They work with all major insurance companies and have 24 roadside assistance through AAA.They can change a headlight bulb, they can strip and rebuild a motor for you, they can make your old school Chevy impala pop with that candy red paint. Or make your brand new BMW ///M3 that was side swiped so easily look like it was just picked up from the lot brand new!Quality work from quality people who strive for becoming better every day in vehicle knowledge.At the end of the day you will find yourself right at home with the relationship you build with golden touch and it’s representatives. Bijan a great friend of mine, and Mr. Mehdi, as well as Mrs. Nana, Ojan, and Kaveh. Without this group of individuals that name “Golden Touch” wouldn’t be as important as it is. They seriously leave your vehicle with a touch of gold. And there extremely trained and experienced groups of mechanics and body workers. Who have been hand picked and have history with this company from the original location in Stanton have the touch of gold instilled within them to keep the power of the owners dream and vision for helping the community of individuals they have helped and touched continually growing.I’d give ten stars if it allowed me.
