Always there when I need help,excellent customer service

We had a wonderful experience with Sarah at Lee Supply. She connected with us, with the plumbers we were using, came up with a design for a shower door in a difficult to fit space, and did a great job of follow up. Unfortunately, this is not the type of business that one frequents often, but it is one that I will refer to my friends and clients.

Love their service. We went to 6 other places and Lee Supply was the best. Good honest people and Sarah was super helpful. I highly recommend Lee Supply.

Anyone that knows me, knows I travel alot and give HONEST reviews for everywhere. So, my wife and I, went here back in August for a toilet. We found one we really liked. It wasnt in stock so they had to order it. Beginning of August btw. Here it is October, so, I called this morning. I was told, oh ticket is here, it was just in the open. I was asked if I wanted to come ans get it. We paid for it to be delivered. I told the guy this and he said, the delivery guys will call me gor a time to deliver it. That was this morning first thing. Here it is almost noon with no call. Now, Im not sure where they are almost getting a 5 star, but lets be honest, when I have to call to find out about thw toilet a few times, and get a run around everytime. Sometimes being told, I will find out and call you back. With not ever getting a call, not good business. I will order direct drom now on and skip this place. Someone, or some people just isnt doing their jobs.
