This Autozone is very helpful when I did not find the parts that I was looking for they called the nearest branch so I can just pick up the mask air hose that I need to fix my van. Staffs are really accommodating and the price is comparable to Walmart.

I needed help with my tail lights and Andres Meza was so very helpful. He installed both in record time. Very professional. I hated i could not give him a tip. But his service was beyond superb!!!!!! Thank you

They help out with most things when they get a chance. Cant go inside your vehicles all things considered.Everyone here usually helps to the best of their knowledge and abilities.

Most of the staff is always very helpful there. Its cool that they have females that know about mechanics.However one of the older men there didnt like it because I wanted to return and refund and item. Thats my choice and give me a hard time about it.Then another guy at a cashier was yawning the whole time loudly while processing my request. Step up and professionalism a little bit okay just a suggestion.

This store has been great in aiding me with product knowledge & helping me with details, like lights, battery service inside & outside the store. Excellent place for people that need extra care for our car & savings ! I go here first ! ☺

I walked in no one greeted me. I then walked every single aisle as 3 employees were behind the counter and only o e of them was ringing up another customer. When I found what I was looking for, I had to crouch down to see if they had what I needed. It was only at this point that an employee walked to a place behind the counter where he could see me. I felt like I was being watched so I just got up and walked out and they never spoke one word to me. Not returning to this store.

I needed oil ..I asked if I picked the right one....the girl at counter asked what year my car was ....and suggested 10 30....she was very helpful at the la habra location on idaho n imperial at 930 in evening....oh and i swpiped my card and my purchase was 27.00 down to four....because of the points i accumilated....ya!!!

Unfortunately, This review is a complaint, but only against one single employee name, SEDEE (spelling may be incorrect, only because she lied, and said her name was Stacy) Yes, I am complaining NO customer service skills!! AND,A LIAR! My unbelievable experience happened a few days ago, when I went in to purchase a simple light bulb for my headlamp. Sedee proceeded to scroll through numerous options with huge differences in price range, then without any explanation in the difference of the product, she immediately asked, Okay, so which one do you want? I replied, Im in the medical field, I have no idea what the difference is?? Obviously, theres a huge difference in price, can you please explain the difference? She answered very rudely, Obviously, the most expensive is brighter, and the least is basic Well, obviously Im not in the Autozone, how obvious is to me? I let her know Im a long time customer for years, asked her to check my history, maybe Ive purchased one in the past? She immediately refused, insisting they would not keep that info. All awhile being extremely rude with an attitude! I told her she was being rude! Shes argued back, said, I was being rude, and maybe I was having a bad day! So unprofessional!! I replied back, No, your being rude! She then, opened her arms very widely, yelling loudly, referred to other customers in the store, and another sales associate Yelled, EVERYONE ELSE DOESNT THINK IM BEING RUDE! I was appalled, and in shock leaving me speechless! The other associate was kind enough to intervene, asking if he can help me? Sedee loudly said, I AM THE MANAGER!Again, unbelievable! I then asked her name? She lied said her name was STACYNeedless to say, I directed my compliant to the regional manager, including the store manager,Crystal. Crystal very kindly apologized for this horrible encounter.BTW, went in yesterday, saw Sedee again she laughed and smirked at me, that is when I complained to CrystalShedee will not stop me from shopping at this store. Just hope I dont have to see her again!!
