Never been before but they had the stability level along with other items to build. Many products and many other good power tools and thats the whole reason to go back down to go to their store while I was there I checked around and seen the other items and products they had and Id say they got high quality and good products. I wish they were in my town but theyre not if they were I would use them for most of my purchases.Even though they do not exist in my city and a visit cost me most of the day I will go back to the store and use them again

Amy was fantastic helping me lay out my Kitchen, Baths and Laundry room for my new build. I am an empty nester and I moved to the area because of my business while also downsizing. Amy made my kitchen beautiful and much more functional than my previous home. Cooking is a breeze as everything has a convenient place. Amy took the time to understand my priorities and paid attention to every detail. Amy is a win win, the cabinets turned out great and she is a super nice person to work with.

Well what I learned this year…a kitchen remodel in the middle of a pandemic is not for the fainted hearted. Thankful that Amy, Jack and Gabe were with us all the way. I needed to get a spare key made for my vehicle. Unfortunately, theyre either out or dont carry the blank key I need. Had to go elsewhere.

Our kitchen designer, Amy, was a dream to work with. She helped us stay within our budget and used our ideas to design a beautiful space that works far more efficiently than our former kitchen. Amy responded to emails quickly and answered all of our questions as they arose. Amy is clearly an expert in kitchen design and Von Tobels customers benefit from the depth and breadth of her knowledge. We will definitely use Von Tobel for any of our future design and hardware supply needs.

We are remodeling our master bath. Last week we ordered the walk in shower and it arrived today. No problems/nice Koehler products.Today we ordered some cabinets to complete the reno. Me and the Mrs was in the market for new flooring for our home.... we went to several different locations to look but when we went to vontobels we noticed a night and day difference between the places!!! When we went in we was greeted by one of their flooring specialists also named Gabe **must of been fate** he was super friendly and knowledgeable and gave us suggestions on what we needed not what he wanted to sell us!!! He kept us right in our budget and we got everything that we wanted!!! We had his installer scott come out and from start to finish the install went perfect!! Amy Kundrat and Von Tobel did an excellent job of designing, procuring and supporting our kitchen remodel job. Cabinet design fit perfectly and they were delivered on time and in excellent condition. Two issues were resolved quickly. Kraftmaid also provided great telephone support.

Went to several big box stores to look for composite decking materials. One didnt have anyone in that knew anything about them, another had people that claimed to be experts but were clearly uninformed. I was happy when I visited Von Tobel - Denise helped me and was able to answer ALL of my questions and even provided information that I didnt know that I needed. I have been very impressed with her personally, if she reflects what Von Tobel is then I want to shop there more.

I can not say enough about the professionalism and guidance of Topher, Shawn and Joe. We built a house with absolutely no clue what we were getting in to and they made the process a breeze and stood behind every purchase we made. Hands down a 10+ experience!!!

Box store is cheaper, but you get what you pay for. The people here treat you like family and they genuinely care about you and your project or projects. Ive been dealing with them for years, but Eric George is the main reason I keep coming back. Hes a great and talented help, with great knowledge and experience. He knows and he cares! I shop at Von Tobels on a regular basis.Ive found their customer service to be excellent and the quality of the materials (especially lumber) to be better than the self-help Box stores. With free delivery, Ive found the actual cost to be less than the other places (when I factor in self-selection, self-loading, self-unloading, and self-delivery). Its a lot cheaper and simplier to use Von Tobels.
