Excellent experience! Went school shopping for my son. Most stores have a very limited selection for boys. I was happy to see so many things to choose from. Bought everything I needed for my son & the prices were so great I bought a 👗 for myself. :) Mary my cashier was a doll as well!!!

Clean, competitive, fair prices, lacking employee help adding to their loss of sales . Wife wanted some merchandise was directed to only one check out and waited over 25 minutes to purchase merchandise. As exiting the same girl that directed us to check out was sitting doing nothing at a check out . Retail stores blame their failures on others ... Ill will buy online at the best price next time. No wait while gen z gets paid to destroy your business.

Had to walk all over store to find a cashier. When I finally found a cashier she said I should have gone to the back of the storeBeing 76 years old, I did not feel like doing all of that walking. I love the store and their products. Sometimes it is such a hassle to find help.

Honestly it feels very meh at this big box anchor store. JCPenny just doesnt have any pizzazz left. The sparkle is gone to me. They lost their edge.

The best place to get big and tall. Im a xlt and I hate having to pay 40 bucks for a plain t-shirt just because Im tall. So I go to JCPenney. I can get shirts for 10 bucks and if Im lucky they are on sale for 8. Yay big and tall at a value.

I always seem to find something I like when shopping here. The clothing tends to be unorganized at times but they have decent prices and good sales.

My wife is generally disappointed with the womens clothing.Their home goods selection is okay. The window treatments looked good, but there was only one of each panel in stock, so good for browsing but not so much if you found what you wanted today.The makeup, soap, and other cosmetic selection is pretty good.The jewelry selection is pretty good if youre searching for costume type jewelry. I probably wouldnt come here to try to find fine diamonds.

This store had very few items on display and on their shelves. It seemed almost empty.

Same old. SWITCH AND Bate. They send you a coupon to get you in, and then wont allow you to use it. Poor customer service poor business practices. But they will go by whe wayside like Sears, and KMART. Shifting my $ to Amazon. AT LEAST you know what your going to get. Very Disappointing.

Use the salon. Do not care for the store merchandise for some time now. No longer have/use a JCP card. The rewards were not worth using because of quality and selection of clothing. Occasionally purchase bsby clothes. And that is it. Love love my stylist... Wanda in the salon.would follow her anywhere

I went here a week or so ago to purchase some formal clothes, but didnt really know what I was looking for. Alicia was able to figure out what sizes I needed and provided some much-needed advice. She was also extremely friendly! They did not have my size in stock for what I needed, but I was able to get what it at another store since I knew what to look for. Thank you Alicia!

First time ever at this JC Penney location. I bought a pair of shorts that ended up being on clearance which was a nice surprise since they were not marked. I ended up going back and grabbing a couple more pairs. I didnt want to wait in line again just for a price check so I asked the lady at the jewelry counter if she would mind price checking them for me. Not only did she price check them, she also offered to ring me up! She was very friendly and polite!

Very nice people, in there department the employees knew there stuff. They really pushed the JCP credit card application thought.

My family and I used to buy everything from JCPenney, but we had a bad experience that will probably prevent us from returning. My dad and I went to go buy some summer dresses and we found a sales rack with several dresses that said that each dress would be $17.60. When we went to check out (we had decided to buy two dresses), the cashier told us that one dress was $17.60 and the other one was $40. We informed her that both dresses were on the sales rack, and they had to end up calling the manager down. She gave us an attitude and refused to match the dresses prices. We wont buy anything else from there. It wasnt about the prices, but more about the attitude that she gave us and how rude she was about it.

I usually have hit or miss experiences with salons. Most have been awful, which has made me pretty wary and feeling the need to do my own hair, whether it be coloring or cut.I have been here twice over the last few years and both experiences have been fantastic. I have nothing, but great things to say about them. I am one of those that wait until my hair is a mess before I go in. Neither time did I feel any disdain from the stylists over the poor condition of my hair and the expectations I had for them fixing MY mistakes.This past visit with Bailey was probably all in all the best cut and color I have ever had. I have very thick, coarse hair and lots of it. I also have naturally red auburn hair, but as with all red heads, the pigment in some strands now comes in white or platinum, so the new growth comes in making me look like I have a skunk stripe where my part is and all along my face.She knew exactly how to cut it and highlight it so all my concerns were taken care of. I now have gorgeous, envious, bouncy, manageable hair that no longer accents the lighter growth that comes in. I wont feel the need to color my roots every week to hide the new growth, it blends in and is now hidden.I highly recommend Bailey to anyone needing a new style or color, but especially to those with thick hair. Ive been to several stylists in the past that just did not understand how to work with it. Bailey worked wonders!

I was looking for dress shirts for my husband and I did not find his size or larger or smaller, I could not find shorts of your size either.

They bent over backwards to reduce my cost. They gave me an outstanding care plan. And they were extremely courteous. They took the time to work with me and I was very pleased in the end.

This is a decent JCPenney location. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. Some members of management are sticklers on coupons. I have ended up having to call the JCPenney hotline just to have the representative tell management to honor a coupon they refused to scan it interesting further.

Amazing selection of clothing and decor. I happened to go one a deals week which was great for kids clothing and clothing for my boyfriend. Clean store, every staff member was super friendly! Ill be coming here more often. Only bad thing was one of the girls fitting room locks was broken.

I wanted to purchase a swim suit today, but i could not find the one I wanted in the correct size. A lovely woman named Fatema helped me order the correct size and had it shipped directly to my house free of charge! 10/10 would ask for assistance again.

Went into our local JC Penny to find a new winter coat for my son. Their staff was super friendly and helpful though being super busy and what seemed to be under staffed. I would recommend this store for that notion alone but also including the great savings!

Great selection of dress clothes. But the mens clothing section is confusingly laid out.

The 3 stars is because I like the Sephora and the Disney section. They have more staff here than Macys. I just feel for the price they charge the facilities (registers are often not working, the doors waste heat because the seals are out, ...) could be better. I get that malls have it tough, but this place makes me sad.

Bra shopping ( cue dramatic music) ugh...bras on sale but way to many per rack! The hangers were a complex puzzle of plastic, straps and tags, what a mess! The whole lingerie department and dressing rooms looked like a tornado went thru! They can do better.

Had pictures taken at jcpenny portraits. Photographer was very efficient and had great customer service skills. The studio was very nice and clean. All an all it was a great experience getting our sons 1st birthday pictures taken there.

I’m in the beauty industry and I did an experiment to see how other companies welcome and help their guests. I was greeted almost immediately in Sephora, but not in the department store. Patricia at Sephora was very helpful, and even went to grab a tester lipstick that wasn’t on display. At the end of my visit, my cashier in the department store was very pleasant and helped me set up my “rewards”. I told her I didn’t need a bag, but she asked again before I left, which I appreciated greatly. Overall, great visit.

I like this shop very much, the only dissatisfaction is that they hang the smallest size clothes high. People who wear small size clothes are relatively short, so it is very difficult to pick them up, and I hope to improve them.

I just picked up a steamer basket for my instant pot on sale for $14.99.

So Ive always had a great experience especially since I worked here at penneys. But I decided to bring my husband here to get his hair cut knowing I always loved mine and honestly the stylist butchered my husband hair along with cutting it way shorter then we had asked for! 😡 She even tried spiking up the part where she had took a chunk of his hair out so we wouldnt notice as if we were dumb enough not to see. I am honestly glad I dont work here after having the experience we had!

I havent been to Penneys for years but I decided I would stop by there since I have been looking for a winter coat.This store is very nice and very clean but not like the Penneys I remember. It was a Friday afternoon and there was hardly no one in the store at all. Not very many associates at all to help if you would need it. They do have a hair salon in this store but I didnt go back that far, so I dont know how busy they were. There is also a Sephora inside this store. It was hoppin in there and there was 3 associates that ask me if I needed any help, which was very nice. There were 5 associates total within that store and very helpful. Overall I didnt find a coat, a very nice and clean store.

They seem to have a wide variety of shirts I like to wear to work (plain button down with a collar), but I had trouble finding them in my size (Small).It might have been worth my time to do online ordering, to make sure the store had my sizes in stock for me.
