Nice Strahan selection just not enough sizes

Its nice, but the air conditioner hasnt been on the past couple of times Ive been in there. Get ready to sweat while you shop. I dont know how the workers can stand it.

I purchased an item directly from this JCPenny store website. This item was reported as in stock. It was not ordered from a warehouse or another JCPenny. Today I received an email stating, You have such a great taste! Unfortunately, one or more items from your order are no longer available. We apologize for the inconvenience. These big box stores wonder why people always buying products from Amazon or other online companies. One reason might be besides rude employees, that employees who work at local stores are incompetent. If the product shows in stock then it should be in stock. But their employees either cant count or dont know how to do their job. Its not just JCPenny. The same thing happens at Lowes and Home Depot. I look online for a product and go to these stores and no one can put their hands on it. Its very frustrating. At least when I order online to be delivered to my home I get. Even if I have to wait for a couple days. At lest Im not running around in the heat and disrespectful and dangerous drivers to only discover its not in stock.

JcPenneys pretty much always has a damn good sale. Often their clothes are marked up to 80/90% ofd, especially at the end of seasons. Other than that expect to see 40-60% off. If you sign up for their emails, you will regular receive discounts or X amount of money off of X amount. They normally have similar coupons inn their circular ads. If you’re a JCP cardholder, you get even more money off of your purchases. As far as their register setups now, I’m half/half a fan of this. As they have done away with their upstairs customer service counter. So in the middle of the children’s section is returns, etc. Now where the original customer service counter is additional clearance . They definitely need more workers to maintain the store and man the registers, but this could be fault of management not hiring enough people, workers calling out, or something else. Lucky for them, their clearance in stores and online makes up for it for me, personally speaking.

Half the departments looked like a bomb went off, I couldnt find the department I needed and couldnt find Anyone to help me. Will not be back.

I was looking for a handbag and they had quite a few on sale. A very nice selection by the way. The only thing I didnt like was the way you had to check out. I realize cooperate America is cutting back but I miss the days of being able to go to that certain department, get what you want, pay for it and be on your way. The check line was very long and I felt like I was in grocery store rather than a department store.

Big sale supposedly! Not when you get to checkout. Too many mispriced items and so much confusion on what is discounted and what isnt. I wont be back any time soon.

Had an amazing shopping experience. Ive only had my hair cut by one person my entire life. I was nervous but Van made me feel completely comfortable. She kept asking questions. I didnt give her much to work with, just told her i wanted more shape to it, a little more life and she nailed it. By far the best haircut Ive ever had.

OMG! JCPenney!! Why must it take so long to check out at the front? I stood in line way too long. And, for the love of all thats righteous -please lower the heat in there!!! It makes shopping seem like a chore...in hell! Honestly, I couldve shopped for more but I couldnt concentrate on anything but survival. All I wanted was water! I hurried myself along. Positive note: women in bedding are courteous and friendly. Thank you!!

Honestly, terrible. I went earlier this evening to use my $10 off ten or more coupon, but my American Express debit wouldnt work. Its worked faithfully in the past at J.C. Penney and worked flawlessly later on at the neighboring Target store. I reached for my bag to retrieve my coupons where the associate has put them earlier and was further embarrassed when she told me I couldnt take the bra. I was speechless for a moment before I explained that I only wanted my coupons back. She gave me them and I beat a hasty retreat to the front door. Not only was I not able to purchase an item I really needed and wanted, but was humiliated to boot! JC Penney, I have seldom been so disappointed by a retailer before! Merry Christmas to you and thank you for making my holidays so pleasant (yes, Im being sarcastic)!Poor

Even on Thanksgiving day the lines werent to bad and I was mostly able to find what I was looking for at the store.

Temperature must be controlled by corperate. Its always hot which makes it hard to shop.

I had an elderly person in a wheelchair with me and the sells staff was very helpful with picking items out, carrying them around, and assisting with the departure of the store.

One of my favorite little stores to shop for children

I went to buy shoes. I couldnt find what I wanted. The department was not very organized. They were having a sale. Maybe thats the reason the sizes were all mixed up. To be fair, ove been to 9 other shoe stores and still no luck.
