I seem to always get the rude old lady and shes always asking to see my receipt but never the people in front or behind me with overflowing carts while I had literally 2 items. Took extra long to check 2 items. Ridiculous.

Love that I can get on and get out fast or take my time shopping and I dont feel judged.... I love Walmart

Pharmacy so helpful!! They really go above and beyond! And in the main store, the self checkouts and pickup have been so convenient. It really makes a big difference to not wait so long when theyre busy!

Walmart is always lacking in the customer service area. The employees need to be taught basic customer service skills and simple manners. They need to enforce using them also. It is frustrating when you see the employees standing around chatting when youre waiting for help and it happens almost every time Im in the store which is quite a bit.

DAKOTA IN THE ELECTRONICS CENTER IS SUCH A SUPER STAR!!! HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO CHECK THE BACK TO TRY AND FIND A TV I WAS LOOKING FOR THAT WASNT ON THE SALES FLOOR. RATHER THAN SAYING OH THIS IS ALL WE HAVE LIKE I USUALLY HERE FROM EMPLOYEES... HE SAID HE WAS HAPPY TO HELP AND WENT TO THE BACK AND CAME BACK 10 MINUTES LATER WITH IT!!!! WAY BETTER SERVICE THAN I HAVE EVER GOTTEN HERE!!!! THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!

One checkout opened ! Instead of getting self checkouts Wal-Mart should pay the customers for using this service in the 1st place.We want employees who are willingly to be polite to the customers & NOT throw their items in a bag ! Bad service

This Walmart has the worst customer service. From the smart remarks to the terrible secret shoppers. They need to remember that their customers come first and that they can keep their attitudes at the door

Their pharmacy is a joke!!! You go to the pick up obviously cause you don’t wanna go in sick or with your kids sick so you finally get through after they don’t answer 100 times in a row and then when they do and they said they’ll bring your medicine right out and then you wait another 30 minutes for them to bring it this is freaking ridiculous!!!!

Pharmacy is full of very helpful people.

I usually can find what I go there to get without having to ask an employee. They REALLY NEED to organize the pet food/pet care aisles better.

I lost my wallet here about with the hour ago. With the usual things you would find in a wallet was the balance of my house payment, in cashI returned to find that some wonderful customer had turned it in. I can still make my house payment! This I a very good Wal-Mart, this customer however, is a great person. Thank you so much and God bless you.

Antoinette in the bakery was prompt, courteous and cheerful and always adds a special helping hand, such as slicing the French bread just the way family members prefer. Megan was a helpful supervisor, and both gals made my visit quick, and effortless.

Went and asked the pharmacy tech for help finding a product in that department. She decided to look it up online and told me they didnt carry the product in store.. I walked away, but pulled out my phone and checked for myself.. Not only was the product sold in store, there were 4 other similar products available in store. Guess asking for help is just an inconvenience to their pharmacy people.. So I walked to customer service desk to ask about the location of these products, they tried telling me to go ask the pharmacy tech.. I ended up finding it on my own and went and showed the pharmacy tech it was available in store.. She wouldnt even apologize, just a dirty look..

Went looking for simple polo style shirts for work....mens clothing is like a treasure hunt, overall store is the most unkept Walmart Ive ever been in

Its a good place, only reason I didnt give it a five star rating is that the store layout is pretty confusing and occasionally the employee you ask might not know where something is but can find someone who does.

I do love the delivery but sometimes you have to check things out in person. Surprised by the shortage of goods...but not really. Still plenty to choose from.

OMG!!! I wont ever shop here again. I am disabled. There were No wheeled carts for me or three other ppl that needed these carts. Hardly anything I needed was available. The handicap stall was iffy. Although, there were toilet seat covers, the toilet seat it self looked like it its never been replaced in 20 years. I from downtown Lafayette & an decided to go to the East side for a change of pace. Cuz, I just moved here from NY. Well I will not be returning to the East ever again.

I always go to the deli and get great service. The ladies there are kind. Have had bad experiences at other grocery stores with the deli but every time I go here they give me exactly what I want, how I want it. Thank you.

Best Walmart in Lafayette, if you’re doing pickup your order is always ready before it’s even due and on hot days their staff will often offer you a drink. Friendly and prompt service and great produce selection.

Multiple times I’ve picked up orders and the produce has been bad, items are out of stock, or they don’t know how to substitute items. Or the items are actually there when I go in after picking up my order. I think it’s time to retrain or do a better training job of people in this department. I understand everyone maybe short staffed. I take that into account. That’s why I gave 3 stars instead of less. But those that are working need to think about when you’re shopping for someone else what quality of products should I be picking for them. Maybe why they aren’t pushing surveys anymore.

Everything you need as a primary life supply is there with reasonable price.

Walmart is great for college kids supplies. Clearly the entire economy of Lafayette and West Lafayette are fed by Purdue, so it makes me wonder how Walmarts in the two locations near campus would allow critical goods to be depleted. Surely after so many years in the area the sophisticated supply chain experts at Walmart would know how many Full XL and Twin XL sheet sets should be on stock for students??? Im starting to question just how intelligent the ordering and distribution works at this fine American institution.

I really like Walmart amish potato salad and amish macaroni salad. It always seems to taste the same everywhere. I had the worst tasting from this Walmart. I was really disappointed with it. Slow check out if you dont have a card.

Great place to shop where everything is available at reasonable prices coupled with excellent customer service in store and at checkout.

Bizarrely out of stock on a lot of items very frequently. For instance, they were fully stocked on regular cola but completely out of diet cola tonight. This sort of thing has been happening at this location a lot for quite some time now, where it doesnt happen at other locations Ive visited. If you visit this location, prepare to go away empty handed.

Looks like they need to do better at ordering inventory or rehire actually people so they have products. went in looking for a carpet cleaner and not only did they not have the one I was looking for they had none. Not all of us want to order online and so store pickup. I think Ill start going to Myers or Target. Might have to pay a bit more but maybe they will have what Im looking for.

Check your pickup order, had I not done so they would have ripped me off for over $30.00. Although they did try to give me some cheap garbage someone else had ordered.

Had a ladying working here refuse me service for being homeless, sharron. Then the csm melissa i beliece followed suit. Then when i finally talked to an assiant manager angel she said that she believe sharron, forcing me to walk to the speed way to buy my items. Looking at reviews it looks to be employee giving reviews to try to improve thier rating...

Great deals on sweat clothes. Great movies at discount rates friendly customer service... Hell even the bread vendor went in the back to look for bagels for us. The deliver to the car option works very well. I value the few offered here.

Unfortunately I had to wait a bit for someone to help me. I assumed that would be the case since I was purchasing a firearm, as not every associate is trained in selling firearms. Once help came there was actually a small crew that was very helpful. They cool down to earth and we all enjoyed cutting up a bit telling some jokes. The computer process was longer than other stores for a firearm purchase. Overall a good experience. Definitely will purchase future firearms from this Walmart if they have any left.

Things never seem to be in stock and the online ordering system doesnt show the correct quantity. I wish that product stocking was a little better managed, thats why I time to shop elsewhere today keep things organized and correctly stocked.

Lines move really fast so dont have a long check out time. Love the new hand held scanners in the express check out area also! Now big things like cases of water and other heavy things can be scanned in cart without picking it up and scanning it on register.

Walmart has a joke of a return policy! If you dont have a receipt they will give you your money back. But if you have a receipt and the product has never been open, but your receipt is over 90 days they wont refund your money. Lesson is over 90 days say you dont have a receipt.

My husband and I are frequent shoppers at Walmart, and they usually seem to have everything we are looking for. Although they could use a little help in their customer service. The cashiers have a tendency to be very rude to the customers...and we feel that if you cant be friendly with nthe customers the come through your line, then you shouldnt be working with the public.

The pharmacist was very informative about my meds. She was sweet and made me fill at ease.

Very fast service went in for a trim and she was done in about 2 minutes.

I received great help from the employee in OGP, Brayden LaGoy, he did a wonderful job loading my groceries and weezer record!

Disappointed that they dont informed the mask they havent from the beginning. I only do pick up. They lose alot of shopping from me. The girls that do the pick up are awesome very nice they desever a raise!!! And 5 stars..

Got everything I needed, except there Primo water dispenser machine needs a serious overhaul, it over 20 minutes to fill my 5 gallon jug with 4 gallons of water. However the cashier did only charge me for 4 gallons.
