I brought my grandsons i pad in for repair. I thought it would take about 3 to 5 days to repair. I received it back in 24 hours. I was so pleased with the service, the kindness and professionalism. Very terrible experience. Went in on Saturday and was given an estimate. Called Monday afternoon and it wasn’t fixed. They asked if they could be given another day. I gave two more days. When I called on Wednesday afternoon, not only wasn’t it fixed but was given the wrong estimate. Horrible business.

I took my iPhone in thinking it needed a battery, but it ended up it was just dirty. Most places charge you for walking in the door, however they did not charge me anything and that is why I take my business there. Excellent communication and awesome customer service.

I couldnt be more sad and disappointed right now. I spent $200 to have my apple watch screen repaired. I have a series 3 watch that previously I could swim with. I never had to be cautious about water before getting the screen repaired. I wore my watch for one hour after getting it repaired and it died. It wouldnt take a charge or turn on. I brought it back to the iPhone Lafayette, and after looking at it they called me to report that it had significant water damage. I asked them how I could swim with it prior to it being repaired and cant so much as wash my hands now and he told me he didnt know, that the watch isnt waterproof and that I should have been more cautious. He didnt offer me any solutions, he just told me that it wasnt under warranty and that theres nothing they can do.

This was one of the BEST Customer Service experiences that I have ever had. I cracked my screen and it was repaired in less than an hour. I own a iPhone 6s and the cost of my repair was less than the insurance on the phone. Great service!

Went in with a few issues and they were able to fix the issues promptly, efficiently, and the customer service was great. The pricing was very fair, I was quiet impressed. I can say without hesitation I will stop there first for all my technical needs for repairs.

Do not trust them with your phone if you want it fixed. Also if you drop something off to get it cleaned they “own it” after 30 days. Terrible business.

Horrible Service! Brought in our Iphone to get the screen fixed, my father was persuaded in to getting a new battery as well, they stated the other battery was old and needed to be replaced. So my dad did as they said. Picked up the Iphone and since then it has not held a charge...just shows 1% all the time. We brought it back in and they said it was not the battery (which worked fine before we changed it to their new one). That is was an internal issue, which would be an extra $160. We never had this issue before we brought it into this place...they also tried to tell us that if we used a charger other than either the charger that came with it, or a charger from their store that it most likely would have short circuited. Nonsense, you mean to tell me all the other people that buy chargers from such places as Best Buy and Walmart stand a chance of having their phone short circuit because it is a different charger. I will NEVER bring any phone here again. Now we are out $140 for screen and new battery and and NOW DEAD PHONE! I will warn everyone about this place!

I was told by another business that I needed a new iPhone glass cover but when I went into iPhone repairs on Kaliste Saloom The representative pulled the tent off where I thought it was cracked and replaced it for a little over $10. Upfront and honest I would highly recommend anyone to go there for any iPhone repairs

The digitizer went out on my iPhone 6, because I stepped on it, and I needed to get it replaced quickly, but driving all the way to Baton Rouge was out of the question. I called iPhone Lafayette in the morning and left a message, which they quickly returned my call. They have the best price for a screen replacement in town and it even comes with a 90 day warranty, where other stores provide none. The customer service was great and when I asked about the price of a charging dock replacement, they informed me that it may just need to be cleaned. Jonathan took a look and gave it a clean, good as new. Thank you again for your help and will be going back for any future repairs.

Sandra told me Wednesday the 22nd that she would buy my iPhone XR on Facebook Messenger and when i called the store this morning she tried telling me she didn’t say she was gonna buy it, that she was gonna look at it and tell me what she thinks about paying me for my phone. i wouldn’t recommend this place. she was very rude and ugly to me on the phone. i wouldn’t even recommend the 1 star but oh well. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I brought my iPad in on a Friday. I was happy to hear they would be able to repair it. I am waiting on it as of today but I am basing this review on how friendly the person working on 11/25/16 and informed me in advance that there were many more and it would take some time. I cannot wait to see the results. Go out and see them and they have a great deal now if you post a review.

Brought 3 brand new iPads in to be cleaned. When I returned 30 plus days later they gave me back 2 iPads saying that the third one was used for parts to fix someone elses iPad because I had left the iPads in their custody for over 30 days (after 30 days they own the property). Poor business, terrible communication and extremely disappointing.

These guys are the absolute best and best priced phone repair service in the area by far. I went to four other stores and they were the only ones who could fix my phones same day at half the cost than any competitors. Jojo, the shop pooch is an added bonus. You know, some buttons of my iPhone wasnt working & some of them was working after several press. So I went to iPhone Lafayette to fix the issue. They fixed my issue replacing the keypad in an hour with cheapest price. I liked their service very much indeed.

Told me you just have to change battery, sensor and screen then charged be $208 then when i went to pick up my phone they are telling me my mother board is loose and touch does not work properly. I didnt spent 200 bucks to throw in the home. Come on man!!!! you should have told me that!!!!! This was my regular place but i am not going any more....

Theyve had my ipad since March (but they claim I brougth it in April-I paid for it in April after they had it for 3 weeks). Brought it home and the $150 I paid to repair it doesnt work so I brought it back the next morning. Its still there and they apparently sent it off to someone else with out getting my permission. I went over there and no one will tell me the company it was sent off to. I called and they told me it takes up to 8 months to repair and its common-basically, theyve had my ipad for almost 5 months and give me the runaround when I call to ask where it is, when it will be ready and what exactly are they replacing....I would never refer them to anyone. Better Business Bureau is next on my list to call

I have been going to Iphone Lafayette for years for screen and phone repair.I have always found their prices to be way below other repair shops.I was visiting a couple of weeks ago and went in for a new Iphone case andended up getting an Ipad for $250. Thats less than Ipad minis cost, so I was pretty stoked.Plus if you find a better repair deal elsewhere they will match the price and give you $10 off a case,so its always my first stop.Great repair service. Theyve been around way longer than all of these shops that are popping up so I feel like theyve seen more and actually understand what theyre working with.

You know, My iPhones screen broken & there was no other way except replacing it. In order to replace my iPhones screen I went to iPhone Lafayette. They replaced the broken screen within an hour. I wondered, it was looking even better after they fix it.

Terrible experience all i needed was a home flex cable for my ipad and they wanted to overcharge for a 5 dollar fix for 85. Prices are bad and customer service on the phone was bad. And then on top of they have the nerve to tell me to go on ebay to get a part. I would not recommend these people to anybody their crooks.
