Great prices on different grades of tools. Depending on the job youre doing always check to see which brands of tool they have for your needs. If youre only going to need it once or twice you may opt for a lower brand. Need it for the long haul or industrial work? Theyll have a more rugged model at just a few dollars more. Ms. Brittany and crew are friendly and helpful. All in all great store great prices!

I went in for specific items they had all but one. Great store for tools and other items you need for different projects. Some of their products sell out from time to time. Thats what happened on this trip. Should have checked on line or called the store. Helpful and courteous staff.

Good place for less expensive tools.

A good location with a few very kind and helpful employees. They may all be great, but I have only interacted with a few. I stop by here about once a month, since the Lake Charles location was destroyed by Hurricane Laura. The Harbor Freights in both Lafayette and Opelousas are excellent. Staffs in both are helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and competent.An item was out of stock in one store and the manager checked the other store for me.If you wish to purchase items in a hurry and leave quickly that is easily done. If you wish to browse the well lit, organized and clean aisles that is also available.

They have a great assortment at an awesome price and none of the hassle of a big box store. Returns are quick and easy, staff is friendly and helpful and the store is clean and organized.

Went to Harbor Freight to get some tires for a pull around wagon I bought from them 6-7 years ago. The service was great but they have started a membership plan, no sales papers, no % off items, and you pay for the membership which reduces the price, considerably. I had priced the tires before the virus and if I wanted to get them with the 20-30 ? Membership they would be the price they were before the virus of 3.99 but now w/o membership they were 6.99-7.99 each. I think I will stick with Lowes instead.

We were told after the casherr totaled our purchase that if we want the sale price we have to tell her the colour of each tag of each item or else we pay full price. The only reason she even told us is because we asked. We were in line for a little while and no one told other customers this information. So a whole bunch of people got screwed over in the price because of lazy and rude cashiers. Keep it classy harbor freight.

Great prices on most of the items. I had only one issue one time. A cashier was in her feeling that day and spoke with a little attitude. The way she answered me when I asked her where an item was located was rude. She told me they didnt sell anything to repair air hoses. I found it myself. She was nicer to me when I was in my work uniform a time afterwards but when I was in normal street clothing was when she was rude. All in all I still go there because the prices.

Its Harbor Freight Tools. The place you get the tools you only need once or twice for specific purposes. Always a 20% coupon to be had. Always clean in the store.

I really enjoy shopping at Harbor Freight. They have a large assortment of tools, tarps, electrical supplies, welding supplies, etc. Well worth a visit.

I didnt know what Harbor Freight was until someone recommended that I get a paint sprayer there. Then I saw it had some of similar things that I bought at a big-box home repair store -- for less money. Harbor Freight could do a better job showing they are a tool company, not a shipping business like it sounds to me.

Ive been here so many times and over half their items arent in stock. Joke of a Harbor Freight store. Call if you actually decide to come here. Just stopped and 4 of 5 items not here. Always the excuse we are getting a truck this week. Management here sucks. If I ran a store like this I would expect to be fired.

A grown mans candy store!During my most recent visit I asked an employee where an item was and he not only told me but stopped what he was doing and walked me to the aisle and exactly where it was located.I found several selections and discovered that the item was on sale at a price much lower than I expected (normally $9.99-on sale for $2.99).The cashier that rung me up was extremely happy and very professional. Just a few reasons why I enjoy shopping here so much.

Always have deals going on. Check online first for online coupons. Most just have to be able to be pulled up on your phone to be applied to your purchase. Just keep away from cheaply manufactured stuff. Their store brand hand tools have a lifetime warranty.

A helpful, knowledgeable employee helped me find my way through this store. She was able to explain the differences between the tools and even told me what aisle to find something else she even checked me out. Wish I remembered her name to give her a special shout out.

After work today I went to this store to see if they had some tools in which to finish my project. With little trouble I found what I needed. I approached the cashier and a customer was in the process of checking out so I of course wait my turn placing the goods Ive picked up on the counter, as one would normally do. Out of no where another customer comes and stands to the side of me. Now I know the cashier has seen me as Ive been in line now for a good minute patiently waiting. She finishes the transaction and then turns to me and the other customer places his goods on the counter then she rings him up. I AM BAFFLED!!! Without much of a word I left the counter, placed all my stuff back on a random shelf and left. Ive been in the store a few times and clearly most of the people working here are zombies as to say they are brainless but how someone chooses not to acknowledge a person that has been waiting to check out only to check someone else out is a first in my 37 years of existence. Sadly I can not rate it 0 stars. And while it could obviously go without saying let me put it on record, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. Now having said all that if you like cheap crap and have figured out how to communicate with brainless buffoons this is your one stop shop.

Great deals on all kinds of tools and equipment. Always something you want on special. Tools are handyman grade not for tradesmen but adequate. Not too bad a location for easy access.

All items are manufactured in China. Prices are good with discounts. Some products are not well made but come with a lucrative return policy. Most workers are friendlyKeep your receipt!
