My experience is mostly with the pick up order…The problem is not the fact they replace items or even the way they bag them… it’s the fact they replace some items that make no sense for instance, the picture below. We live in South Louisiana, you’d think everyone would know the difference between green onions and yellow onions and know it is drastic enough that substituting those two for each other is far from reasonable… but I digress. Just do better… now I paid for something I didn’t need because I already ordered yellow onions in this pickup…

I had the alligator appetizer the breading was absolutely as tasty as tasty can be and the tartar sauce dip was in a class all its own the service was absolutely impeccable this restaurant is truly competing for and appreciating their customers if youre on I-10 are your from the surrounding community and you want to stop in and get some really top quality food at a reasonable price prepared in a clean environment make yourself happy and stop on in

They had a great price on a great tire and got me fixed up in no time. This was a difficult decision coming here for tires because of bad past experiences but they came through for this time. Thank you

Its not the lack of knowledge of this place. Its like everywhere lack of workers. The ones that are there are dealing with angry people. We just left because we knew we couldnt get help with the line of people in front of us. I will go back Its where I buy my appliances.

To be fair most Walmarts are the same. This one is a little backwards though. Still I was able to find everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. To my surprise the lines were not even too long. For a guy who hates shopping it wasnt a bad experience.

There was half empty shelves, two check out lines open and no employees working. Everybody on lunch break? Whats going on with Walmart. It use to be fun going there!!!!

Clean .. fast ...friendly. The shelves were full and stocked the rider carts where available for the disabled and elderly. You go Wal-Mart!!

Unapologetic staff who likely gave my pickup order to someone else and had me waiting for nearly an hour as they brought my order to me little by little. Pretty sure they went shopping for my items and didn’t want to tell me they gave my order to someone else as they came to my car around 4 times with either the wrong items or part of the items I paid for. Called the store when I got home and a manager picks up the phone and greets me with, “hello.......” it would be really nice to answer a phone by completing that sentence with a “hello my name is ____ and I’m the_______(position held at store). How can I help you today?” To top it off I didn’t treatise it until I got home but they didn’t give me about her $20 of my order after all of that.

It was just normal shopping experience. I was able to get what I needed and checked out with out any drama.So for this reason alone I give them five stars.

The staff are very helpful and friendly although re-stocking items of my personal preference and I am sure other customers with similar likes seem to be a problem.Specialty, on shelf items are likely 50/50 chance of being out of stock making it an open source for debate on whether or not to shop here and receive everything you need under one store roof

Documented stop @ this location. Needed 2 count them one, two items. Blizzard alert...both items were on the shelf. In/out less than 20 minutes.

Beware that the safety of this store is extremely questionable. I witnessed and women being threatened by a male ( not in the same party) and not only did the employees not do ANYTHING BUT they say and laughed. I will not be coming back to this location as it is very mismanaged and if you have a crazy man not only verbally attack you with loud cussing words BUT the loser than raised hands and threats to hit her while employees just sat and laughed.

Went there to get school clothes for my kids and they hardly had anything. I understand throughout the year not having much but the beginning of school they should be stocked up.

Sucked, i had to hunt for parking space. Finally i had one, thats how busy they were. I had my items in buggy. When i went to check out and noticed the lines. Only had 2 cashiers working and then they had approximately 8 buggies in self check line. I will not wait in a line with 8 buggies in front. If i have got to wait like that, i will go elsewhere, i did.

Huge pothole filled with rainwater at the entrance to the handicap accessible ramp in the parking lot almost made my husband twist his ankle. I am recovering from a severe knee injury and this this not acceptable. I was walking next to him and could have been seriously injured if we had been walking in opposite spots.

I go with an agenda because I know the layout, what I want and where it is so my experience although brief is still a great shopping experience for those in the know of their Walmart layout can be and out in under 15 mins.

There was the longest line to check out in self checkout because it was time to close. Honestly they should open 1 or 2 regular checkouts to get everyone out quicker.

I would perhaps rate higher but until walmart goes back to 24 hour service they don’t deserve it. They must be losing so much money…wow

The shirts I cant stand first off they never have anime shirts and the shorts are tooo high and they dont even have BTS albums like what but it is good to get you phone cases and everything else but one they they dont have is an Motorola e5 play case and it is sad all u see is I phone and I cant stand it

My local Walmart is pretty good but the pinhook Walmart is much better. Their buggies need a serious upgrade due to squeaking and due to looking old and very used.

I ordered through online grocery pickup yesterday for an 8 - 9 PM pickup today. At 9:00, the order is still “delayed.” The app gives no option to cancel the order. I tried calling online grocery to cancel; no one answers. I wanted to leave a message, but the voice mailbox is full. I tried calling the main store number, and it is consistently busy. Really no customer service.

Clean store - friendly & helpful staff - only downside customers relocate some inventory.

Your basic Walmart. As always we wish they would open more lanes but it was still pretty quick.

Absolutely pathetic customer service.I attempted multiple times to call and speak with someone in a particular department. I was left on hold for about 20 minutes. They kept kicking me back to the call queue.I hung up and called back to speak with customer service. Told them the issue and asked that they please page someone to go to that department. I was put on hold for another 15 minutes before I finally just gave up.Thanks for reminding me why I stopped shopping at Walmart years ago.

It was okay I stood in line for at least 30 min to get a phone because their was only one person working electronics. Whats really funny is that the poor cashier was new she told he just started she asked for help but no one came. To the cashier that helped me get what I needed thank you. To the manager of the store. Shame on you.

I am hardly one to be mean but today. Oh today.... I went in to get two things. I found them but both were opened and spoiled. I mean yes this is WalMart but come on! everything else around it is fine and frankly there is too much of it. I cant bring myself to grief the employees. They suffer enough for minimum wage but Wal Mart. You as a company can do better. This is a big town not the ghetto. Fix yourself.

Once I arrived to pick up my grocery order I had to circle the parking lot 3 times to be able to park in the proper spot for grocery pickup. Once parked I noticed that there were 5 vehicles parked with NO ONE in the vehicles. I then called the number for pickup 5 times and continued to get a recording. My order has been ready since 2:30 pm and it is now 3:45. I called the store directly and asked to speak to a manager and employee would not connect me. She kept connecting me to grocery pickup where I had to continue to listen to the recording. This is the first and last time I come to this location on Ambassador Caffery

Found everything I needed they added a new deli meats section by the bakery and it’s very nice better then waiting in line for them to slice it. COVID guidelines are being followed everyone had a mask on I got a ton of groceries for a good price I did spill my blueberries all over self checkout and helped clean them up sorry guys !

I got my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and I had the best service with Ms. Effie she was just the sweetest woman and left me with no questions she explained everything as she did it would definitely go back to her!

There are not enough carts that actually work!! I think its sad because certain people really need them. They need to be fixed or replace ASAP!! You all will start losing a lot of business which in these times to me your wanting to make more money than less!! Something has to be done!! Ill simply go to one where I can actually ride a scooter!!

This Walmart is okay. They are definitely vigilant and watching for thieves. Pretty clean and sorta organized with restrooms available for patrons.

I shop here regularly, since they have just about any food item that I may want. They also carry other items that I buy on occasion. Their staff is friendly and helpful.

There was only 1 cashier at the registers with at least 10 or more people in line and she had her mask half way off her face. I dont understand what good this is doing to protect her customers or herself for that matter? And I handed her back 2 items that I decided I didnt want to buy and told her that I didnt want them she still asked me if I wanted them which I figured was for clarification from me which of course I said no but somehow she still managed to ring me up for anyways which luckily my son caught it and told her I didnt want it!

Had a hard time finding things since it was my first time there since the remodel.

Could be better. Seriously need to hire more cashiers. I remember a time when it was harder to find a register with no one working it. Otherwise its decent.

Walmart was not horrendous today, but now that was an excellent by any stretch of the imagination. Aisles were carefully kept, but staff members had their masks under their noses or around their chins as often as not. Add to that a checkout line that took every bit of 20 minutes to get three carts of customers out the door, and I was reminded very quickly why I dont often go there. Thank goodness we went on a Sunday morning.

I love the Walmart shop and pick up at the location of your choice. No need to leave your car or fight with the crowd. Walmart + is awesome to delivery straight to my front door.

Love this store. The only reason I gave 4 stars is they are now doing a lot of stock work during the day and pallets are being put in the aisles & you cant get by.
