My sales advisor, Michael Comer, was very knowledgeable and listened to my wife and I about what we wanted. He devised a good plan to replace the garden tub we had, but never used. during the installation he came by to check with us to see if we were happy the installation crew and the way it was going to look when completed.The two men on the installation crew, .Michael Rowe (lead) and Cody Ditchfield, were superb and conscientious about their work. They paid attention to the small details of the job, and provided answers to every question we had during the installation.It is a large shower and required a lot of work, which they did without complaint. Cody, I understand is in line to be a lead installer sometime and he deserves to be. I can’t say enough good words about, Michael Rowe. He knows his work. He knows how to relate to customers. Both of these men should be rewarded for their efforts.Michael Comer has responded to every question and issue. It has been a pleasure to do business with him.

We selected West Shore Home to upgrade our showers, in particular, to make them more handicap accessible. Our Salesman, Michael (MAC) Comer was knowledgeable, easy to work with and very friendly. We really enjoyed working with him. Shortly, after signing the contract, we heard from West Shore Home to schedule the job for Nov.2,2021. On Nov. 1st, we were contacted and told the installer would be here tomorrow. At 8: 00 AM the installed arrived and immediately went to work. We were told that our down stairs shower might take two days to finish. The installers were professional, friendly, and very hard working. They worked until after 6:00 PM and was able to finish both showers. We are very pleased with the results. I work like to compliment James Bogart, Francisco Valdez, Jesse Pack and Cody Ditchfield on a job(s) well done.

Called to set up an appointment for an estimate. Spoke with Shon who was very helpful in setting up an appointment that worked with our busy schedule. Today Michael Comer helped us pick out a shower stall for out main bathroom and also our master.Both of these men were professional and very knowledgeable in their work. Cant wait for our redo and I will follow up with a construction review when completed.

We had a second floor tub/shower converted to a shower with seat. James and Jesse arrived when expected, were professional, put down materials to keep floors and stairs as clean as possible. They asked for input on some things and finished when they estimated they would. We would recommend using them.

Daniel and James were great. They put in a whole showering unit in miraculous time and they were nice as well. We couldn’t have asked for better people!

We replaced old bathroom with new walk in shower and vinyl wainscoting on all walls. Best thing we have done so far. Bathroom looks amazing and quality is top of the line. I had West Shore Home replace my walk in shower in 1 bathroom and replace a shower/tub combo in a 2nd bathroom. The sales rep was sent out the same day as I requested a quote and information on the products. After reviewing everything I knew this was the company I wanted to remodel my bathrooms. Financing was easy and reasonable. The workers were on time and the install really is only 1 day for each bathroom. In 2 days I have 2 new bathroom showers and a tub. I was highly impressed with the crew of Daniel Pierce, James Bogart and Sisco Valdez. In 2 days they came in removed all the old showers/tub down to the studs. Put up new plywood, sub floor, shower pan, deep tub, acrylic walls, shelves, seat, handle bars and shower curtain rods. They left the place super clean and made sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company, products and workers. I will definitely enjoy this for years to come. Thank you West Shore Home.

West Shore installers Lucas and Daniel were very professional. They keep us informed during the steps of taking the old bathroom tub out, correction steps that was needed to be done, and the install of the walk-in shower. The main install was completed in one day with a follow up call made to install the base crown molding which they didnt have on the initial install day. My experience with this company rated poor.I waited almost one year to get the project completed. Their customer service representatives would call say the materials were available so I would call to schedule and then all the sudden the materials were not available. They were not flexible when it came to scheduling. Once the two day install was completed the pre approved loan had expired and the company threatened collections after no paperwork or invoices were left behind. I should have allowed another company to take care of my household project.

Great experience, Michael, Rowe,Justin,Jessse,and Francisco were experienced, and it went fast. Walk in shower is beautiful and perfect for our needs.

Brad Hutchinson came out today for our free estimate for our bathroom remodel. He was friendly, prompt and professional from the start. He answered all of our many questions and showed us every option and made pertinent suggestions and recommendations. He walked us through every part of the process with patience and understanding. Ultimately, he was so personable and helpful that we felt that he and Hullco would be the best company for the job. Highly recommend Brad and look forward to working with him on the project.

After waiting 5 months for 3 windows to be replaced the job has finally been done. Installers were great, BUT trying to find out the status of your order or if your product had even delivered was a chore. I am on the fence as to whether or not to recommend this company simply because their customer communications left a lot to be desired.

We had Hullco replace an old tub with a beautiful new shower. This was done in a friendly and professional manner. While there were some delays with Hullco receiving the materials for this project it went very well and I was very happy with the crew.

I was assisting a friend who had Hullco windows installed two years ago. Two palladian windows had popped out leaving a half inch gap and tearing the sheetrock. My friend called Hullco and got an absurd round around! Hullco would not listen to experts and kept insisting that there was a problem with the foundation even when proven wrong. The issue is not yet resolved but I will NEVER do business with Hullco! The customer service was the worst I have ever seen .

Our experience started out great. Brad, the salesman, was fantastic. We got quotes from three different companies for a total siding replacement. We went with Hullco even though they were the most expensive because of Brad, because of their reputation, and because we didnt want to deal any of the hassles that we have experienced with other companies in the past. Everything we wanted to avoid has happened, however. It has been a nightmare. Brad told us that they only use the best, most experienced installers. Brad told us that they only do one job at a time and that once they start our project they would not leave until it was done. Brad told us a team of people would show up on day one so that the job was done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Brad told us that they only use the absolute best product. Brad told us that we would work with one project manager start to finish who would makes sure our needs and concerns were met. Brad told us that their reputation was on the line so they did everything as professional as possible. Nothing Brad said was true.I tried to write a much longer review but hit the character limit. So heres the short version. We have had multiple installers, the job still isnt finished, it hasnt been done correctly, and it looks terrible. It was done wrong the first time and when they fixed it it was still wrong. We are on our third project manager, we have had 4 different crews at one time or another, some crews have had multiple people but some have been just one person, we have done walk arounds with four different people to show them whats wrong, days and weeks have gone by with nothing being done, and it still looks terrible.The only reason I didnt give one star is because Brad was great and Melissa has been helpful and communicative through this entire debacle. Although nothing she has told us has happened, I believe it is not her fault and she genuinely wants to make things right.Other than that, this has been a nightmare of an experience. They started on July 14th. It is now August 19th and the job still isnt done. So much for only focusing on our project until it is done. Melissa told us last week that the crew that did the job is no longer with the company. Apparently we were the first job they did for Hullco and they have had subsequent problems, as well. So much for only using the best installers. This week we were told the product is defective and they are going to have to completely re-do the entire project. So much for only using the best materials. The most laughable thing was after the third walk-around with our 2nd project manager, a guy knocks on our door and tells us hes here to fix our issues, then asks what hes supposed to do. We slammed the door in his face and called Melissa. She said he should know what to do and called him. We saw him leave. She called us back and said they had had a lot of problems with him and he was no longer with the company.We have tried to be friendly and accommodating because they still havent finished and can make our life miserable getting this done. But enough is enough. This is ridiculous and people need to know they dont keep their word and dont seem to care. For $38,000 we should get what was promised. We would have been better off going with the company that quoted $18,000 and taken our chances, since the product was comparable.We do not recommend Hullco at all. If you want it done right and you want it done well and you want it done in a timely manner - please go somewhere else!

Called today 5/13/20 for a quote, I was told the earliest appointment was 5/27/20. Two weeks is way to long to get a quote in my opinion. Not a good way to get new business. I get it maybe your busy but two weeks ?? Will another company

They were on top of everything...they stayed in touch, and were very courteous ...the folks that came out to do the work were absolutely top knotch....would recommend HULLCO to anyone ...and trust me, they can get you financed quickly and a very reasonable payment...I am absolutely proud of the work theyve done. ...and they WILL be back to do more for me.!
