I had a great experience with Carpetland USA of Lafayette IN. Starting with Gabe, who was very friendly, and super helpful! He kept me on budget and made some great recommendations! Cataoino showed up for installation with another laborer right on time, and was very respectful and friendly! They did a wonderful job installing the carpet, especially with the seaming! Everything was cleaned up and looking beautiful! They also ripped up all the old carpet and hauled it away! Great job guys!!!! Thank you

Worse experience ever. I would never ever recommend this place to anybody. In future I would go to menards but Carpetland. Last year we got our carpet installed from them. Gabe was extremely nice through out though. He should find new job rather getting bad name at this place.Anyways, person who measured our room, measured it short to begin with. Installation was a nightmare. Within 2 weeks it started ripping off. Installation guy came back and stretched it to no help. We complained about it numerous times. They never denied to fix it but nobody ever showed up in spite of 10-15 reminders. When we got these carpets, we were expecting our newborn and now our baby is 13 months old( if that tells you something), he is all over the place. This morning, our baby got hold of some of the threads and almost choked himself. I am so happy I was around and I took 4-5 threads out of his mouth. Very scary experience. My husband went to see them, Again Gabe was there, he was very embarrassed that job has not been taken care of yet. I had my husband put me on speaker, I literally yelled at Gabe( poor guy, though we like him). This was a final straw. If they do not take care of our carpet as they said and nobody shows up. We plan on taking them to consumers court.I have read other reviews here too and looks like nobody is happy with installation. So it wouldn’t be hard to prove our point. I hope it doesn’t escalate to that and they get the job done.

I paid them for carpet .they promise to install it Nov 8Th. They called me on the 7Th to switch the day to the 9Th at 8am. I drove 3 hours to meet with them for installation. They never show up. He said they couldnt get a hold of the installer .I asked to get my money back. Very poor service.its been over a week since I asked him to refund my money .He said he did . But I never got it .Overall its very unprofessional business .

We used this company for a large commercial remodel. After looses trust in their salesman, due to being caught in inaccuracies. I was convinced to go with this company. I wish we had not. They were unable to make their crews stay on schedule. The crews admitted to having never done the custom work we were requesting. Finally after job is completed we are still having quality problems after nearly 6 months. The carpet is coming up, the tiles are not straight, and they are cracking...Overall, not recommended to use this company.

Neil in the office was great to deal with, but thats where the positive ends... The install was unbelievably bad. Some kind of blue glue all over walls. There is a clear glue all over the linoleum and tracked from foot steps everywhere. They left their trash. Broke numerous pieces of trim. Carpet was hanging out from under the transition piece onto the linoleum. Dented the wall. There were staples hanging out of the trim after they reinstalled it. Scuffed the walls in numerous places. Scuffed two doors. Turned my heat up 10 degrees and left it up. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Very impressed and satisfied with the sales and installation team. Neal Dabrowski and Scott Howard exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend working with them on your next flooring project.

If I could give a 0 I would.. long story short, horrible job, turned over to BBB, went to arbitration, ruled in our favor and got 30% of our money back. I would not recommend this place to my enemy!!!

I visited Carpetland several times, they always have great service and allow me to take samples home so I can see them in my own lighting. Kevin, the manager is always so great to work with!

Service was great, install was the worst ever. Broke trim, put holes in the walls, left glue on the wall, it goes on and on! Not happy!!!!😡😡😡😡

I rarely write reviews unless I feel strongly about something.The carpet is quality, but the installers and customer service were awful.Installers tore up carpet that we did not ask them to take up and used the our reserve for a different area in the house that we were going to install at a later time. What should have taken a day to install, took four days. The installers had excuse after excuse as to why they couldnt come in, or when they had to leave early. When we called Carpetland to let them know what was happening, they were very rude. They did not replace our reserve carpet, and now they are sold out of that color forever.They did not offer any other options and seemed bothered that I asked for the name of the carpet we used. Again, rude on the phone when I called this morning. Just be aware that they may be nice to you when youre shopping, but will give you a different attitude if you call about any problems.

I have talked to Tom & Steve, they are both good guys.
