My big purchase here was a riding mower, which the deck was not properly adjusted on. Due to not having a way to transport it, it is only useful at the highest setting. I asked about servicing them last time I visited and the employee told me they dont. I know better; I dont buy from them.

The assistant manager was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If I didnt already like this store, he alone would have convinced me to return.

Manager was awesome. Went to pick up a dog kennel, and at first wasn’t going to sell it (it was display). We almost purchased it Wednesday, but decided to wait till Friday so we could take it straight to the campsite.Thankfully the manager still let us buy it on Friday (not normal protocol to sell display)So a HUGE thank you !! Our Great Dane will appreciate it this summer

I was followed around the store and was told if i was going to pay for an item that i picked up to look at. Then I was told to put on a mask when I was already wearing one, and better yet the employee that yelled at me DIDNT EVEN HAVE A MASK ON! Ive alway loved shopping here but not anymore. Will not be returning

Glad to see Tractor Supply employees helping America out by wearing masks and insisting customers do as well. Three employees and one had a mask on. Must all be a hoax..........

Always have tremendously positive staff, willing to lend a hand. A great selection of items for taking care and improving your home. We use it for the pet supplies mostly, of which they have a great variety of foods and treats. Weve even gotten chickens here, which were all healthy and happy!

Online said they close at 9. Showed up at 7:10pm. Confirmed with cashiers that they close at 9. Half the lights were off. When I went looking for the item I wanted they turned the lights off. Walked to the front of the store. Cashiers asked if I found what I was looking for, told them no because the lights got turned off. They didnt even bat an eye. No apology or anything. They did not look suprised at all. We left. Will not return to this store again.

Kaleb and Hannalise were extremely helpful and courteous when I came in to exchange a fuel pump. They took care of me and made sure I left a happy customer.

Good selection of farm, garden, pet items. Friendly staff. Usually good clearance items. Sometimes it may be hard to find all that I need there for my farm thus the 4 stars.

I love the staff as theyre pretty friendly and know us by how often we come in as we have a lot of rescue animals. The only complaint I have is that they could carry more variety as they dont really have a ton of small animal feed for guinea pigs or bedding for rabbits/guinea pigs/rats. We typically have to go local for hay for our peegs and rabbits as TSC doesnt carry what we look for (local and loose baled hay) but rather compressed hay however, with that being said, there is a worker there who always goes above and beyond and was able to put me in contact with a local farmer who was able to sell me hay! So, one star knocked off for lack of variety and maybe the price point is a tad higher than other places but other than that, I like going there and so do our dogs.

I love this store always has what we need and usually friendly knowledgeable people working there. Today however there were several younger people working and were more interested in socializing than helping.

Customer service was terrific!! The one associate that EVENTUALLY seen me looking around after having been in there a good 20 min already; barely knew product location, didnt know whether they even carried the product seeking, and had absolutely zero product knowledge. Between my personal research done before looking for the product anywhere locally, reading of the somewhat similar product ingredients there at TSC, and then looking to Google to better answer the questions I had that the associate at this store so utterly bewildered. Will not be returning to this store in Lafayette again.

Store is overall great. Only complaint is seeing the tall gentleman I believe his name is Jeff was very short and rude. I actually heard him cussing at other employees. All the staff besides him were fantastic.

Staff didnt seem too knowledgeable on what I was asking about. And seemed bored. It wasnt busy but I will give them props on the fact that they found something to do. It wasnt that they didnt try to be helpful they just didnt under stand what we were asking about. They werent very knowledgeable about the product that we were after.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had In a long time wanted to buy a pellet stove ask for help to order so I wouldn’t have to pay 134 dollars extra got told system is down and nothing we can do about it I told the person I just called there and was told to come in and they would help me then when I get there was told sorry not there problem not good for business thanks for the help

Went for supplies to feed birds. They have a wide variety of feeders and a large variety of bird seed to select from. Specifically we were looking for platform feeders for cardinals. We found what we were looking for, then picked up some cardinal mix to use with the feeder.

I pick up my chickie food & supplies here. They have a great supply of farm, home, & garden supplies.

Dont know if the poor guy ever got help...he may be freezing to death, still waiting on that propane.
