We have had two collision damaged vehicles repaired here. The first was a 2006 Prius, hit from behind by an impaired driver in an SUV. The rear was severely damaged and repaired by Cantin. We drove it for six more years before selling it. The folks who bought it are still driving it!Our 2018 Camry was backed into by a large pickup, damaging the trunk and rear fenders.. Cantins body shop did a great job on my 2021 Denali taking it from white to Champaign the color I desired matching it from a previous truck color with their state of the art computer matching technology.They stripped the truck down piece by piece making it a factory paint job. Their attention to detail is amazing. Our 2014 Toyota Avalon was damaged when we unfortunately hit a deer. on Mayhew Turnpike. The entire right front side of the vehicle and much of the right side was damaged. Our insurance company recommended Cantin and we could not be more pleased with their professionalism, timeliness, and superb work. Brendan, the Collision Center Manager, kept us fully informed with daily calls and, understanding our need to travel at the weekend, had the car finished ahead of schedule. Lori, the Office Manager, made the whole process of dealing with our insurance company seamless ... and even took our rental car to return it to Enterprise! The car looks amazing! I can not recommend them highly enough ... and if circumstances ever require we will definitely use them again!

We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and professionalism we received at Canton Collision and Paint Center.From the very beginning Chris L. was so kind and helpful guiding me threw the repair process of my BMW 535i GT bumper (after a deer collision), trunk (from a previous accident w/my garage), and two door dings. No luck I know....They quoted me a 2 week repair time and had it done in less than a week. Amazing. Work was impeccable and even the receptionist was beyond kind and was able to get me in and out without a delay. Thank you!Most of all the collision manager Brendan was so funny, sweet, and a true keeper. He handled my repair from start to finish with exceptional professionalism and with such a friendly personality. Really put me at ease that my car was is wonderful hands. I brought my car to Cantin Collision Center after another driver smashed into my car, causing extensive damage. My experience at Cantin was nothing but positive and was, in fact, the easiest part of the entire accident process. The car looked even better than when I dropped it off for some body work the day before. They even cleaned the inside windshield and vacuumed the floor of the car. They didnt have to do that part but they did. Very professional and good level of service

There is no finer auto body repair and collision center in New Hampshire in the Concord area and west and north to the Vermont and Canadian borders! We have been dealing with the incomparable Brendan and his staff for eleven years during which time they practically rebuilt a Subaru Outback and just recently repaired serious damage to the back of a brand new Subaru Forester that had been rear ended at a complete stop by an SUV traveling at over 50 mph. In between they repaired damage to an Audi cabriolet and two more late model Subaru Foresters. Their work is impeccable, their estimators Steve and Chris always greet the customer with with a smile and a reassurance that all vehicle repairs will be made whole in a reasonable time that often turns out to beat expectations! Lori who is the service advisor at the collision center front desk keeps everything moving along and makes reservations for a rental or loner vehicle seamless. We are customer service oriented, fussy, and difficult to please, but there has never been a time when weve had any complaint here!

I had collision repairs done with this facility As they were recommended by my insurance company. At first work seemed to be well done except I had to go back because they didn’t install a directional bulb. A couple years down the road the poor quality of workmanship has begun to appear. Rust appeared where they had painted and when I had dim headlights addressed it turned out that they installed headlights that had broken adjusters. Unfortunately They refused to stand behind their work. The manager instead made excuses and Said that someone else must’ve done it. Very Disappointing.

I have been using these folks for over 20 years, here in the lakes region we slip and slide in the winter so naturally we will need these folks. We have been dealing with auto body shops for over 50 years in five different locations spanning four widely diverse regions of the country, and there is none finer than the Cantin Collision Center with whom we have been dealing for eight years.Brendan, the manager; Steve; Chris; and Laurie will take the pain out of whatever encounter of the wrong kind brings you and your motor vehicle to Cantins. They have delivered five vehicles to us looking brand new after expert attention following all sorts of mishaps, one of which was quite serious.Brendan and Alan, an auto body specialist for more than 30 years, recently decided an insurance claim was not needed, Alan repaired the damage while we waited, and both Brendan and Alan were very vocal in declining monetary consideration. This type of honesty is very rare in American business today at the consumer level and illustrates how refreshing it is to do business with the Cantin Collision Center!

I highly recommend Cantin Collision from my first phone call with Laurie until my last walk around with Brendan I felt well taken care of. My daughter brought the car in for the estimate as it was her accident & car. Brendan made her feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process even though she was extremely nervous! I hope I dont need the services of Cantin Collision Center again but if so I am so glad they are close to home!

I was in a very bad accident during a blizzard and my car chevy Tahoe was brought to the body shop. Brandon was my point guy, he was very pleasant to speak to and always went above and beyond, fully answered my questions, made me very comfortable. I would highly recommend this collision center and I don’t say that lightly. Let me explain what terrible customer service is first. Over the past couple months I find it fair to say I have had some bad luck. In early November 2018 someone rear-ended me causing almost $13,000 worth of damage and I decided to have my car repaired at Banks Collision Center in Concord as I have had work done there in years past. Not only did the entire process take over a month and a half from start to finish, but there was also zero communication about anything. No one ever called me to explain betterment’s that were being put on my car without my consent, no one ever called me to tell me if additional supplements were going to be needed to fix my car etc. After needing to call almost 4 times a week I was told by the front desk assistant that my “frequent calls are slowing down the process” which makes zero sense. Every time I called there was always something new and no one seemed to have a single idea what was going on with my car. In the end my car was totaled. Yes, I was in a rental for almost two months just for them to tell me it’s totalled. So I bought a new car and in early February 2019 someone side swiped me and took off my entire front end resulting in about $7000 worth of damage. This time I brought my car to Cantin Collision in Laconia and this is where I will explain what great customer service is. Not only was Laurie at the front desk extremely pleasent to deal with but Brendan was also extremely pleasent and very informative. From start to finish the process was only about 3 weeks which made me extremely happy. I didn’t have to personally call once because I was getting consistent updates from Brendan about my car, the rental I was in being covered as well as when the adjuster was coming to check out my car and so on and so forth. They treated me with the utmost respect in every interaction I had with them, and I can’t say the same for Banks. Brendan ensured that everything would look just as it did when I drove off the lot the first day I got my car and he was right. Not only does the paint match EXACTLY but the body work looks amazing. I was so worried about the headlights and bumper not fitting right again but it looks top notch. So, if you’re in need of body work, paint work, tires, an alignment or any other auto need and want to be treated with respect and experience amazing customer service then go to Cantin’s. I can’t say that you’ll be disappointed.
