Irwin reminded me I had three free oil changes since purchasing my Lexus this summer. I made an appointment and they took me right in to do that and my inspection which, although a little early, was convenient. They are all friendly, helpful and gracious. I reply do like going there. They get three thumbs up from me!

I Could not find a used truck for my fleet of construction and snow removal vehicles here in NJ. I found Irwin Automotive Group on FB and made contact. I recieved an email from Louisa Bergeron shortly after asking if I needed any further assistance. We then spoke on the phone she was extremely professional and offered to go outside and inspect the truck and send photos and videos of the truck. She text them to within an hour showing every detail and imperfection. This was impressive as I contacted several dealers in the Northeast and none could manage to send me videos of the motor running. I decided to make the purchase and Louisa set me up with Zachary Land in sales. Zach and I spoke on the phone and he set up the deal. He even offered assistance with logistics for my arrival from NJ. The trucks condition was exactly how advertised and not overpriced like everywhere else. Zach even sent me to a great lunch spot to visit while in NH! I would definitely recommend this dealer.

This was my first time buying a car and it was a somewhat difficult experience for me because almost all of the cars that I was interested in had already sold. Despite this, Acadia Laraway continued to help me find the perfect car and answered all of my questions with more than just a one word answer. We had a very good experience at this dealership. Well, as good as one can expect from any car dealership. It helps that the price was reasonable to begin with and we didnt haggle. We did spend most of the day waiting for the financing and the car to be cleaned. We also asked for some new fasteners to reattach the trunk liner that someone carelessly ripped out at one point. We were told they were In the mail, but that never happened. I guess I wasnt expecting them to deliver on that promise. In the end we got a good deal and we dont have to do anymore dreaded car shopping...Rudy Dion was very pleasant to deal with.

He was very upfront, willing to answer all my questions and was able to put to rest any concerns I may have on the vehicle. I can tell you they care more about giving you a reliable vehicle than they do about making a sale. They undervalue the car so you’re getting a fair price. This company isn’t trying to make a quick buck. They had my vehicle ready to go all new fluids, made sure wit had a new frame before I came up, made sure it was ready to go inspection wise before I came up, gave me a tank of gas. I would highly recommend this dealership. Needless to say I am very happy with my truck. I’m happy with the service. I am happy with how I was treated.

I came in at the end of April feeling very hopeful about my future and looking for my first car. Seamus McNally helped me with my search in finding the car that worked for me best which was a 2014 Mazda6. Customer service is terrible. I sent an email stating that I was interested in one of their vehicles. I got an email back and a phone call from their internet sales manager within 10 minutes. She set up an appointment for me to look at the car within a couple days. I drove an hour and a half to the dealership only to be told that the car had already sold. I didn’t receive an email or a phone call prior to my appointment. Would’ve been nice to know that they had sold the car regardless of an appointment and I wouldn’t have had to waste an entire trip to look at a car they had already sold.

Seller beware! If you are selling your car online, Chris Irwin may reach out to you. He will offer you same day cash for your vehicle, you will ask him if he can handle the payoff and he will say yes. Then, a second person, the used car manager for the dealership will message you on Facebook with a profile that has absolutely no information. Sketchy point #1. He will tell you that two gentlemen will come to your house and youll sign papers, theyll take your car and pay it off the same day, then once the title is received, theyll pay you the difference between your loan and their offer. Sketchy point #2. Places like CarMax and Carvana can pay the difference right away, dont know why its an issue for them. I would think it would take a long time for you to get your money this way, beware. Then I go back to Chris and ask why the story changed. He says that is the way it always is for cars with loans, knowing full well I have a loan on the car. I then asked if I could pay the car off myself and he said yes. I asked when their offer was good through, and he said as soon as you can do it. Sketchy point #3. Thats not binding at all. So, when convenient for the dealership, they want to hold your car and pay you after. But they also wont commit an offer to you in writing so that they can alter the terms later after youve fronted all this cash. With this small interaction I would advise anyone to steer clear of this place -- I can only imagine what other sketchy things they are doing everyday.

After such a bad experience with a sub -par, supposedly expert tire shop that lead to a major braking issue and safety concerns for my family The Irwins Team really did me right and I know that I am driving a Toyota that has been serviced properly and that I can count on the safety of my truck now thanks to the great work by James Blood and the coordination of Bob Abbot. My lesson learned was, by saving money at the discount tire facility I spent literally twice as much as I would have if I had Team Irwin take care of me in the first place. My wife and I were pleased with the efficiency of our visit. We traveled 2 hours to look at a used 4Runner. Great price, great vehicle, but we expected we’d have to come back. Wish I could give less stars. My sister went there over the weekend to look at getting into a new bronco. It wasnt the fact that they were unable to get her into the vehicle at a payment she was comfortable with, it was that the sales guy literally laughed in her face when she said where she wanted to be. Extremely unprofessional. They also tried telling her that her credit wasnt good, when she knew for a fact it was. The place left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. I will never return to irwin and will advise anyone I know to stay clear of them as well.

Having gone through private parties in the past, purchasing a vehicle from a dealer was a first for me. Mike Officer was very helpful in explaining the process and answering any questions I had.I ended up purchasing a different vehicle (Forester) than I had originally planned but I was in and out, with papers signed, in a relatively short time. Coming from out of state I also appreciated that he was prepared and on time for both my initial appointment and the follow-up appointment to pick up my vehicle. Overall, a very good experience.On a side note, having a car rental agency next door is very convenient for those coming in from several hours away.

Had questionable service while under warranty.After warranty expired the quality of service dropped of considerably.Last time, I brought my vehicle in 4 times after buying new tires and they still couldn’t figure out a front end vibration that appeared.Brought truck elsewhere and worn parts we’re found in short order.With 120,000 miles I asked twice if the techs had looked at the front end for worn parts and twice I was told yes.You would think that they would put more effort into retaining me as a customer after the warranty ran out.There’s a saying, salesman sells the first vehicle, service department keeps the customer coming back. 🤷‍♂️
