Doghouse has nothing on this guy. He can even repair micro soldering joints... this goes beyond trouble shooting a part, pulling it off and replacing it (which is what 95% of computer repair shops do in the state).Besides having raw skill, he cares about doing a good job and doing things right.

If you want super friendly, quick, and quality service then you need to see Kenneth. My iPhone 6s had a shattered screen and he repaired it not only fast but he did a great job too. I wasnt able to find anywhere that could beat his price either. I also brought my Kindle Fire for him to repair because I thought the port was going out. He tested it to make sure it wasnt the charging cable I was using that was bad. Sure enough the kindle was fine and just needed a new cord. He didnt charge me anything even though he could have told me something else was wrong just to make more money. Kenneth is super nice and knowledgeable. Was very friendly knew exactly what my problem was and how to fix it for a reasonable price. i had brought it to somewhere else and all they could do was mess with the screen and display but this guy can take apart your phone and work on the motherboard; all the inside stuff that might be wrong with it other than a cracked screen. i had replaced the battery myself and he could even tell. would recomend if u have anything wrong im sure this guy would figure it out and fix it like new

This was my first time going to TechnoPro for my iPhone repair. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. I had a battery that needed changing and my port was not letting my phone charge when I plugged it in.The owner, Kenny, took care of me really quickly. He had the battery changed and the port cleaned in about 5-10 minutes, if not shorter, and his prices were extremely fair compared to some of the other iphone repair shops in Lafayette.There was also another guy there who needed his iPhone screen repaired, and he was extremely accommodating to him since that customer had been there before. I was very impressed by his customer service, how fast the repair took, the cleanliness of the store, and Kenny seems like a really great dude!If you have any type of technology repair, especially phones, Kenny offers fast and easy service. Guy was very unprofessional and rude. Made it seem like my buisness was not needed. When asked if he could just look at my item. Because the company that made my product would have taken over a week to repair my item. When I told him that. He then jumped to conclusions that I had some body else to look at it. Was basically pushing me out the door. Telling me to get out of here that I was trying to rush him. Ive had better service from the night crew at a slow McDonalds. Needless to say. If you want to get rudely spoken to and pushed out the door as if your items needing fix mean nothing. Then go check him out.

I was very nervous about having my brand new iphone 8 screen changed. I shattered the screen 1 day after I bought it. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. The service time for the repair in combination with the quality work, friendly owner and employee, are unbeatable! You really get what you pay for plus some! At this establishment, you get an owner who is honest and who has integrity. He definately could have had me pay alot more since I didnt know what was wrong with the iPad to begin with. Yesterday I was on my way to Baton Rouge (a 3 hour drive) to take my phone to the nearest Apple store in hopes they could fix it. It had been a week since my phone spazzed out & wouldn’t take my fingerprint or my password. I brought it to AT&T.., they couldn’t help, I called Apple... they couldn’t help, but told me I would be getting an automated call to reset my phone in a few days. That call never came, & I was hopeless. I had over 3,080 pictures & videos I was for sure would be wiped! But, on my way to Baton Rouge, my mom convinced me to stop by TechnoPros next door to her office, & see if he could help. I was greeted by the most beautiful dog, Finn, when I got there... he’s quite the welcoming committee!! I met Kenny, & explained my phone issue. It didn’t end up being a quick & easy fix. In fact, I was there for over 3 1/2 hours. But Kenny worked on it diligently. We had to call Apple, & after over an hour & a half on the phone with them, & speaking to supervisors... even APPLE themselves couldn’t figure it out. Eventually, the guy at Apple said he would have to get with some Apple engineers & figure this out, & would call me back on Monday. It looked like that was going to end up being my only option, but I was at least relieved that Kenny was able to even OPEN my phone. At this point, it was past closing time, but he asked if he could try one more thing, in a last ditch effort. His Hail Mary attempted paid off!! Little by little, alllll my apps started appearing!!! My pictures & videos were still gone, but he was confident that if I just waited (most likely a few more hours) they would come back as well & to let him know when they did... at this point even HE was invested! Lol Before I left, he set me up with a new screen protector, & that was it. He didn’t charge me a cent! After a couple of hours, I checked my phone again, & there they were over 3,080 pictures & videos all there!! Every single one!! He worked so long on my phone, & did what not even the supervisors at Apple could do!! I am highly impressed & even more appreciative!! It may be 2 hours away... but from now on, TechnoPros is the only place I’m going & intend on sending all friends & family there as well!! P.S. Apple.... WE’RE DONE!!
