What a fantastic repair shop! Both Mike and Seth really took great care of us when we were traveling and our A/C quit working. Great prices, fast accurate work, professional, and friendly. The communication was excellent from start to finish. And the bathrooms were fresh and clean, and they obviously care about not passing Covid as all were wearing masks.

I want to brag on a company that was wonderful and so helpful.My husband had a loud squealing noise coming from his truck. We pulled over at the closest auto repair place and they immediately took the truck to look it over. They removed the brake caliper and found a rock that had become lodged. They removed the rock and put everything back together at no charge. This blew me away! We are so grateful, especially with the way this day seems to be going. I do believe the Lord led us right to the place we were suppose to be. They were kind and so helpful, and I would absolutely recommend them!This kind of customer service is hard to find these days.

I went to the Kingston Pk location and I am so glad I did! The staff went above and beyond great customer service! I took my van in for a oil change only to find out I had some other issues needing addressed. My daughter had yet another flat tire and stopped in this store for help. Im not sure who helped her but he figured out that there was corrosion on her wheel that was keeping the tire from sealing properly and fixed it for FREE!!! Now Im thinking back to the other tire stores that charged her for repairs and even one that sold her a whole new set of tires and thinking this was the problem all along. In a world where other tire stores do stuff like that, that makes this store stand out even more. I would highly recommend trusting them with your business. I know its the only tire store that my whole family will ever use again!

Needed quick help due to a breakdown while in Knoxville. I ended up needing a new battery and alternator. Here was the experience:- I had to leave my car overnight and use key drop. Was surprised at how orderly the outside was. Made me comfortable leaving the car.- I was called back first thing the next day by Mike, the manager.- The manager, Mike was responsive and courteous to my questions.- The work was completed quickly to get me back on the road.- They topped off basic fluids in the car.- Mike gave me a card and information on partner shops in my home town in case I needed warranty work done.I appreciated the staff and the work at Free Service and recommend using them!

Visited the Knoxville Bearden Free Service Tire & Auto Center for the first time this afternoon without an appointment for a low tire pressure. Was greeted with a friendly smile by the front desk staff as soon as I walked in the door. My information was entered into the computer and problem assessed promptly. The staff was very professional, friendly and courteous. My vehicle was taken care of in an expeditious manner and I was on my way at a very reasonable expense. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this center for all your vehicle needs.

They were honest, they were thorough, and they patiently explained their answers with every question I asked. I definitely recommend and will definitely bring my car questions and repairs to them!!

Came to this location which looked very busy but the staff assured me my vehicle will be on the alignment machine in less than 10 minutes. The store manager actually pulled my vehicle in and did my alignment and looked over my vehicle and found a few things I needed soon. Professional, Honest, Sense of urgency and “Extremely Clean” I will definitely return to this location.

I never do reviews so imagine the level of service they provided to motivate to do one. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Im out of state and my Daughter goes to UT. They treated her like a person and when it was clear the issue was something they couldnt fix (computer related), they made sure we were taken care of. I was concerned with my daughter driving the car so Mike had one of his guys drop it off at the dealership for me. no charge. They have a customer for life.

I had a great experience. Everything was done right and they explained it all to me so I understood. (I know nothing about cars so it was really helpful) They were very honest with me when I thought I needed new breaks. They searched the vehicle up and down looking for what caused the noise I described until they found it. Turns out my brakes still had half their life left in them but my control arms were in bad shape. They didnt charge be a dime for the inspection and I went home to think about it until I decided to do it a few weeks later. They did it for less than the initial quote and when new things needed to be fixed they worked with me on the price to get everything done within a price I could afford. This place is now my go to for any car maintenance or repairs.

Such a great place! I had an oil change and tire rotation done very quickly without them trying to up sell me. They told me about recommendations that could be done to my car with no pressure to get it done today, and Ben explained where the cost was coming from. We exchanged some great stories about our dogs before I left. I felt very welcomed, and the place is very clean!

Free Service Tire in Bearden is amazing! Michael has helped me out numerous times now with other emergency issues like dead batteries. Today I woke up with a completely flat tire due to a nail. I managed to fill it up enough to drive to Free Service first thing this morning and they fit me right in, free of charge. What started out to be a frustrating day turned into a wonderful experience. Nice people. Got a couple new tires at a reasonable price. Time took 2-3x longer than quoted over the phone. Tried to charge $109 for alignment when getting new tires. After I left my hood was not latched all the way and it tried to flip up on the interstate. Honest mistake but I won’t be going back

This place is absolutely amazing! I needed a valve stem replaced and they got me in right away. They fixed my tire for a very honest price. I highly recommend going here for all of your tire needs!

This place doesnt keep your vehicles safe. They have no surveillance equipment and if you have to leave your car for a weekend you may return with parts missing. My catalytic converter was allegedly stolen over the weekend and the customer service was rude and was not empathetic about my loss. Costing more money for parts I had before coming to their business. Not to mention they said they could do nothing to compensate for the loss nor did they do a police report.

Been here several over the last year and half the service is always above and beyond expectations even if you don’t know anything about cars these guys never make you feel like they are trying to get one over on you or take advantage their always super fast and friendly couldn’t recommend a better auto shop to take your car too in Knoxville.

Outstanding customer service! Reserved an appointment and when I arrived, did not have to wait, they got my car in almost immediately and within a half hour they had finished. Very clean waiting area, with clean restrooms. First time I have been to this service center, but it definitely wont be the last. Thanks for the great experience!

My car had a flat tire on my friends wedding day. No one could take me for another 1-2 hours and when I called free service tire and auto I was quoted very fast and was told come on in and could be seen within 30 min. I went over and explained that the competition across the street couldnt see me and that my friends wedding was in 3 hours. They went beyond great customer services they got me in and out fast and on my way. I 100% percent recommend this place.

There is a reason why Free Service Tire is the most trusted place in town, well several really; Trustworthy, Dependable, Honest, Fast, and Affordable.I was having some work done on the roof of my house last week, wouldn’t you know it I got a roofing nail in my tire...I use my car a lot so I figured I’d get it fixed ASAP, so I called Free Service Tire and came in. There was a nice waiting area inside, and by the time I checked my emails and made it one line into my book, BOOM the Fisher Service Tire associate says “Sir, your vehicle is ready.” I head to the desk to get my keys, and I ask how much the service would be. He says “Sir, it is FREE, no cost”, I had forgotten I had bought my awesome tires there. I usually am not one to leave reviews, but I was very pleased with the service and professionalism at Free Service Tire, I already recommend them to my friends and family, and now I recommend it on Google!5 Stars!

Went here after having a dead battery and the employees were nice and squeezed me in when they arguably didnt have enough time. However, I did not see a single employee wearing a mask inside the checkout area. Very disappointing given that were in a global pandemic.

Traveling through Knoxville from Johnson City with my fiancee and my heat barrier nearly fell off. I had an alignment done because my car was pulling to the right really bad. They were super fast and friendly. Mike was very nice. I did take my car back a few days later because it was still pulling to the right and they double checked it and said it was fine, that it could be the get up and go (not sure of the technical term) making it veer to the right but it was still happening consistently so I took it to the farragut location the next day after work. Ben was wonderful!! Super friendly. I explained the situation. I forgot to say that I had had a previous alignment at the Bearden location and he still looked at my car for free....when I got there I told him I had went to the Free Service Bearden location and forgot to mention that earlier. He said it was most likely that my tires needed to be rotated and if the problem persisted to bring it back and they would look a little more into it, which I thought was super awesome.Ben rotated my tires, free of charge!! I offered to pay but he insisted....I thought, wow how nice!! He didnt have to do that.Overall, Free service was a great choice for an alignment and I really appreciate the tire rotation, it seems to be driving better than before the rotation. Thank you guys!!

Just needed to mount a tire to a used rim and they did it prompty making sure it was indeed true and all done within 5 minutes of walking up to the counter. Great work, I will return for more.
