Wont go anywhere else. The only shop i have been to that truly works with you. Had 2 lug studs broken on one wheel. Owner lended me tools to remove tire as i did not want them to be liable if another stud broke. Very good people. I recommend everyone come here.

Waste of time. Theyre nice guys but the owner doesnt know what hes doing. Ive gotten tires, had them fix flats, and oil changes here. The last 3 times Ive went to get my oil changed theyve not had the oil there. My car takes synthetic so I always call a day or 2 in advance to make sure they have the oil in stock. They always confirm the time Ill be there and that theyll be ready. Three times in a row Ive gotten there and the owner says hes forgotten to get the oil... Ive given them 3 chances, but I dont have 2 hours to wait on an oil change because he forgot. Im sure he did forget, but 3 times in a row? Come on. If you cant remember, write it down or tell someone else.

Weve been loyal customers for years. Jambo is such a great person and has helped us out when we were in a bind before. The location changed and we sought out his new shop even though it was further away. They really treat you like family, and it shows.

I was taken very good care of at Jambo Arts Tires. I had been running on really bald tires & my best friend told me about Jambo as they use them. I told Francis what I needed & he and his son, Edward fixed me right up. Not only did they get me back on the road with safe tires, they were fun, friendly & just really nice! I’ll use them again. I’ll be needing an oil change too. So, I’ll see them again.

They are hilarious people up there, and there in never a dull moment when they are around. The tires are of great quality, the job gets done really fast, and the overall cost is very reasonable. I know where I will be getting my tires from now on.

He charged NOTHING for them, I could not believe it. This is the type of person he is. I had that car until recently and never needed to change my tires in all that time. What a great place! I was headed out of Knoxville, when a pothole took out a tire on my rental car which didnt contain a spare. Jambo Arts hooked me up with a fantastic used tire and I was out of there in about 12 minutes paying a third of what I had expected. Friendly, great customer service, quick and professional. They turned a possible crisis into an adventure. Couldnt recommend enough. A+

Great experience! All the staff was very friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. They have everything you need in a tire shop and Im so glad they moved to the Washington Pike location. I will definitely be back for future business and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Went to get two used tires, we were quoted $20 for each tire, and was charged $90 for both. Also had an alignment done, and it turned out to pull worse than it did before. We watched the man lift the car and he lifted it by the oil pan of the engine and it destroyed the passenger side motor mount which had been recently replaced. Not only were we charged more than what we were quoted, now we need to replace the motor mount again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

If anyone is in need of tires, and doesnt want to spend a lot of money for a new set, check these guys out. Just purchased 4 michelins for a third of what they cost new. Fast friendly service. Check this place out.

Very friendly, and very fast! We had 4 new tires put on the car. They took the old tires off the rims, put the new tires on said rims, balanced and spun-checked before being put back on the car. We were in and out in less than 30 min.

Would not shop for tires here ever again .they were holding a set of tires for me and sold them out from under me even when Edward said it was no problem and even shook my hand to seal the deal.....lying is a poor business practice but they have no problem with it....buyer be aware.......Ill never go back and I dont recommend them to anyone

I have used this place in the past and was pleased with them. But today I called to get s price on 3 used tires they had and the owners son priced them to me at $47 each. When I went to pick them up the owner then said the price for these 3 used tires was $125 each, then by the end of the conversation said $400 for the 3 tires. Not another dime of my money will be spent there again! If your guys dont know the prices dont let them answer the phone simple as that!! The professional thing to do would have been to honor the price given, which would generate repeat business and a happy customer! Very poor customer service

Ive been there several times and it is always quick and courteous. However the prices are not consistent, for the same size and quality tire Ive been told very different prices depending on the day. Also the selection seems to be limited, few if any of some very common sizes.

Jambo Arts put brand new tires on my wifes car a week earlier but we noticed a slow leak, so Thur 2-25-16, I sent my wife in by herself and they fixed it. My complaint is what happened next: they told my wife that her car would maybe make it a week because her rotors were bad and brake pads also and this would cost 180.00.So I took it to a well established mechanic that I know and trust, and learned the rotors were just fine, brake pads a little worn but still good.My conclusion is Jambo Arts lied, and tried to take advantage of my wife. I have used this place for years, but no more due to dishonesty, and we and others I know will not be going there anymore. I hope others read this and make sound decisions on who to trust.

The people here are friendly and make an effort to do good business. Even though we bought used tires, which made us nervous the first time we did it, we have not had a problem. Sure, used tires wont last near as long as new, but they still give you very good tires. We only have to replace them every 2 - 3 years. The only downside is they only take cash and you never know what the total cost will be for the tires. We hate taking a huge amount of cash over there just to make sure we have it covered. Would much rather pay with credit/debit.

Passing through town and needed a tire mounted. The guy I spoke to said they would do it. So a couple days later I brought my wheel and a new tire to them, and the owner Francis immediately approached me and said he wouldnt do it because it would be a insurance liability. I politely asked him to help me since all I needed was the tire mounted on the wheel so I could continue my travels and it was my only transportation. He rudely told me the answer was no and go find some other shop to do it. I asked him again to please help me as he was walking away from me, and he didnt even look at me and told me the answer was no and to leave.Go to tire lube express about 1 mile down the road. They got my tire taken care of within minutes, were very professional, friendly and even charged less than jambo arts was originally going to charge me.

I went to this place Friday looking for a set of tires, I drove off with 2 decent tires. I buy a set of brakes and try to take my tire off to put the brakes on only to find out that the guy that put my tire on torque my lugs on too tight and cross threaded them. So needless to say Im pissed and now I have to fix ur screw up......I will not be back again for any of ur services!!!!
