Weve used Hunter Floor twice now for carpet installation and were happy with both experiences. David was great to work with and made multiple visits to our house to check and recheck things to ensure success. I will say that we had different crews perform installations for the two times weve used them. The first one went well, but there was one issue with a seam; two pieces with a pattern were off just a tiny bit. We ended up just living with this because it was hidden by our bed. The second install that we just had done was done by a different crew and they were awesome. I would say Hunter is probably more expensive than big box stores, but Im willing to pay extra to work with local businesses as I find I get better service and followup. If youre looking for something cheap and arent concerned with dependable service and follow up, then this may not be the place for you. For us, weve been very happy.

We met with David a few times and he was fantastic! He came out to give us a quote on time and was incredibly professional. His quote came back right in line with another professional place we got a quote from.

Honestly, this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! Hunter Flooring’s knowledgeable staff and large variety of samples in their showroom made it easy for me to select PRYZM rigid core hybrid flooring for my basement rec room. I realized my concrete basement floor wasn’t level after my contractor installed the PRYZM flooring on top of it. Every step made the planks bend and flex. I couldn’t reach a satisfactory solution with my contractor, so I reached out to Hunter Floor for help. They thoroughly provided different options and presented recommendations. Their responsiveness and communication was excellent.They went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the end result, and they didn’t stop until I was. When the first solution of filling in the expansion joints and skim coating the low sections of the floor didn’t completely work, they didn’t stop there – they offered an alternative option of grinding down the high points and applying self-leveling liquid which ended up making my basement floor perfectly level. Their team educated me on the flooring spec requirements to keep the warranty valid, and made personal visits to my home to verify the work done.I praise this team for honoring their commitment and not stopping until I was completely satisfied. The end result is phenomenal!

David is great to work with. He personally measured my windows and made everything incredibly easy and stress free. I didnt have to worry about anything and the window treatments look fantastic. Now Im putting in new carpet. I highly recommend Hunter Flooring and Windows.

When we updated a home we just purchased we wanted to completely overhaul the interior in two weeks. That included new carpet, new tile, new linoleum, new wood blinds, and new honeycomb shades. That kind of unparalleled customer service was also demonstrated when David Hunter searched to find a working remote control for a Hunter Douglas shade we had from the previous owners. Hunter Flooring installed wood tread on our stairs project. From recommendations to installation the project went smoothly. The stain matches the main floor (which was done at a different time) perfectly. Love the finished project!

I would give Hunter 10 stars if I could - and Id never even heard of them a month ago! We had a very stressful episode in our kitchen with water damage to our hardwood floor. At the suggestion of our dry-out team, I gave Hunter a call. Kevin picked up the phone and he immediately understood our situation and went to work for us to fix our problem in what everyone else was telling me was an impossible timeframe. Kevin went above and beyond, coming out to the house to give me a bid right away, getting the floor refinishers - everyone was kind, honest, helpful and professional every step of the way. My floors look better than new!! I look forward to using their services again & would also refer them to any friend! Thank you so much!!

We went into the showroom to schedule an estimate for new carpet, and we werent even remotely acknowledged in the 10 minutes that we waited. Even a hello would have counted. Guess they dont want additional business.

Estimates are over inflated. A lot more options out there for half the price for the same products. Management was unresponsive, I could never get a call back. Do your proper due diligence before making a purchase. I would not recommend.
