I had a great experience here. Shannon Bridwell worked hard ordering samples and matching prices for me. He then really went above and beyond contacting his Shaw rep to allow me to return unused cartons of wood flooring from a special order.

Great service from start to finish. Diana took care of our design needs, Brock gave us great advice for installing our new carpet and the install team of Trevor and Josh did an amazing job of getting it put in. They take great pride in their work and it shows. I will definitely be using Flooring Express for our future projects.

There is nothing express about flooring express. We went in and stressed that we where in a rush to get work done. They said that a ~2 week lead time was realistic. It took 4 days to get a call to schedule a quote 5 days later (we are now at 9). A quote was sent to us with the subject line: FW: Scan from a Xerox WorkCentre, which went to spam. No call. After waiting 5 days we went to the store and the guy told us he had sent the quote days ago. I was expecting a call and a proper subject line given that this will cost hundreds of dollars. We put in our deposit. After waiting another 5 days and no call to schedule a floor installation we decided to call it quits and do the install ourselves. IN CONCLUSION, 3 WEEKS TO PUT IN AN ORDER ON AN IN STOCK VINYL FLOOR AND NO INSTALLATION DATE OR FINALITY EVEN DEFINED. A more fitting name is Kafkas floor!

Great prices and hardwood selection. Kathy was extremely helpful and patient with me through the whole selection process. I ended up getting the Versini Virgilio installed using the glued down method. I am totally satisfied with my new flooring. The installers were excellent and courteous. Overall, i felt that Kathy and everyone helped ensure that i had the best buying excellence possible.

From start to finish, Dave Walker was very helpful with guiding us through the process. He never pushed too hard, but made sure we werent left with any unanswered questions. The prices at Flooring Express were excellent and the variety of options was outstanding. We were able to find just what we were looking for, and within our price range, with Daves help. Even the carpet installers were friendly and hardworking. If we have any other flooring purchases, Flooring Express will be the first place we go.

I had a great experience at Flooring Express. From the time I brought my carpet sample into the store, Bob knew exactly what I needed and was able to process the order that day! The installers promptly came at 10, neatly took up the old carpet, installed the carpeting in two rooms and completed the work by early afternoon. This was a very efficient process and the company has definitely lived up to its name---Flooring Express!!!!

Started my insurance flood claim in Sept. 2018. As of Saturday March 1, 2019. Two really nice men finally came to my home, layed the carpet and linoleum very nicely and quickly. Nice job guys.
