My experience was positive with floor trader Lucas was my salesman he was very knowledgeable helpful and stayed on top of scheduling and checking on my order. I ordered porcelain tile after waiting 6 to 8 weeks for my flooring to come in I had initially planned on using Brock Lavergne he seemed to never have the time to install my floors and after waiting over a month I decided to go with another installer that Lucas recommended. His name is Cody Alexander . I would rate his work scheduling demeanor attention to detail outstanding. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely use Cody he is the man.

This is a great place for all flooring! So many selections to chose from and at a great price. They even set up the installers for you if needed! Our sales rep was Amber Stafford and she was so knowledgeable and made great suggestions about colors and blending! I chose tile for a large area and it was beautiful. It was so easy, I am now working with Amber on flooring for a bedroom. Great product and it is a pleasure dealing with Amber.

Great experience at the store while shopping, store has a very good selection on display and sales staff were knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Installer they recommended (Cody Alexander) did an excellent job with both install and clean up after they finished. Would highly recommend Floor Trader and Cody Alexander.

Went to look for new flooring for my living area. This was the first placed we stopped and my husband and I really liked one particular wood flooring and they had it in stock. Lucas was very nice, friendly and worked us up a great price. We looked at several other location in the area and only one place had one flooring that we liked and they had in stock. After much back and fort we decided to go with Floor Traderd. When we returned Lucas worked us an even better deal then at first and had us loaded and on our way in no time. Very happy with our choice and the price, cant wait to see it installed next week. I know it will look beautiful. Thanks Lucas for all you help and helpful information.

I will start off by saying I am not a customer myself but was accompanying a relative of mine as they were looking at flooring options.While there I witnessed 2 female employees giving ugly looks at customers and it was obvious they were making cruel comments and laughing together at the customers expense. They were extremely rude and just down right mean.I feel no one should ever feel they have the right to judge anyone much less openly harrass someone

The flooring and bathroom selections are great. It is very easy to color coordinate the patterns.

This place is called Floor Traders now.The following is what kind of ordeal you will go through if you use the installers Floor Traders recommends. it was so bad, we even threw away the free pen they gave us.The day they came to measure the area to be tiled, we asked specifically and we were assured we were their only job, they did one job at a time. We asked them if they would mind if we took pictures of the demo and ensuing progress, and they said they did not.We were also told they would arrive at 9:00 a.m. and work 8 hrs. per day.THEY FLAT OUT LIED !!!!!!Day 1 they showed up 2 hours and 35 minutes late - 11:35 a.m. and didnt bother to call until 10:00 a.m.Then they went to lunch from from 1:35 to 3:00 p.m. and quit at 5:00 p.m.It seems to me there could have been more accoplished if they had arrived when they said they would and stayed as long as they said they would.Day 2,they didnt arrive until 12:10.( or even call ). At 5:00 they were packed and ready to go. Chad said they would arrive next day before noon.Day 3 they arrived at 12:05 and left at 5:15 P.M., this means they had their tools and everything picked up and stored around 5:10 P.M..Day 4, no call, nothing til the doorbell rang at 1:33 p.m. Worked as far as they could go because the saw pump broke, or so they say, and they were gone by 5:20 P.M. The master bathroom was tiled.Day 5, yes, 516 square feet has taken this long, and no wonder when at the end of day 4, we were assured that the job would be finished by Sunday.However, again, no call no show up AT ALL................. ALL DAY AND NO ONE SHOWED UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Day 5 wasted.Day 6 they arrived at 11:30 and left at 2:15 and returned at 3:00 and packed up and left for the day at 7:00. The master bath is still not grouted and its small.Day 7 arrived 10:30 and finished at 2:10.Total time spent on job :29 hrs. 20 min.Days : 7I realize tile adhesive needs to dry, but right after stripping the floor they could have started laying tile. Thay could have finished much earlier if they had worked the 8 hours a day chad had first promised. And if they had started on the kitchen and laundry first as I asked, we could have returned to a much more normal life sooner, and not had the washer / dryer and fridge in the dining room for a week !!What Chad and Connie fail to realize or choose to ignore is that they should get in and out as quickly as possible. We had no water to cook or do laundry the whole time not to mention the 2 nights in a hotel because we had no toilet working. C & C seem to think it is their time to waste if they wish to and dont seem to care about the people who trusted them and let them into their home.And as for the pictures, well one of them stole our camera the first day, so no pics, no memories, but BAD ONES.DO NOT HIRE C & C FLOORING INSTALLATION ( CHAD AND CONNIE ) UNLESS YOU WANT HORROR !!!!!!!!DO NOT HIRE C & C FLOORING INSTALLATION ( CHAD AND CONNIE ) UNLESS YOU WANT HORROR !!!!!!!!
